Do we have any plans to make boolean fields visually more appealing in reports-tables? Similar to the way salesforce displays them, or way we do in the features section on C360? Have heard a couple times that the way true/false is displayed on our reports is more difficult to read in our reports.

It would be great if there a way to drop a multi-client milestone. For example, if we release a significant new feature and want to track adoption changes after that point, it would be helpful to assign it to all clients in bulk. 

Posting on behalf of Euromonitor team as they are running into situations where they need more than 5 measures in the 'By' section on an MDA report in reports 2.0.  Use case is around user level daily usage and being able to slice that data by account attributes like region,department, country,user id, date, and more.  This is not allowed for even a tabular report. Are there any reasons this is a limitation, and if so, can it be improved in a later release? Thanks.

Not all customers are created equal. We have several different types of customers. Some fall under our Account Managers and other under our 1:Many.  For our Account Managed customers, there is a desire to add different cards that weigh the overall score differently than our 1:Many customers. While many of our metrics will be the same, we want to be able to be weighted differently by the customer types.

We recently implemented an auto-close CTA system in GonG (Gainsight's own instance of Gainsight) for our Support Risk CTAs. The UX for building out playbooks has been extremely frustrating for our team, due to many issues. A few here:   1) the inability to see more than a few CTAs in the small window (we have many many tasks in a playbook)   2) inability to print or export the entire playbook (for cross referencing purposes / quality controls/ team discussions)   3) Inability to expand the little window without expanding the whole chrome window, which only expands slightly (Does it work better in another browser?) 4) We have many many risks and playbooks, the list on the left is so long, that we can't see the tiny window at the top of the screen, and can't tell what is actually showing in the box when we make a selection.   

Is there a way to enhance the community tags so that we can add a tag that says which release a feature is planned for as well as which release it was included in?  Currently it just says "Planned". It might be good to be able to filter for which posts are planned for which release as well which ones were implemented.  This could also potentially drive adoption for customers who are able to see their ideas being put into the product.

When creating new Dashboards, they are listed out alphabetically. It would be nice to be able to rearrange dashboards like Milestones or Reasons, so that a dashboard that's used more frequently is at the top of the list, regardless of its title.

When working on a report, it's kind of a pain to have to go back and search for it in the drop down box under "Repository."  In most cases, it will be one which you recently worked on.  Would be handy to include a "Recent" category and include the 5-10 most recently edited reports so you can quickly grab the one you wish to work on.

Scenario. The admin creates a bar chart and within the chart adds the fields the user will want to see when clicking on the bar chart. I normally add about 8-10 fields after the default just gives me what I have added on the show me section. Now the exec comes by and says they want a pie chart as appose to the bar chart. I simply change the chart from bar to pie under select visualisation type. But when I now click on the pie chart all the fields I had chosen have defaulted back to the basic fields and so I have to re-add the fields? DOH!  Request her

Could we split the Special Permission Set so that the permission to load to MDA in rules engine is a separate permission than load to SDFC in rules engine? I have a couple customers that loading to SFDC will never be an option but they need the ability to load to MDA for the joins. So because the Special Permission Set currently handles both they are unable to utilize the join functionality. In the meantime, is there any way around this in order to give them the ability to load to MDA from rules engine without that permission?

Currently the column filter at the top of a report allows you to filter for "~ contains" "^ starts with" and "| ends with" Would like to expand the column filter options to include "does not contain" so that we can exclude records based on column data.

A customer has a Copilot use case where they want to send an email the very first time a customer has usage (they have monthly data). I am not able to do MIN of Date in Copilot.  I am unable to do (A and 😎 and (C and D) which is (Measure A >0 and Date is current month) and Measure A=0 and Date is less than current month). Was wondering if either of these methods will be possible in a future release? In the meantime, I am suggesting using Rules Engine to set a milestone when MIN of Date where Measure A >0 is current month and then create a Power List based on the milestone date.  Any better solutions to provide?

I use the unique identifier check box when creating my CTA to allow me to create multiple CTAs that use the same reason and type for the same customer. I see there is an option to "open" or "close" CTA when you are setting up the CTA with the rule. It would be wonderful if we had some sort of filter criteria that looked for a unique identifier in the CTA name or comments that would then trigger that CTA to close. For instance I use the "@" to put in the case number in the name of the CTA and when that case is closed it would be nice to have that CTA rule run to auto close the CTA with some default info or other tags i have configured.

It would be fantastic to have an option for list view for JO templates, powerlists, etc. The tile format makes it very cumbersome when many templates / lists are built.

Has anyone found a solution for seeing and reading 8+ column headings in your dashboard simultaneously? 1. Header names only work well if super short - otherwise you cannot read everything. There is no option to wrap around text. You have to manually adjust each column separately but there is no way to manually adjust them all so that you can read the whole column header for each column simultaneously. 2. There is no horizontal scroll. So if you have more than 8+ columns, some of them can disappear on the right and you are not able to see them unless you minimize the columns to be super narrow, and therefore illegible. 3. there is no option to hover on the headers to view the full header name. 4. So you’re basically deciding between expanding some columns and reading those, or squishing them to see all your columns but has anyone discovered a way to see AND read all your columns simultaneousl

Would be great if you could select any playbook to use for a Success Plan objective versus just being able to use Objective playbooks.  For example, if part of your Success Plan involved completing a QBR (currently an Event playbook), you couldn't.  I've gotten around this by cloning the playbooks as objectives, but as we get further in to Success Plans, we'd also like to create Rescue Success Plans (which would use Risk playbooks).  How about when you create the objective, you are given the option for what type of playbook you'd like to apply similar to CTAs?

When you add the lookup to any object, it is saved as the ID and not the actual name. The c360 attributes section (on the backend) converts that ID to a String - Name so you see "John Doe" instead of ZX000001AB3293 for that field.This is important because it explains why this field doesn't have the option to be editable at this time. If you change the String (name) to something else in Gainsight, c360 doesn't have an index to then convert that string back into the proper ID again.  Please create an index in Gainsight so we can convert that string back into the proper ID again so we can make lookup fields "editable" in the Attributes section on the c360. 

Our Technical Account Managers use the service cloud and when they click on an account hyperlink that takes them to the c360 they lose some functionality i.e. sub-tabs to help them organize cases/opps under each customers as well as a menu bar at the bottom of the screen for quick navigation. They have to go back into service cloud to get that functionality back or not use the hyperlinks. 

The Sample Outreach report lists the customer chosen as a "guinea pig" in the "Outreach Results" tab, rather than listing the email addresses for the recipients of that sample outreach. It seems misleading to list the customer and can cause some panic that the sample actually triggered for a customer.  An improvement to that report might be to list the email addresses of the actual recipients of the sample and, if necessary, clearly stating that the outreach did not trigger to the "guinea pig" customer.

In CoPilot outreaches we have the ability to check the box to only send once to contact throughout their lifetime.  What is the criteria for this to take affect?   If I have it checked and send an email, does it only honor the 'once in a lifetime' criteria if the email template content and all power list filtering are unchanged? or, Do the power list and email template run off of some sort of ID on the backend and as long you do not select a whole new power list and/or whole new template, does it honor the 'only send once' checkbox?

My success snapshots are pretty extensive and I would like the ability to clone them so I can then tweak a few things here and there to create an entirely new one. 

When we show the values of a Boolean field type (specifically Checkbox) sourced from the SFDC object in a Report, the value for checked is displayed as 'True', which is correct. However, the value for unchecked is displayed as ' - '. Would it be possible to have this updated to show the two possible values of the checkbox field (True/False) instead of displaying True and have a ' - ' represent a false value?
