Hi everyone, Wondering if anyone has tried to use the feature guide (knowledge bot) yet? I've run into some pretty major issues, as well as just some inefficient and confusing pain points. Hoping that someone has some insights, as these are really show stoppers for us being able to use this feature. This is for the product formerly known as Aptrinsic. Major issues: Setting the engagement visibility for the items in a feature guide doesn't impact the visibility of the feature guide. I found that out when I launched the feature guide, ostensibly for testing, to myself, and everyone saw it 😞. There's no way to set feature guide visibility. Would have expected underlying engagement visibility to dictate the feature guide visibility, but that is not the case. Therefore, there is no way to test the feature guide. Use Cases:  Ability to Enable/Disable the Tabs (On boarding, Feedback) of the Knowledge centre bot. If the user don’t need to go through the on- boarding articles, then it would be better if we have the leverage to turn off the tab. Ability to display the KC Bot to only specific customers cohorts, For whom it is needed. With the current design, if we launch the KC Bot it will pop-up for every customer. So we don’t have the ability to customise the knowledge centre Bot. Ability to change the style/location of the bot with custom CSS/Code. Now, with the current design there is no option to update or edit the CSS code. We can just change the shape of the Bot. Unlike it can we make it possible to change the location of the BOT.  

Hello team and @harshibanka ,   It would be better to track the stats of the articles that which are being viewed. It would be nice if we can also track which article is being opened quite often and maximum times and which article is being opened minimum.  Presently we only track the stats of the engagements in the KC bot but not the articles in the KC bot.    thanks, Avinash.

Add relative filtering capability in data designer and reporting. An example: we were trying to run a report on MDA object that has customer and cases info. We wanted to count all tickets closed as of churn date so close date <= churn date which is not available today. There is only equal and not equal options available in data designer in the design step and not reporting step.

A customer of mine requested the ability to pick and choose which comments section(s) to show in the mass edit view for scorecard reporting. In this case, he wants to hide the comments for the overall measure but would like to see the comments for his other measures. I would imagine some customers might want the opposite.  Thanks!

When building Email templates, Having placeholder or building a email template with Meeting invites and calendar blocks will be great. many times. The use case we are trying to build is Leveraging Copilot feature to send communication to our internal employees. These emails are Training and  Enablement session communications that will have calendar blocks and meeting invites. This use case can be leveraged to use with account contacts / customers as well. When a scheduled bionic rule runs successfully, the rule results .csv shows the number of records successfully passed, but does not show what records/accounts are impacted by the run. This makes it very very difficult for a customer to validate successful runs to confirm that the rule is doing what they set it up to do. Is there any plan to include a list of the records that successfully passed in the action so that customers can better validate rules?

Hi Team,   When users load Tasks/Events through Timeline Integration Job if description(Mapped to Notes) is Null then the entry will not be loaded with below error message since Note is mandatory field so it shouldn’t be NULL.  Now customers are requesting to change the error message to inform them to enter the data if there is none and different error message if it crosses 32000 characters to avoid ambiguity.   Thanks, Prathap

We are looking for keywords such as competition companies and key release discussion etc. This also helps resolve issue with finding keywords on timeline entries which is a big project in vain. What we not able to do today without this feature - Cannot run reports on Notes field for keywords Global timeline is limited in searching - cannot tell which is from CTAs, Objective CTA (SPs) or others. Global timeline is limited to searching one keyword at a time.

I just finished creating my first Query Builder participant source and was presented with this error that appears attached to Step 1 - adjacent to the source: This is a really confusing error given where it appears. I had to quadruple check my data sets and that my merge task was properly mapped but I could not identify what could have been causing the error. It turns out this error is showing due to Step 3 - Mapping Participant Sources. The error should appear on the step that is actually erroring, and the error should not appear before I've even gotten to the step. 

Hey Team As of now the way the Due date on the CTA works such that The due date of the CTA is the Due Date of the Last task shown. However, if we have the ability to make this flexible withoptions such as Due date of CTA is equal to the Due date of the first unfinished task etc. It would be more flexible for the customers to choose amongst these options.

Our managers assign CSMs manually, based on workload, and we have a user lookup field on C360 from which they make the assignment. Unfortunately, every user shows up in that list. It would be great if we could filter that field so that only users with a specific profile are displayed. This would likely be valuable for other fields as well.

Hi guys, In the last release you applied the Rule folders that is great, but when I inactive a rule before it changes to gray, and now it keeps blue which make difficult to identify what is activy or not. Are you planning to rollout the fix of it?

Y’all changed a vital chart, and actually removed important information and did not replace it. This is a monthly chart.  You used to show how this chart looked vs. the previous equal timeframe.  That is now gone.  I’m not sure I care about these new values, and they’re organized oddly.  Aside from missing data, I have to think far more than I should every time I look at this thing.     Sunday is down 88% since last Monday?  Well no kidding.  Show me change vs. equal day of week.  Show me change vs. previous 7 days.   GIve me something like this.  

I’m playing around with Slack and Gainsight, and so far I’ve been able to set up sending of messages to channels, which is great. I send NPS responses to the CS channel, I notify our directors of accounts that need CSMs assigned, I notify our Managed Services team when there are oddball opportunities in our pipeline.   What I’m interested in doing now is using interactivity in Slack to receive events via the events framework. I’d love to reach out to our team in slack (they aren’t great at logging into Gainsight, but everyone is in Slack, go figure), and receive interactions from them as events. I can’t figure out how to pass the shared secret to the Slack API so that I can receive an event.   https://api.slack.com/messaging/interactivity#components   What I’m picturing: 1 - A rule triggers a message in Slack. i.e.

Right now, scheduling a program is not very clear within the product. Once you publish a program, it runs once. The Admin then has to go back to the participants box, click on the participant sources box, and then edit the schedule to make sure it runs on the desired cadence. Seems like we could make scheduling programs a whole lot clearer - perhaps a pop-up box when the publish button is first pushed?

Has anyone had success using Gainsight to add or subtract days from a date field? I'm trying to figure out the number of users for a customer in the first 90 days of their contract. (I need to run a comparison against the number of users in the trailing 90 days from today.) I can grab the contract start date from Opportunity, and I can join it to the Google Analytics MDA data in a Bionic Rule. Then I could limit the Google Analytics data to "Google Analytics Date >= Contract Start AND Google Analytics Date < 90 Days After Contract Start"/ However, I can't figure out a way to add 90 days to the contract start date. Bionic Rule > Transformation Task > +Formula Field: Formula fields don't act on Date fields, so I can't just simply add 90 Days to the Date Rule "Filters": I can say "This field is less/greater than another field", and I can "Add/Subtract N Days from Rule Date", but I can't "Add/Su

I would like to see Round, RoundUp, and RoundDown functions available in the operators in Bionic Rules Formula Fields, and also be able to apply these functions to numeric results of calculations with dates. I have a system wherein contracts are listed as multiple contiguous years, i.e. Start Date: August 1 2012 End Date: August 1, 2018 I need to know the most recent anniversary of the account in order to know how far along they should be in an annual client lifecycle and trigger events based on that timeframe. This is far preferable to adding an OR function for every possible year increment up to our contract max length (up to 20 years). In this example the correct result of a function to calculate the most recent anniversary is August 1, 2017. The best way that I have come up with to get the correct result involves rounding down: =Current_Contract_Start_Date__c+(365*ROUNDDOWN((TODAY()-Current_Contract_Start_Date__c)/365))

multiple templates be configured within Success Snapshot and the CSMs be given a choice to use any of the templates when exporting success plan. CSM might want to make use of one template for one customer and another for a different customer.

Hi Team,  As of now, there is an option to select each user manually to load before we enable sally access But there is no option to, bulk select all users to load. Request to implement this feature. Please let us know your thoughts on this. I attached the screenshot for reference.  

It would be really great If User had a ability to automate the Audience explorer report and schedule to share it on daily or weekly basis. Eg: User created a bookmark and wants to share it via email on daily basis from Audience explorer automatically .    

As part of a Program we'll be deploying emails to internal contacts based on survey responses. The email will contain the Account name and a link to the survey response, but I'd like for the CSM to be able to click through to the C360 (the account details on the survey results link are not hyperlinked). A work around is to tokenize the account ID appended to the root hyperlink - but I can't tokenize the Account name and then make that a tokenized link to append the account ID. For example, the idea text would be 'A contact from ACME Corp [C360 link] has completed the survey. See the results here [survey results]'. From what I can determine, this isn't feasible. Instead, it has to be 'A contact from ACME Corp [token] has completed the survey. See the results here [survey results]. Based on the results, update the CTA on the C360. Hey Team, When we are doing cross org migration for Dashboards ,if it has Global filters why it doesn't migrate ? we are able to migrate if remove dashboard global filters.
