I have a customer who would like the ability to be able to export out the mass edit report as something other than a .csv. They would like the report to be color coded which would require some manual work in Excel. When it exports out it just says "Green" "Yellow" etc.

If I have a single Measure associated with a Measure Group that lives in two different scorecards, and the account moves from Scorecard A to Scorecard B, it would be great if the history would carry over with it. Use Case: A manual sentiment score that CSMs manage

Feature Enhancement Request:  CTA Assignment Alert - When I manually assign, or have built a playbook with assignments to others and it is initiated, I would like the assignee to receive a notification that a new CTA has been assigned to them; either a pop up or email, or both.

I have a customer that is getting ready to implement the Zendesk connect in their org, however the field that they use to map back to Accounts is a custom field in Zendesk. It is my understanding that while we can push write custom fields from Zendesk to Gainsight, we cannot map to the Account based on those custom fields. Is there any plan to make this available in the future? Thanks, -Tom

Hi team, Our customer would like to see same functionality which is right on C360 with regard to view or edit an item from a related list. Right now, on a Customer 360 I am able to have direct link to view or edit an item from a related list, for example opportunities. If I have a similar report on a dashboard, We are unable to add a link on view/edit. Current Behaviour: https://cl.ly/f7df4e0f0356 Expected Beahviour : https://cl.ly/9f5e893ece92 Use case: Right now for CSMs to get to the opportunity, they would need to go to the 360, then the opportunities related list and then click on the view icon. Saving them clicks, steps and time is always something we strive to do. Best, Hardik

My field team sends emails daily, about 6 - 7 a day and they work remotely. It would be great to be able to attach multiple files at the same time . Currently, the system only allows for 1 attachment at a time. We attach 2 -3 report with each email!

On our beta forum we changed Question to Issue. It would be good to change icon '?' to '!' to have consistency.

I have a customer, and have had a few customers mention this before, but in data management and other areas they could have 10,000,000 records but it only comes back with a limit of 1,000. This isn't a blocker and we can see the in the schema the total number of records, but the number could confuse other customers, Is there a chance we could raise that from 1,000 and below to the true record count?

So, we have implemented quick links in our community - and we like them 😍 We re currently using 6 quick links in total and do have a set of 5 "basic" quick links, like "welcome to the community", "Click here to ask a question" etc. In addition to these we bring current topics to quick links. Usually there's only one current topic in a "what's hot now" quick link, but sometimes there might be several topics /contests we would like to highlight. Then we take one of the "basic quick links" out and bring more current topics to the quick links. What happens then is that I have to delete basic quick links, add new ones... And when my topic is not current anymore, I need to delete and add quick links again... So would it be possible add a disable/enable selection to quick links? (If there's a work around, please do let me know 🙂 )

When clikcking on dropdown button next to Menu (top left corner), list with categories opens. Our users would like to have there number of new topics rather than number of total topics. New topics are much more useful .

Right now, you can tokenize who an email comes from using a participant field. So say you run a query to pull in participants and you also pull in the CSM Email and map it to Sender Email Address. Then you use that field for the Sender address in your first email step and then another a few days later. That is fine but in a scenario where this data needs to change while a participant is still in a journey, the only option I can think of is to drop the participant. An idea came from a support ticket would be to be able to tokenize these sending fields from Company and SFDC user fields. So say, the account CSM is set to always be the sender. That way if it changes, it would be reflected in the program email. I understand this may be a little hard to troubleshoot though if something changed when it wasn't supposed to but maybe there is a different enhancement that could help this case that I can't think of.

We have set up an "In progress" category for blog posts we're still working. When a blog post is approved, we move it to the correct category. Because the date of the post is still the original date, it often appears below other "older" blog posts. It would help if we could update the creation date of posts.

Currently it's only possible to exclude individual words from the search results. I'd like to be able to also exclude phrases from the results.

Would be great if when an email to timeline couldn't attach to an account/contact, an email went back to the person sending it to let them know they could find it in the Global Timeline drafts.

I'd like to log a feature request to make BCC email to Timeline feature user friendly and more intuitive. The use case is one of the email receipient in the TO list has a typo whereas the others are correct. Due to this the system is putting it in drafts. Although I understand the reasons of why this would happen (to avoid logging in the email in incorrect account or attaching email to incorrect contacts) But we will have more difficulty using this feature in future as we do send out emails to contractors who may or may not be SF contacts. The documentation specifies it to be "ALL" receipients should belong to the account but it would be helpful to make this timeline feature more friendly and intuitive. Can you change the account associated with a timeline activity once the activity is logged? Use case: CSMs are adopting the sally/slack integration more. Since the integration looks up based on account name, CSMs are accidentally logging an activity on the wrong account. Example: we may have a SFDC account named Box and another one named Box, Inc. In SFDC, you can change the related to field on the task to a different account, but I'm not finding a way to do that in Gainsight. Any ideas?

Especially as it relates to the Embeddable Widget. We'd like to show/not show content based upon this URL structure.

Currently this is set to 20 by default. I'd really like to edit this to a smaller amount (like 5).

Hi there,  Are there any plans to increase the number of custom field attributes in Advanced Outreaches? Right now you can only add 3 integers, 6 strings, etc.  I've been using AO to send out internal emails of recent NPS and implementation survey responses and details. This involves mapping question responses/comments to custom attributes so that I can then map them to tokens in the email templates.  The current limitation on the number of custom mappings allowed has created cases where I'm mapping responses/scores to standard fields like "Last Name", "First Name", "Sender First Name", etc. It works but does look a little silly and could be confusing to another admin or AO user. It would be nice if the custom attribute limit was increased or at least the ability to customize the existing standard attributes.

I have a customer who would like to do a calculated field in an MDA object where they subtract date/time 1 from date/time2 and calculate duration. Is this something we have road mapped? Steve 

Hey Team - I've been working on building out some reports that require me to have a couple different joins on data.  Specifically, I wanted to duplicate a column in an MDA Object so I could perform a different join. In SFDC, this could be accomplished easily with a formula field with a string operation.  From a previous thread, we don't have those. I tried to build a Rule that literally copied a field from one column to another ... but that fails. Ultimately I had to create a rule based on a wholly different object.  Pretty inefficient overall because this query looks at a lot more data. Whatever the case, I'm doubling-down with my assertion that we need to allow some string operations in the MDA.  Would avoid having to make even more rules.

It would be nice if we could manually edit/rename the column headers in S3 bionic datasets after they've already been configured: We recently ran into an issue where S3 bionic rules started breaking because our CRM Accolunt ID was renamed in the source database (Looker). As a result, rules that use this field are no longer working because the header in the S3 set doesn't match the new name. Additionally, if the affected s3 set is part of a Merge or Action, it doesn't seem like we can edit it without removing the dependent sets/actions. The only solution I've

I am creating an email chain in program that contains 3 emails followed by a call-to-action for the CSM if none of these emails were read. In order to make it easy for the CSM to act on these emails not read, I wanted to include in the Comments section tokens like the contact phone number which is not always filled. The error "Token vakue is empty for placehorder 'Phone' at step Create CTA" for every contact that has no phone number defined. The creation of a CTA in program should allow for tokens that may be empty, much in the same way as we can do mailings with empty tokens. We don't necessarily need to set a default value. If empty, the token can just be skipped.
