It would be great if the migration tool could migrate AO Configuration.

Customer has a feature request to configure the way group score measures show in the mass edit scorecard view. 1. Be able to configure the label. They want the ability to remove "group". They have measures within these groups but for reporting purposes they are used more as their own measures. Execs don't understand that they are a group. 2. Remove the top line above group. Why does this show? Measures that are part of a group do not have it (see Relationship Risk) and only the group measures do have it but it says the same thing. I could be overlooking something on that one.

I don't want to cram too much info into the repository screen, but I think it would be cool to add a column for the Source Object to the repository view.  This way you can easily see which object the report applies to.  Adds a little more organization to the report builder until we can do other organization enhancements.

The Scoring Scheme in Scorecard 2.0 is not logical from a UI perspective.   The LEFT number in each range is the only one an admin can control.  So one would assume I would add my starting point for that range, and then the RIGHT number would calculate accordingly.   So when I add 95 as the starting point for dark green, and then 93 as the starting point for light green, the RIGHT number in the light green range defaults to the LEFT number in the dark green range. This is confusing because 95 cannot exist in both ranges at the same time.   I would, again, expect that since I'm entering the starting ranges (LEFT) that this would mean the range would begin on the number I enter.  But it doesn't.  It actually starts one number above.  This feels like someone took a programming shortcut and passed the burden of interpretation onto the end user. 95 is in the light green range and 96 begins the dark green range. It can get a little tedious to have to go in and add permissions for surveys, Copilot AND playbooks in three different areas. I'd like to see us just add one permissions menu where Admins can add whoever they want and check which features to give permissions for.  Another bonus with this approach is it would eliminate the inconsistencies each of the three permission menus have as of right now. 

Good Morning- We're having an ongoing issue that's being worked to a resolved end state, but it gave me an idea: Why is it not possible for an Admin/Super Admin to be able to see the creation path for objects/MDA records/CTAs/etc. in Gainsight? i.e. We have duplicate records.  What is creating the record and when was it created?   OR A CTA fired erroneously.  What rule/MDA record triggered it? This would greatly decrease debugging time and make the workflow of Gainsight infinitely more user friendly. Thoughts? Thanks -Jim

It would be great to have a "+Email CTA" option on the Cockpit and/or Timeline screens to save lots of time and make users much more efficient.   It could allow a user to pick an "Email Template" that they want to use and then it automatically creates a new CTA with a single Email Assist task that can then be used to send custom/templated emails to internal/external recipients.

Currently the ARR field is un-editable from the C360 page and you can't give anyone edit permissions over this field. It would be nice to have the ability to give certain users edit permissions so that the ARR can be updated from the C360 page.

Hello all, Gamification is a system by which we want to drive certain behaviors and reward user by granting something for behaving as desired. Besides the current actions that can be targeted, there are many more that we would like to target for a multi-purpose community. As additional items we suggest: “Helpful”: allow users to mark not only as "like" but helpful. Only about 12% of original posters comes back to mark the correct answer, and in large communities it becomes increasingly expensive to have moderators scan and re-scan for helpful replies. Enabling "Helpful" or "Most helpful" marking partially resolves this bottleneck while still providing orientation (=value) to users - especially when allowing for non-logged-in users. “sharing in SoMe Networks": target this to increase reach of the community by voice of mouth, strengthen community & community content value and incentivize content creators (especially in combination with non-logged in users) "Participate in survey"

Hello all, 90-95% of the community users are visitors who read the community content and then leave again: However, we know from surveys on our current community that 38% of these say that community content helped them. However, this positive feedback is not reflected in the content, as only logged-in users can interact with the content. Therefore, we are limited to only a fraction of users for validating content in internally demonstrating community value Therefore I suggest: create an option to allow "public action", i.e. non-logged-in users can perform some low level activities. Examples that a community manager can allow for "public action" are “liking”, marking as “helpful” or sending a “Thank you-Badge”, etc. without having to have a community profile. Why does it work Removes the entry barrier, creates a powerful incentive for the active people (multiplied incoming points and thank yous – strenghening the reputation of active users and powering their egos)

The capability to schedule an advanced outreach is not available in the current version. We can specify a start date but no time. We need to publish the outreach in due time. Is this correct or did we miss a setting somewhere? Any plan to make it available?  The drawback on this limitation is that we will not be able to publish an outreach at the best time we want for other time zones unless we have staff ready to press the button at that time. As well, it means that we have no discretion on the time we want to send the messages at, whereas this was available in Outreach. Is this planned and for when?

We are trying to do a massive upgrade to our Renewals Management automation and have been working to use the Events Framework. Our thought was to have an AO that delivers an email with instructions to the customer. Based on them following the instructions, the Renewal Opp is updated to a new stage, which the event is based off of. The customer would then receive an immediate email* confirming our receipt of their action and giving them next steps. *Here's the problem. Our renewals workflow is best executed using a Source list via a Bionic Query that merges Opportunities (renewal data) & Contacts (email and other specific fields for who receives communication). Unfortunately, Events are based on a trigger installed on a single object (which is Opportunities for us. This results in us not having all the data from the event being triggered. It would be valuable to be able to combine survey results so that NPS responses can be reviewed through 1 lense on the NPS tab, even if the surveys were distributed separately. 

When our CSMs send an email through a CTA (email template built in Co-pilot), this email automatically is logged in the client's timeline. While this email is marked as originating from a CTA, there is no way to add the activity subtype when validating the email before sending. The activity sub-types help us in understanding the theme of work the CSM is working on and is included as an option to note when manually creating a timeline event. We've given our CSMs the workaround to go back and edit the email to add the activity subtype. Is there any way this field can be added to "validate email" pop up so that CSMs don't have to remember to make this update after the fact. https://share.vidyard.com/watch/uTCXvGHWsiQYBWasksQ9hX  I thought if I make the field mandatory in timeline, it will prompt something while validating the Email assist task. But this logic also didn't work out.

We are trying to setup separate email campaigns for customers based on what link they click in an email. The links would either lead to more self-service styled or more human assistance. Is this something that is possible in CoPilot currently?

Some of our customers would like the ability to sync associated contacts with Salesforce Task sync in CTAs. Right now, Gainsight does not have the ability to do this. The problem is, everything seems to work correctly, without the contact officially getting synced to SFDC. Thanks for the help!

A customer came into chat and mentioned that they are trying to test a C360 layout and wants to assign to themselves before making live for the other CSMs. The issue is that they are using an account level filter to assign layouts for current customers. When looking into this functionality, I'd have to remove all of the current filters and switch over to the user assignment strategy just simply to test. Two ways to fix this: Allow for multiple C360 layout options (for example assign this layout based on the segment, but this layout based on the users "role").  Allow for a "Preview" option for C360 layouts in the same way that you have previews for dashboards. This eliminates all the need to re-assign layouts just for testing purposes. 

I'm creating a new C360 layout, and need to be able to filter with "contains" instead of just equals, and that doesn't appear to be currently possible. 

Hi everyone!  I've seen multiple post regarding being able to set Column Width in Table Reporting - but nothing regarding the row.  We have a few Dashboards that display the Notes or Comments - and if the CSM (or Other) is copying/pasting their email chain, the row expands out the Report/Dashboard making it not very appealing. While we use the Notes/Comment section in a few of our reports, it is ONLY meant to give a preview.  So being able to set the width of the row, would be awesome, and keep the reports uniform! :) [Similar to how Timeline has a set column/row width - being able to duplicate this for table reporting would be amazing!]

It would be awesome if while creating a CTA, you could tab to CTA Type and then use the arrow keys to select the reason.  Then continue to use tab in the same fashion for the remaining drop down items.  Rather than using tab for the text fields - and then the mouse for the drop downs.

For some of our rules when we're only needing a [i]few accounts - that really don't have any common factors, it would be awesome there was an easy way to copy a filter that you already have in place.  [i]Granted it doesn't take much work to also just drag the same filter field over x times - but hey, just a thought. :)

Users should be able to recall mis sent emails, sent through Advanced Outreaches

Till now we are allowing only date format (excluding time) in custom fields section of AO because to get rid of timezone ambiguity if emails were sent to users following different time zones! Request to include date along with time format in custom fields section!

Hey GS Community, I have a customer that wants to be able to pair different fields in Salesforce with certain CTAs, surveys, and/or notes so that the account managers do not have to manually update fields themselves. For example in a survey, if a customer responded a certain answer to a question, the chosen Salesforce field paired to that question would automatically update based on the user’s answer.

It would be very useful to have a Read-only permission for Co-pilot email templates.  I would like my team to be able to view a repository of templates (i.e. use Gainsight to store templates vs. Drive or Confluence) and have them only READ these templates. Currently the permissions are to only EDIT or View titles.  There's no way to VIEW an email template w/o Edit rights.
