When creating a new record in Opportunity or any record created from the "add" button from c360 and using service cloud (support console); saving the record it will not stay on the record it will jump back to the c360 The customer I am working with would like the menu to stay on the record that was just created to review rather than reverting back to c360.

Just a thought but it would be amazing if we were able to view/toggle between different data sources relating to those people on the map. The NPS/time met are indeed one of the critical ones but there are few other we would find useful - # of Risk CTAs this person is associated with, number of open tickets, product usage for last 90 days and so on. (Understand there would be some restrictions in terms of text/field length to accomodate it all in a small box) Thanks

Sometimes there are CTAs that have tasks, and those tasks should have subtasks.  Has there been consideration around nested tasks? I know adding one more level would only bring the question of how many levels are truly needed? 

A user has requested the ability to clone an individual CTA that has been manally created to either a single OR multiple customers. User Story: As a CSM, I would like to leverage a manually created CTA across one or all of my customers if useful/successful and not incur the wrath of my overburdened Administrator. Admin Feedback: If the CTA becomes adopted by many CSM's this would quality for automation via Rule CTA, otherwise, a manual process with the ability to select from a list of the CSM's associated accounts to deliver a copy of the CTA to would be a nice feature.

In the Call to Action action in the Rules Engine, it would be admin friendly (and reduce confusion/support cases) if we could default a few fields differently than they're defaulted today. 1) Post update to Chatter = Never (customer has to opt-IN) 2) Post update to Comments = Once (that way admins don't end up repeating CTA comments by accident) 3) Include in Identifiers = True New admins are frequently confused by these options as they're not intuitive, and it would lessen admin ramp time / support burden to default these to more typically used options.

Between showing new users how Timeline works, and then testing out various items - I tend to rack up a lot of 'draft' timeline entries. It would be awesome if we could have the ability to select multiple drafts, and then delete them all together. :)

This is an idea that stems off that fact that we can't load to the Unsubscribed Emails object in the MDA. If we could do this, it might be irrelevant. What if there was an option to determine unsubscribes with a Gainsight Connect like sync from Salesforce? Many customers have custom opt out fields(in addition to standard opt outs) and it would be nice to be able to reference these easily instead of accounting for them in every Advanced Outreach or power list.

Hi All, I really like the new JO permissions and the ability to de-couple full Admin access (sending) from creation functions (design). With the old permissions, I was able to assign tasks to all Admins, with the exception of the Execute function, which was given only to our Super Admin. In the new permission structure, you are required to be a Super Admin (with the ability to send outreaches) in order to delete source .csv files from a cloned outreach. I would like to have the ability to check or uncheck permissions at a more detailed level for each user bundle. That way, I can give design, edit, delete access to the rest of the Admin team, while keeping the execute function only for the Super Admin. As it stands, today I have to manually go into an outreach that someone else has cloned to remove the source file for them, which is not the best use of anyone's time. I hope this is something you can adjust soon. Thanks! Nancy

Right now, the NPS widget in the C360 and the NPS 2.0 dashboard only references Gainsight's standard survey 2.0 MDA objects (same with survey 1.0). For our customers who want to import survey data from another external source, they miss out on the nice UI that this widget and dashboard provide. I'd like to see us offer the option to have this widget and dashboard reference custom MDA objects too.

We have a lot of CTAs for each account and within a CTA there will be multiple tasks assigned to different people. We would like everyone to be able to communicate to each other, and other people, by @mentioning each other in the comment section of a specific task.  Example: If I assign a task to 1 person and he needs to give me an update, he would write @harris in the comments section. Then if I have another task assigned to someone else, they could do the same thing. This is better than having them assign me a new task, for which I would be notified the following day. It is also better than having to use chatter to comment on the overall CTA where everyone can view it. 

It would be nice to have the ability to hyperlink in the description box on a task so we do not have to put the entire url string in the task. 

It would great to allow customization of the customer search in cockpit when adding a CTA. This should match the customer search in the blue banner at the top where we can add other searchable attributes. This functionality is critical for large customers who have multiple accounts with the same name due to a hierarchy, i.e. using an internal ID or Account number to search

We have a number of Success Plan templates in use by our CSMs. However, as Success Plans are getting applied, the Cockpit list of Objective CTAs starts to get repetitive making it harder for a CSM to determine which Success Plan they are working on. Below is a screenshot I took of the CTAs for one CSM, some of these are for the same account. As you can see, it would be difficult to tell from Cockpit which CTA you need to use for each Plan. Is there a way to make these more user friendly? I know they could just manually edit each Objective subject but I'm looking to see if there is a way to have that be part of the template. Could there be a variable value to put in the Subject Line? Like, for instance, the Success Plan Name at the time the Template is applied? Looking for a way to help the end user distinguish various CTAs for Success Plans.

Hi all! While moderating content on the community our users face the problem when they look through the posts which they already watched. It would be very helpful for moderators if Community will highlight unread posts and topics with unread posts for each user. Thank you.

I have a customer who would like the ability to be able to export out the mass edit report as something other than a .csv. They would like the report to be color coded which would require some manual work in Excel. When it exports out it just says "Green" "Yellow" etc.

If I have a single Measure associated with a Measure Group that lives in two different scorecards, and the account moves from Scorecard A to Scorecard B, it would be great if the history would carry over with it. Use Case: A manual sentiment score that CSMs manage

Feature Enhancement Request:  CTA Assignment Alert - When I manually assign, or have built a playbook with assignments to others and it is initiated, I would like the assignee to receive a notification that a new CTA has been assigned to them; either a pop up or email, or both.

I have a customer that is getting ready to implement the Zendesk connect in their org, however the field that they use to map back to Accounts is a custom field in Zendesk. It is my understanding that while we can push write custom fields from Zendesk to Gainsight, we cannot map to the Account based on those custom fields. Is there any plan to make this available in the future? Thanks, -Tom

Hi team, Our customer would like to see same functionality which is right on C360 with regard to view or edit an item from a related list. Right now, on a Customer 360 I am able to have direct link to view or edit an item from a related list, for example opportunities. If I have a similar report on a dashboard, We are unable to add a link on view/edit. Current Behaviour: https://cl.ly/f7df4e0f0356 Expected Beahviour : https://cl.ly/9f5e893ece92 Use case: Right now for CSMs to get to the opportunity, they would need to go to the 360, then the opportunities related list and then click on the view icon. Saving them clicks, steps and time is always something we strive to do. Best, Hardik

My field team sends emails daily, about 6 - 7 a day and they work remotely. It would be great to be able to attach multiple files at the same time . Currently, the system only allows for 1 attachment at a time. We attach 2 -3 report with each email!

On our beta forum we changed Question to Issue. It would be good to change icon '?' to '!' to have consistency.

I have a customer, and have had a few customers mention this before, but in data management and other areas they could have 10,000,000 records but it only comes back with a limit of 1,000. This isn't a blocker and we can see the in the schema the total number of records, but the number could confuse other customers, Is there a chance we could raise that from 1,000 and below to the true record count?

So, we have implemented quick links in our community - and we like them 😍 We re currently using 6 quick links in total and do have a set of 5 "basic" quick links, like "welcome to the community", "Click here to ask a question" etc. In addition to these we bring current topics to quick links. Usually there's only one current topic in a "what's hot now" quick link, but sometimes there might be several topics /contests we would like to highlight. Then we take one of the "basic quick links" out and bring more current topics to the quick links. What happens then is that I have to delete basic quick links, add new ones... And when my topic is not current anymore, I need to delete and add quick links again... So would it be possible add a disable/enable selection to quick links? (If there's a work around, please do let me know 🙂 )

Hi folks, we received the following feedback from a superuser: "There is no input link for the new lovely Emojis when using the mobile community platform with Safari on iOS (tested on iPhone 6 with Safari and iOS 12.2). This is both in portrait and landscape mode..." Seeing there's 'plenty' of room in the quick access bar, any chance this can be included? Cheers, Ditte

When clikcking on dropdown button next to Menu (top left corner), list with categories opens. Our users would like to have there number of new topics rather than number of total topics. New topics are much more useful .
