If there is a contact on more than one account with the same email address, what happens when that contact unsubscribes? Is that contact unsubscribed for all accounts (since it's the same email address) or are they only unsubscribed from the account which the email was sent for?   Thank you! Lauren

With the upcoming release of notes, we are excited to begin leveraging them with our team. It would be great to be able to port over notes from another internal system to have a history of the customer in the C360.  It would also be helpful as our CSM team begins to move more into Gainsight. This would allow the CSM to work in one place instead of multiple. *Note - The notes from another system are not in SFDC.

When viewing customer responses to a Survey through the Survey tab, it is currently not possible to copy those responses to paste them elsewhere. This feature would save time when compared to exporting and sifting through a CSV to copy these same replies.

I have a customer who has setup a support portal where users can log in and view/manage open tickets and reference closed tickets.  We are firing off a CSAT survey to these users via Gainsight when a case closes and an email is fired off to the contact. What this customer would like to be able to do is grab the URL from the survey that we sent them and surface that into their portal.  I've talked to 2-3 different people and I don't think this is possible at this time. Any ideas on how we could do this?

I often build a table report in Report Builder and then export it to Excel to play around with the data, even if I'm not doing anything particularly complex. I think a key reason is that when looking at a table in Report Builder I have limited real estate, even after hiding the Salesforce menu. Curious if others have this issue – I think if I could collapse the Show Me/By/Filter section I'd be more likely to interact with tables right in the Builder, especially since the in-column filtering is so easy. 

We use Segment to get our website usage data into Gainsight.  Currently, it's set to run and grab data from the previous day - only 1x a day.  The problem is we need either: 1. to be able to update this manually OR 2.  bump up the data push to hourly OR 3.  get a constant feed Would this help anyone else?

Very excited about the upcoming "timeline" feature.  A challenge I've heard many customers talking about before is getting a sense of which of their customers have they engaged recently.  My idea/question is: would the activities in the "timeline" view be reportable? E.g. would I be able to write a rule / report to show all accounts that don't have activities logged in the last X days?  I think this will be a very strong feature that many customers are going to be interested in. 

Is it possible to provide an option to set dependencies (like predecessors & successors) between ingest jobs?  Suppose, consider there are two jobs - A and B. B should run only after successful completion of A. With the current situation, we will have time gap between 2 jobs to run one after another. But, if we introduce a feature to select an option to have actual dependency btw them on the execution results instead of time, will be more helpful.

I know we have several requests for a customizable export to the CS360 page, but I am logging a request for R360 as well. Currently, the only option is to create a success snapshot to export out for that customer. There are some limitations to this, and the customer doesn't want to edit the snapshot if they change R360 sections etc.  Just an idea of what the customer ideally wants (this functionality would be for both R360 and C360).  Navigate to R360 page > Click Export Button > Popup comes up where you could select which sections you want to export out into the report > Reports that you want get exported out to the user

I have a couple of usage reports on my r360, but I'd like to be able to display the usage of just the "Power" users for accounts with a large number of users.  ie. Display just the usage of maybe the top 5 users.  I *thought* I could use the Ranking function for this, but if I try to Rank by User, it gives me the top 5 users in the Alphabet, since Username is a text field (Is this really how ANYONE would want it to work?!?!) I've tried ranking by the "Sum of Usage Hours" but that just gives me the one week with the most usage, which is what I would expect if I ranked by "Date". Ranking by "Date" gives me the most recent date, not the date with the highest usage. This is incorporating more Box innovation into Gainsight.  We would like to use the widget and have the widget show automatically the folder of the current customer.  

Both the Preview and Run as Test features in rules help a lot when testing/validating the logic in a rule. For more complex "debugging" I usually have to recreate the rule logic in Reports 2.0. It would be extremely useful to be able to go from the Rules page to a preconfigured Reports 2.0 - based on the configurations in the rule. Something like....

I've been building some reports to include in dashboards and other internal communications with the team and am finding myself limited by the charting tool. 3 ideas. Actually, date [i]isn't what I want first. Who has made the most progress (or needs some encouragement!) is the primary group, followed by the time view. When you're forced to put date first, it's difficult to see individual performance trends. At least one more grouping level for charting. Maybe it's a bit much to ask for Tableau-like reports. But they handle this beautifully. For the same question above what I want to see is an order that goes Assigned To/Date/Status. There are different ways to visualize this. But in the current situation I have to decide what statuses matter (like not-started

Currently it is possible to create a CTA Survey Rule based off a rating question in a Survey, but not off of the comment section of said question. It would be helpful to be able to build a rule based on if there is content of some kind in the comments section. That way CTAs could be created for well rated questions that also have comments.

Would be nice to give the CSM the ability to schedule each of their customer weekly success snapshots to come to them at a certain time every week or month or quarter, etc. 

I have a customer who is looking to integrate InsideSales, similar to how Gainsight recently added a RingCentral integration. Are there any plans to add this? Alternatively, what is the best way to bring over InsideSales (and similar applications) into the C360 page? Thanks.

Published surveys lock in email service delivery type.  If a transition from manual add participants to powerlist distribution via an outreach the survey must be redone.

I had a customer trying to create an email template using the WYSIWYG editor and wanted to have an image that takes up about 20% of the canvas be on the right and have text to the left of the image. Right now, this is only possible using HTML, will something like this be possible in the future? Any sort of email template editor improvements on the roadmap? -Alex

Currently, reports in the Repository only display their use in Dashboards and C360 sections. It would be beneficial for end users if the "Used In" section of the Report Builder Repository displayed Success Snapshots as well as Dashboards and C360 Sections (if applicable) so that these reports are not accidentally deleted though being used within Success Snapshots.

Currently if you sync tasks to SFDC you cannot get Salesforce email notifications on these tasks because we do not have the DML options enabled for the API. This would be a helpful feature to have in the product. 

On the Customers tab when viewing any of our list views when a user hovers over each column header the tooltip just gives the self-same name of the column. It would be useful if the tooltip/a help icon for each column could display a more informative description of what the column refers to rather than having to refer to a separate internal FAQs document for example. So the ability to add a column definition to any column in a list view/report which could then be diplsayed to the user when they view that report.

I think we should have csv file validation before data load in S3 or data load API or through COM. We are seeing lot of issues and it is tough to debug once the data is loaded or if the file is too large. For instance consider a csv with char encoding as ANSI and in the S3 job configuration we configured it as UTF 8. In this scenario it doesn't throw any specific error, but the data load succeeds few times and fails for the most part. But if we have csv validation before hand, we could avoid this and can show proper error message. Please find below, the use cases for which we need validation 1) Data type mismatch 2) Field name mismatch 3) Char encoding mismatch 4) Blank rows 5) If possible, we need to check for single double quotes between lines Kindly let me know for any further information. User should be able to add a field in the reports which will be a transformed version of any existing field and this field can be a temporary one which has its life only for that report. For example, consider below use cases, 1) Appending 2 fields and showing it as single field (like appending "First Name" and "Last name" and displaying it as "Name") 2) Transforming a numeric field into percentage, showing difference between 2 numeric fields and so on(Currently we are having calculated fields to cover this use case) 3) Since we are introducing currency data type, we should also be able to support currency conversion. Since it is a standard formula and the only change will be the conversion rate which we can update, this could be doable. 4) We should be able to do some logic like if case A, then implement choice 2
