Hi all, One of our Superusers is visually impaired, and have suggested that there should be some gestures for common events, as there are in for instance Jira and Confluence. He's specifically after the following gestures: Navigation gestures (back, forward), start a topic, reply to topic. Best, Ditte

I'm editing a bionic rule and finding that I can't tell what kind of join I'm doing in a merge step because the drop down doesn't have enough space. My suggestion is that the white space over to the right get shrunk a bit so the drop down can get bigger.

Hi, We have recently migrated our onboarding process out of SFDC process builder and into Gainsight's rules engine. The onboarding process needs to be extremely quick for our organization, so the idea that I can change the onboarding step (a picklist we have) and need to wait up to 24 hours for the CTA(s) to fire along with playbooks so we can schedule work among many different groups of users is a real pain point for us. I would like the ability to fire CTAs more frequently than once a day - and potentially even instantly to speed up this process. Is that a feature on the roadmap?

Is there anyway to change the error message that shows on MDA reports where the object has no data? This is misleading and would maybe be better to say "No Data Present" or something along those lines. Thanks,

Hi team - can we apply advanced filters with CSAT and other transactional surveys? For instance, can we apply the following layers of logic together? Closed support ticket AND has not received a CSAT for the past weekI know we can use power lists to apply various filters for other copilot outreaches. Wondering if we can do the same with triggers.

Customer would like the option to remove the depiction of NPS (with picture of a scale) from the Surveys section in the C360, as it is anticipated to cause potential confusion to some users. Market Research team objects to showing this to users because it is not the company NPS, just a subset by customer. Leaving the NPS Responses in place will allow users to see individual responses but not potentially misinterpret the "NPS" shown. 

Is it possible to have a 'sent' Copilot email automatically update the Status of a CTA (with a particular Reason)?  This is true automated Copilot email -- not an Email Assist situation.   Example use case:   -  A lifecycle CTA for lower touch customer fires for the next Business Review (ReasBusiness Review).  It's due in 6 months, does not have Playbook at this time, & stays in a Status of 'open' (so that you can always see the next milestone in the journey).   - We'd like to send an automated Copilot email to the customer for scheduling & have the sending of that email automatically change the status of the CTA to 'outreach sent' as an example.  So that the CSM who is managing a large volume of accounts is spending the least amount of time possible with the initial outreach activity to schedule the call, but rather is focused on the Business Reviews themselves.   -We would prefer not to use an Email Assis

It will be great if we can define the global dataset and use them across multiple bionic rules.

Posting on Behalf of customer: Currently when doing a manual run it hits the end of the queue. This may be fine for orgs with a few rules, but for orgs with a large number of scheduled rules, user needs to wait a long time before getting results from a manual or test run. Ideally when a rule is run manually for testing or verification purposes it should be on top of the queue to finish first. It puts a lot of extra time in verification given they way it works now.

With so many rules chains, I would love the ability to: Be able to view the entire name of the Rule Chain without having to open by View.  Either by having the name wrap to a second line or the ability to hover over the rule chain preview and see the entire name.  I prefer the former to the latter. Be able to view the description without having to open the rule chain by View. I would like the ability to view the description the way you see descriptions for Scorecard 2.0 or Relationships.  This would be an amazing time saver while working in the Rule Chains view.

When we have same object name in Salesforce and MDA and trying to filter reports using source object and both names comes in dropdown with no differentiator -which is from salesforce or MDA or dataspace? It will be helpful if we can provide that source of means of the object in report search?

Suppress one/multiple reports in co-pilot if they are empty, but still deliver the email with the other reports containing data.  Also, it should be possible to suppress emails if ‘all’ reports are empty. I see an option to stop sending emails if one of the report is empty , but this won’t help my use cases above.

I need to enlarge a report within an email that I am sending through copilot. The text currently stretches across the entire email while the report only takes up about half the email width. I have zero experience in HTML, but I believe that is where I can make the necessary change. Can someone help me identify which element on which line I need to edit? or even just point me to a good HTML learning resource? Hey all, As we know, when reporting on Recurring CTAs, we have a filter on the Call to Action object called "IsRecurring" that identifies a CTA that has been set as a recurring CTA. That being said, all CTAs that are recurrent from that initial CTA show up in reporting as "IsRecurring=False". I understand that it is expected that the only CTA that would be marked "IsRecurring=True" would be the initial "parent" CTA, however it is difficult to tell which CTAs are the children of the recurring CTA when trying to report on them. Specifically, I have a user that would like to report on manually created or rule generated CTAs, and these recurring CTAs fall into neither of those categories. It would be nice if we had a way to identify the recurrent CTAs outside of filtering for CTAs created by Gainsight API. Thanks, -Tom

I'd love to see a feature that would allow the mod team and our superusers easily go through the community with as few clicks as possible. At the top and bottom of an open thread, on either front end or in control, I would like to see a "Previous" and a "Next" link that will bring me to the previous topic or the next topic in that forum/board or filter, depending on what has been opened. This feature is not necessarily something an average end user would use, however I believe that it will significantly reduce the various clicking time from thread to thread, and allow for a better workflow. :) Best, Ditte

We have a business need for visibility into Oracle customers who currently reside on the Oracle Fusion CRM.  Would like to see Gainsight integrate with this CRM in addition to SFDC.

-Submitting this on behalf of a customer- A customer of mine has submitted a request to be able to sync CTA information via Gainsight Connect. The use case being that they would like to report on both CTA and Timeline activity concurrently and the only way to do that at present is to create an MDA table that contains all of this information.

Good morning all, I've been working on Advanced Outreaches with a customer and I've learned a few interesting "gotchas" while doing some troubleshooting. One of the big ones involves the use of custom mappings in the participant list. In our use case, the user wanted to custom map the "TAM Email" and use it in the "To:" email address in the escalation email. In the standard mapping, there's not a field for "TAM" or "CSM" email, and so the user's though was that it would need to be custom mapped. What we learned was that when we custom map an email-type field, it's output is actually a string-type field, which prevents us from using it in the "To:" of the escalation email. The workaround is to map the standard "Manual Email Address" to "TAM (Primary) Email" and use "Manager Email" in your "To:" field, but I can definitely see how this would cause confusion for users. (see screenshot).

Today, we run CTAs 3 times for things we want our CSMs to be on top of more frequently (NPS detractor score, a health score dropping, etc.). However, sometimes this results in the same CTA being created over and over despite our "unique rules." This is happening when the CSM closes the first CTA before the next rule runs. What are the plans for real time recurring CTAs that are not 3 separate rules?  Additionally, I know you have a manual "set to recurring" button in Cockpit, but are their plans to add this to a rule? Example, I create a rule and I want it to run every 90 days after close (like a performance review). Today I get around this by creating that CTA + 90, + 180, + 360 but that doesn't scale past a couple years.

When there are no CTAs in the system or the Filter condition applied doesn't return any CTAs then the Message displayed should be Center of the Screen

I'm trying to send out a monthly usage data email to all of our accounts. I gathered all relevant usage data and uploaded it to matrix data on gainsight.  Now I have an email template where there are multiple spots that I just want to include a single number. (Example: "Number of log-ins last month: ###, Number of uploads last month: ###, etc.) These numbers all exist in this matrix data table and in a report I could easily search by account id to get the specific metric I'm looking for at any given time.  How can I do this in a copilot email? There are ~10 metrics I want to display, plus a few graphical reports. Thank you!

Cockpit was originally built for CSMs to help them be proactive. As we expand into new departments beyond Customer Success (e.g., Sales, technical teams etc.) we see that the concept of 'Call to Action' doesn't always resonate. In fact, these are teams that we often offer them to see Gainsight CTAs as "alerts" that can help them do their jobs better but no action on their end is necessary. Wouldn't it be cool if CTAs could also be assigned not only to the main responsible party but also had associated notifications for “accountable”, “consulted” and “informed” parties? Additional benefits: - At Gainsight, we use Chatter a lot and actually use Chatter to indicate informed, accountable etc. when we @ mention people as "CC", "FYI" etc. However, many of our customers don’t use chatter. - We constantly try driving executive adoption of Gainsight through dashboards. S3 ingestion jobs are very helpful to automated upload to MDA and I feel following enhancements will add more value 1. Allow truncate option before loading data - 2. Allow building dependency between S3 ingestion job or 3. Allow either calling S3 Ingestion job after load is completed.

When including a button in an email template for CoPilot Email Tempaltes 2.0, any changes to the font do not save. You can change the color of the button but the font changes do not save. The issue with it not saving is that the different fonts in an email looks strange and inconsistent. Is this going to be resolved at some point or is this an expected functionality?
