If you have a simple and short survey the Save button seems redundant and I've noticed actually confuses some customers as it's right next to the Submit button.  It would be great to have the option to disable this on surveys. 

Hi all, I am not sure how many of you have had this before, but this is one of the things that really grinds my gears. :( So I have this pm convo with a confused customer who is looking for help (but I also had the very same trying to warn users, e.g. after deleting a post / topic)... He would like me to help him, I also would like to help him, but because he set his profile to only receive PMs from people which he subscribed to, I cannot help him. :( He now keeps sending me PMs which I cannot reply to. That does not really feel like being in control of my Community, unfortunately. :( I now will have to send him an Email

The show data from all children is very helpful in C360 reports. It would be enormously handy if there was an option to show data from all accounts in a hierarchy, especially since Gainsight seems to understand SFDC account hierarchy better than SFDC :) 

As we begin to move more customer lifecycle emails into Gainsight, we are in need of date filters that are in Reports.  Example: We want to send an email to customers who signed up the prior date. In Report Builder, I can say Date = Yesterday. In Powerlist, I have to do Date = Subtract N From Rule Run where N =1. However, when comparing the two, I have different numbers.

Currently, on Matrix Survey Questions, you can only allow comments for the overall Matrix Question.  It's one comment field, at the very bottom of the question. It would be fantastic if you could allow comments on each individual sub-question on a Matrix Question.  Most Matrix Questions contain numerous sub-questions, and there are many use cases where it's beneficial for the user to be able comments on each. For example, looking at these sub questions that are on a Matrix Question: I would like to have the ability to allow the survey taker to add comments on each of those sub-questions, as opposed to one comment

Occasionally a customer pushes us usage data and has not created a date field on it, especially if it's a true snapshot of a growing value, or they push us data with a day or two delay (give us a date of two days ago) and we need to monitor both dates. It'd be a cool feature to be able to add a "today's" date to an ingest job, similar to the way we add a custom mapping in a rule. Could capture it as "ingest date" for each record by default. Without this we have to create an additional job (rule) to run against the MDA table after the ingest has completed. 

My organization has conducted multiple exercises to make sure that each Relationship scorecard has the right weight and value in order to properly provide an accurate overall score weight that we utilize in SFDC as well.  However, when I want a scorecard to not have a value I must choose N/A and remove the color completely.  For example, if a customer has no open Support cases, then the scorecard would be N/A.  If there were Support cases within the risk threshold, it would be green, etc.  I would like to utilize Blue, but then I must assign a score value to the color.  This in turn either erroneously lifts or lowers the overall score.  It would be wonderful to utilize RYGB with Blue having no value whatsoever.  This can in turn, provide a more appealing scorecard to customers and Executives and assist with operations to make sure that if there is a grayed out scorecard, it is a Gainsight Admin issue which needs to be resolved. 

It would be convenient if account lookups that are in the linked object section of cockpit had clickable hyperlinks. It shows a hyperlink in the CTA tab but not in the linked object.

Our Success and Sales leadership teams have asked for a place within GS where they could potentially collaborate on solutions for At Risk customers, but limit the visibility of the posts so that CSMs and Sales Reps wouldn't be able to view.  Is anyone doing something similar to this today?  If not, I was thinking that it might make sense to add an option to mark a timeline post as Private and then maybe only allow the people listed in Internal Contacts to view it?

Please make test run execution results accessible from the rule run history without having to wait for the csv in the email or go to S3. Anyone interested please post your use cases below in the comments and like this post if you support this feature.

When adding a CTA from Cockpit, is there a way to add other identifying fields to the Account lookup dropdown. The use case would be if you have multiple accounts with the same name, but are in different countries we would like to be able to us an Account ID or some other identifier to create this CTA.

Would be great if the Draft to Active was more intuitive.  We're currently piloting with our teams, and we've run into some problems where users think the plan is active and it's still in draft.  Maybe when you go to add objectives, pop up a box reminding you that your plan is still in Draft and in order for the objectives to appear in your cockpit, you need to make it active?

In addition to Email Opened information, there is a request from our CSMs to add click and link information to the expanded CTA Task view. I couldn't find a way to add it myself.

The new Copy to Clipboard feature is GREAT in Timeline! An idea to make it even better is to provide a short message that indicates that the copy was successful when a user clicks on the button or change the colors of the button to indicate that a click was successful. Right now there is no visual indicator that this took place. 

When we click +RULE in the Rules Engine page, we are navigated to the Edit Rule page, although we are actually creating the rule for the first time (not editing a previously added rule). Should the name of this UI label be "Create Rule" when it is created for the first time?

I'm trying (trying being the operative word) to build a dashboard with a common set of filters. But in my trying what I discovered is that (as least as I'm understanding this) if I built a report without a common filter and then tried to include that on my dashboard, the rest of the filtering breaks. Here's my use case... I want to show overall team retention against a specific CSMs retention. Or total number of open opportunities for the team alongside the specific CSMs number. The total team number should have either no filter or a locked filter to all users, whereas the other reports should respect the global dashboard filter.

I have a request from a client that we be able to use "Current User" when sending out emails through email assist. Currently there is a limitation where we can pull "Name" "Id" and "Email", but we cannot pull "phone" from the user table lookup (this is the same with account and customer info fields that reference these tables).  Can we get the "phone" lookup available in a future release to eliminate the need to create fields and move data around in order to make this work?

Wondering if there is any value to allowing Custom Cockpit views to be a Vault asset?  Realizing thats not an available asset type today, but I think as we come up with "Hey, this is something every customer should be using," we should also have a few Vault assets that someone can download and start using right away with minimal configuration time.   Would also be cool if people could share views they create in their own instance with other users.  "Hey Manager of Team B, check out this cockpit view i made to manage my Team A CSMS!"

Hey @Lila -- I don't see a definition in the article you linked to re: rejected.  I also have some confusion on skipped and how hardbounces + rejected plays into that.  -------------------- If I look at Execution History in CoPilot > Outreaches -- here is what I would love to see:  Target: # of contacts in power-list Skipped: # of contacts previously hard-bounced, previously rejected, already in send, already sent mail in past 90days that copilot is skipping (I would love to be able to report on all of eahc of these categories as well) Sent: # of target contacts minus # of skipped contacts  Delivered: (# of Sent minus # Hard Bounces minus # Soft Bounces) (potentially minus of # of rejected depending on the definition) -- Delivery Rate (# of Delivered / # of Sent) # Hard Bounce -- Hard Bounce Rate (# of Hard Bounces / # of Delivered)

Customer would like to be able to add an internal user or a contact to a Call to Action or Task. Example. Dan is assigned the CTA, he has a task to reach out to the services team for guidance on an upgrade, Dan speaks to Bob from Services, we’d like to be able to attach Bob to the task to show who Dan spoke to.

When the CSMs use Copilot to send emails, Gainsight automatically syncs a task back to SFDC, which is awesome!  I noticed that the Subject of the copilot task in SFDC is always ‘Outreach:’, but I am wondering if there is any other tag or field created that we could use in Salesforce to identify these Copilot outreach tasks created by Gainsight?

I am working to roll out Timeline with a customer and they would like to add subtypes to timeline activity types. For instance when they add meetings, they would like to know what type of meeting it is(for reporting purposes)Example: CSA Meeting. Do we have any plans to add this functionality to expand the activity types?

When you export the CTAs from Cockpit (selecting Export CTAs or Export Both) you get a CSV file that contains key CTA fields like Priority, Status, and Reason - but you don't get Type.  Type doesn't come across in the export. Type is one of the major fields on a CTA, and is one of the fields that displays on the default Cockpit view.  It should definitely be included within the CSV export.

Hello! Curious if there is a way within CoPilot to narrow down our Power List based on previously sent outreaches. When building a Power List, within the "Which meets the additional criteria from Contacts" section, we would like to be able to select an option to designate whether a contact has received a specific previously sent message (which, currently, all outreaches are stored within the 'Activity History' section on their respective Salesforce page -- please see example below). For example, we would like to be able to say the following: Activity equals Welcome to SPS Commerce! ('Welcome
