In my quest to be efficient in the regular monitoring of the execution of our programs, I find that the navigation in the programs catalog could be improved greatly. First, when doing monitoring, we are concerned with active programs only. So I filter by program status and then pick Active. That's 4 clicks. Perhaps some day, doing the same via a single click on the icon just below will be possible. Even though I have a naming convention for my programs to start with the day and time (eg. MON 5, WED 9, etc) to spot them easy in the absence of schedule information on this screen, I do miss the ability to sort by name alphabetically, execution time, etc. which would make me faster. Currently if a CSM creates a CTA in the cockpit view, they must choose the relationship every time. Our CSMs would like to be able to set their default relationship to reduce the need for selection.  (They do know if they use the R360 then it will create it under that relationship by default, but most of our CSMs work out of the cockpit view and only work 1 specific relationship type)

As it is possible with most social media tools and content webpages, I would like to see the possibility to prepare topics in advance. By that I mean writing a topic in advance and it automatically being placed on a time and date chosen by me or one of my colleagues. This can be helpfull and relevant because of the following reasons: It will be possible for you to post topics outside opening hours It will give you more control over your planning We use our community a lot for content placement, which is based primarily on current affairs. I can imagine planning in advance would be usefull for other communities as well. For example: provider communities with an Iphone release coming up. Especially with special news and campaigns we work together with our webmasters and social media team to ensure that the information is live as early as possible. We really like the Journey Analytics section as it displays very useful information in a very intuitive way. The only hindering factor for us is that we can't select which Programs to be displayed. The reason this is an issue for us is because we have several programs that are used to send internal notifications to our teams (like when NPS surveys are submitted, or other activities happen within Gainsight). Any plans to add an extra filter to be able to select which programs should be considered? Thanks! Marcelo

Our super users are missing the option to mark all un-read topics as read from a single button on frontpage. I admid we don't have the smallest community so I can understand why they feel it's too much work to go through all the different subjects and scroll down to the bottom of the page to mark all the topics under that specific subject as read. 🙂

really would like same capability to link a case to a CTA like we do for opportunity?  since we cannot do this today.. what variable within the comments field may we use that will auto-populate the link to the case may we use for CTAs created by rules?  

Since there can be so many timeline entries on an R360, what if you could create a timeline entry with a particular subject (parent entry) and then create timeline entries under it so you could group your updates.  The UI could show all single or parent timeline entries, and by clicking on a parent entry the children would be made visible.  For example, you have a success plan that don't have objectives so you are tracking updates through the regular timeline.  You could create a timeline entry that has the name of the success plan, then you could create all of your subsequent timeline entries for that success plan as children of the parent.  Would make it easy to see all updates in one place instead of interspersed with all other timeline entries.

Looks like it was last updated in May 2018. - i think you can update CTAs to close them. - i think you can "write" to Timeline now.   So under the Chatter question, while Sally might not understand Chatter, I think you can write to Timeline and perhaps write to Gainsight in other ways i have not explored. REF:  Can you add Chatter notes from the Sally bot? Currently updating data in Gainsight is not supported from Slack.

Got this request in from Thilak at Cisco: I have the following queries with survey functionalities - 1. We want to have "BACK" button in survey. But currently this functionality is not present in the tool, so is there any workaround to this? I have also found a thread in community saying it is on your roadmap, but the thread was 2 year old. I guess still this functionality is not available. 2. We wanted to have an option to save the survey progress and continue the process again by clicking the same link. Currently, the auto save and "save for later" button does not work that way. Once the user exits the survey without submitting, he cannot retake the survey and continue from saved page. Is there any alternative solution to this? Thanks

It would be great if we add a time stamp to the "task bar" in a C360 Timeline? use case: Create a C360 "To-Do Task" due 4/27/2018 from 9am-10am! Ideally, when user flips to Calendar view in Cockpit, they see when CTA/Task is due, but the specific timeframe task is due.  Pipe dream: If task is not completed by timeframe, an automatic message shows up, prompting user to update "due date" and status (New--> In Progress) 

Ability to export notes. As notes are entered within free form boxes, the users would like the ability to download them within an excel/word document.

Cisco already has 2 weekly files that exceed the 500MB limit on S3 - file sizes will grow, and they would like to begin running daily loads soon for some - this means there could be multiple, daily files exceeding the limit. Currently these files are split manually and drag/drop loaded to S3.  The new S3 limits are great, but InfoSec requires files at rest in S3 to be encrypted.  That's why the encryption feature needs to be added sooner than the April release - ongoing manual process can't be sustained. Cisco was about to escalate a big product risk over the 500MB limit - this new Rules load makes everything much, much better, but waiting until April for encryption will erase the sentiment gained with the new feature release. It would be really helpful to add in notes to journey orchestrator to help explain what's happening. With multiple admins, or even visiting a complex program weeks/months/years later - I expect it to be difficult to remember how everything was setup. Being able to put in notes (similar to "//" type comments when writing code) would be a big help as the complexity of Programs grow! Made an example screenshot for a program I'm currently working on.

The Power List view becomes cumbersome and disorganized without the ability to sort by list name.  The only sorting available is by last updated.  This makes it difficult frustrating to group and reference lists associated with various segments. We request the ability to sort by the name of the Power List, not just on last updated which is only option available. We accounted for this in Rules Engine by starting all with the time stamp that they are running.  For example [02:00] Rule Name  [02:05] Rule Name etc.

We collect our NPS surveys at the relationship level but would like to see the NPS score and view the individual surveys at on C360. Are there any plans to add this ability? 

Hi - I really struggle with the way that CoPilot embeds uploaded images. Because I do so much editing in HTML, the imageID changes each time I save changes. That means that I can't copy/paste from either another template or from a Word doc without having to go through the process of re-uploading images. Since the images only come 'inline' down at the bottom of the email, which means that i have to then go into the code again and copy/paste the image tag into the correct place in the email.

Our current processes do not include syncing CTA/Tasks to Salesforce, so we have auto-sync turned off on Playbooks and at the Task level. However, because the ability to manually sync to SFDC still exists when a CTA is triggered, we have some CSMs inadvertently syncing them.  This is creating inconsistency and confusion. We need the ability to hide/turn off the manual sync capabilities.

I have a customer that would like the ability to be able to lock the CTA due date field for everyone except for Admins. The use case a CSM may be assigned to a new customer, then must reach out to this new customer within 7 days. However, if they are able to change the due date, in our reporting we will not see that they called the customer past the original due date.  So they would like to be able to lock this field for just their CSMs

Hello All! Hoping to open up some discussion regarding testing advanced outreaches. I will add my ideas below but feel free to provide your feedback as well. One major thing that would benefit Advanced Outreaches is a better way to test the flow of the whole thing. One idea would be to be able to select an AO participant and test for them similar to in regular outreaches where it sends you the email as if it were going to the contact. This will allow you to be able to test an advanced outreach and then use it live later. Testing is obviously easier when you are loading participants via a CSV or power list since you can modify the power list to find a test contact but sometimes when you are using something more advanced like a bionic query it is hard to set up the test since you may be pulling from multiple objects and doing transformations or maybe it is just too time consuming. With this idea, you could select one participant that is loaded and test the flow. Another idea to help

We use one of the scorecard comment boxes for the high level notes on our customers and are challenged by how small the space is. When trying to review what was written, you have to scroll through a tiny box instead of seeing the content all at once. It would be great to have it sized bigger or have the ability to be customize its appearance in the layout. Thanks! Heather

Our CS team has grown rapidly over the last few months. While building out certain reports, I need to add all our CSMs to pull out relevant data. SFDC allows comma to act as the "or" operator which makes adding in names easier as compared to Gainsight where each name has to be put in a new filter. Are there any plans to get similar functionality in GS anytime soon? Might be a small thing but can definitely make the platform more Admin friendly 

Via current Administration -> Milestones configuration. You have a column to set a Milestone to Active/Inactive. Also a trash icon to delete the type. It is assumed that your able to make inactive a Milestone type to prevent new ones being made on that type, but retain the milestones using the type already. Also, its understandable that deleting a Milestone type involves removing related milestones. The issue here is that when setting the Milestone type to inactive is desired, app wants to you delete related milestones, which doesn't make sense as that is the goal of the trashcan to check. Please align "Active/Inactive" check box with assumed behavior.
