When using the customer search box - once the name shows up, it would be nice to be able to use your keyboard arrows to select the customer, rather than having to use the mouse to select.

It would be nice to have a simple out of the box way to push specific timeline entries to chatter.

It would be really nice to be able to have activities added to timeline automatically posted to chatter.  Or at the very least give the user the option to post that activity to chatter.  This would really help our productivity. 

Posting on behalf of a customer: When customizing the NPS Widget in the Summary Section, we can set it to show True NPS based on certain date ranges. If a user were to click the widget within the 360 Summary View you are redirected to the NPS 360 Section. There is also an NPS Gauge which allows an option to show True NPS or Average. However it doesn't give the option to calculate NPS based on date ranges. It would be nice to have them there as well.

This is a two part idea: 1. We need a true NPS calculation.  The way Survey's does this currently, it takes the average of responses across a Customer and gives you a 0-10 score.  However, NPS should actually be %Promoters - %Detractors.  "The current NPS 0-10 score is misleading" (direct quote from a customer). 2. For the Widget in the Summary Section, it would be nice if we could add a time option for it.  Allow a customer to choose if they want the true NPS calculation (which we create from above request) to represent ALL Time, Last 30/60/90/180/365 days, etc.  This way, they can truly reflect what they consider to be the NPS of the account.

We have a lot of data that we like to group in one slide and currently we have the option for 2 quadrants in one slide but it would be great to have 4 if possible any more than 4 and it starts to get really busy.

Right now in the survey model you can only use a calculated field in a conditional wait after the responded check(img for reference). And the conditional wait in a survey program model is only dependant on the days e.g send follow up 2 days later if no response. Is it on the road map to be able to use calculated fields in that conditional wait before the survey response? Or is the answer to allow surveys in an email chain?

Currently you are only able to have on person received the data anomalies notifcation email. It would be beneficial to have more than one user receive this, incase one admin is out of office.

Two things in this post... the first is that I couldn't figure out why I couldn't create a calculated field on an MDA object. Turns out you need to have 3 number fields for that option to show up. Now... here's my question... why isn't it 2? Isn't A-B a valid calculation? ;-) 2nd (and more important) point is that dates should be calculable as well. In this case, I'm actually trying to determine the difference between 2 dates (in days) which would (in Excel) be as easy as Date1 - Date2. Seems like a great addition to the calculated field options!

Open up real estate on the Org Chart view so that one can see a more complete org chart with multiple hierarchies. As it is, to see a full org chart, it is required to click multiple boxes to expand the hierarchy but then the size of the org chart boxes shrinks making it hard to read the org chart.

Can we have a setting to embed a company LOGO on the PPT export of a dashboard?

We recently launched a series of success plans in draft mode to our team knowing that some could be started immediately and others not for quite some time. In reporting, we've found that may CSMs have started working on the plans (closed out at least some tasks/objectives) but never actually marked the plan as active. I'd love to see this done automatically when the first task or objective is closed/complete. If not automatic, possibly a pop up when you mark an objective closed/complete that is part of a Draft success plan...ask the CSM 'would you like to change this success plan's status to active?' Same for completed. I know there are some use cases where you may close out all of your current objectives, but not yet be ready to close out the success plan, but a pop up asking ' all objectives are closed would you like to complete the success plan?' would help keep everyone on track!

Hi! Didn't see another post so thought I'd post this idea. I think it would be great if the Scorecard Snapshot feature could also take a snapshot of the comments that are entered onto the Measures themselves. Specifically, for our use case, this would be in regards to the Sentiment score that our CSMs are entering. We have them update sentiment after a business review and enter any comments they find relevant. However, we can only report on the current sentiment comment and can't see how those have changed or if there were actions being completed due to the comments. It would provide more insight on how the sentiment is changing than just the score itself as we could then drill down on the details. Let me know if this is a good idea or not of course!

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently there is no way to report off the measure weight of a measure in scorecard 2.0 but you can in 1.0 in SFDC. It would nice to have that functionality in the future for 2.0.

In order to present response choices from negative to positive (Strongly disagree, Disagree... Strongly agree) to match the format of an NPS question in the same survey, we need to list the potential answers in that order. This presents then the higher scores on the right hand side on a screen. When the same survey is presented on a phone, the answers are presented the order created, from the negative to the positive. On that device, it would be better to show the positive choices on top. It would be very helpful if we could have a setting that would allow us to control the order of the answers on a phone.

Instead of using different role hierarchies and having to manually share records, is there a way to limit record visibility based on a CSM/Consultant/Rep field in the account in Salesforce? So Rep Jane Doe only sees the accounts where she is listed as a rep. I am familiar with Account and Opportunity teams in Salesforce. Is there no similar option in Gainsight? To clarify, our records are created by sales first, with our CSM listed in a field. "This ensures that the records created by you are visible only to you (record owners), and those above your role in the hierarchies. "

I wasn't able to find a suggestion relevant to what I’m about to describe. If there is one, please let me know. Right now, when you want to add custom fields to a CTA or a task it's a "everyone sees it or no one sees it". We have other departments besides Customer Success at our organization who are using Gainsight. We want to be able to show things just relevant to them. for example: we have a section on Tasks where users can fill in more information about the task. those fields only apply to our customer success team. Our Delivery team will also be using success Plans so they'll see this section which isn't relevant to them plus we need to add a new section for information for them to feel out that is not relevant to customer Success. the same holds true when you customize the Customer tab on a Call to Action. that section is applied to all CTAs of that type. You don't have an option to apply a certain set of fields to a specific CTA

Posting on behalf of customer. Currenlty on the cockpit you can only create a fitler based on information from the Account, Customer Info, Call to Action, or Relationship objects. The Contacts associated to a CTA are stored on the AssociatedRecord object and it might be nice to filter CTA's based on that information.

We've migrated our data loads to S3 and one of the nice features there is the ability to load the data whenever a new file is loaded up. So if the database team changes the run time or there's just a 1-off delay my file still gets processed. But... I still have to run some enrichment on the file to map to accounts and relationships. That's all done with rules (conveniently chained together!) and scheduled at a specific time. I think we've talked about post-action events before... this seems like another good example of where a "post data load rule trigger" would be great. I could do my aggregations and then even let CSMs know of any significant events as soon as the data was available.

I have a customer who had the idea of being able to change the color of the text that appears on the C360 section based on some sort of criteria. It would be similar to how scorecards work where if a value breached a certain threshold the color would change.

Posting on behalf for a customer. On the Customer 360, regarding tags section of the summary, if pickist value(s) on the picklist "Tags" field in Customer Info is set inactive, it auto hides them from the C360 Tags and also hides the options under the selection menu. In Customers Tab, if Tags is added as a column, same affect isn't present like the C360, here all tags, including inactive show. The adding new tags from this view is the same as C360 however. Feature request here is to hide the inacitve tags in the table element highlightd above like C360.

To give some quick background - I'm migrating from using the Connector, to using the S3 in the Rules Engine. And in one of the reports that automated to me from our Service Desk has a DateTime field. After a few trial and errors a lot of Partially Failed reports - I found that because some of my time entries don't have a leading zero, M/D/YYYY HH:MM isn't working. I'm in need of a M/D/YYYY H:MM option. Anyone else running into this?

Would it be possible to give the managed permission set 'Gainsight Admin' access to ALL of the Gainsight objects? Currently it does not include GS Relationships, Gsnap, Gasingith Mobile, Gainsight NXT, GS Customer Products, GS LRMs. Mainly the relationship and gsnap. As is I had to create a separate permission set to enable these features for our Gainsights admin. It would be great to consolidate into the existing perm set instead of having a separate one that has to be assignes. Or if I'm mistaken, please let me know. Thank you, LM

Hi Team, Scenario : A field is deleted from Company object. Unless a user has access to the detailed logs, he/she cannot know the reason of the issue(which is deletion of field before running the rule). Requirement : In order to cut-up these issues, it would be better if we can have a warning/pop-up saying a field has been deleted.

External contact is a field you can populate when logging an activity to the timeline, but this field is not available to report on in Gainsight. Notes is also not available (but there's another discussion around that), so there's no way to identify who was involved in an activity via Gainsight reports.  Therefore, kind of pointless to run reports or add them to dashboards if we can't quickly identify who the activity involves and would need to go to the timeline itself in order to make that determination.
