It should be possible to configure Relationship Preview with more than 4 fields. Today the fields pulled in search configuration are available when previewing/searching for the relationship and the limit is only 4.We want to add additional field - Opportunity ID in the Preview configuration.

I don’t know if this is a bug, a suggestion or what, so apologies if it is categorized improperly. I am not seeing reports published from Data Designer as available in the new Dashboard Builder - this really must be enabled before lauch. @sai_ram is this a bug for me or was this really not included? @darkknight Seems like you’ve been using the new reporting features, have you had been able to use DD reports in the new Dashboard builder? Ninja edit: These reports show up in the regular dashboard builder, so it isn't an inherent problem with the report not being properly pushed to the MDA.

My customer would like the ability to create tasks from the My Portfolio or Customer health type of reports in a Dashboard. The use-case is during 1:1s managers would like to easily be able to go through each account and add the task from a dashboard view instead of having to open each C360, navigate to Cockpit to then create the task. Can we consider an enhancement request to accomplish this?

From my understanding, besides public groups I can have private and secret groups.A private group can have a mechanism called “Share invite link”, where a user can receive a link and if clicked, the user becomes member of the group automaticallyA Secret Group can invite users adding the Insided username in a textbox. BUT does not have an option to produce a “Share invite link” to send to the users.I’d like to be able to send an invite link also to the members of a secret group, and currently this option is not available.The use case for this is that I want to use an automatic mechanism for people to join a group without a community manager intervention and at the same time this group doesn’t need to be visible because nobody can request to join anyway (it is invite only)*I tried to create a private group and change it to secret but the link becomes not functional

Widgets such as Active Users should have a “Group By” option. Allowing a user to better depict the details within the data.  Exampled here is our Active Users and a custom report created to group by role displayed. This shows that there is clearly one type of user who is by and large the dominant. This is not seen or understood in the current default widget.  

Hi team, I wanted to point out a very useful feature that is missing from the new C360 Vs the old layout. In the contacts (person) section, the advanced filters provided an option to "select all" in the old layout that does not appear in the new layout. Is there a way to add that option back in to the new 360?

Hello there!On our community we get a lot of answers on the questions asked, but the user who starts the question doesn’t always mark the question as solved - even if they view the answer, like it and sometimes even reply with a “thank you!”.It would be great if the user who asked the question in the first place, would get a pop-up or something like that, when visiting their topic which has a reply that askes if the reply solved the question. It would be great to have the ability to create a customer goal directly from the Success Plan tab instead of having another tab to navigate to. It reduces back/forth.Where the option to associate a goal is, there should be an option to create a new goal.

It would be beneficial for engagements to be able to redirect based on what URL the engagement is currently on. For this use case, if we are launching an engagement automatically but also make it available in the KC Bot, this can cause issues if the engagement needs to be on a specific URL to start. When the user clicks on the engagement in the KC Bot, it would be helpful if the engagement could redirect to the correct page if the user is on a different URL than what is required in the engagement.  Alternatively, we could also add an action that allows the engagement to redirect AND look for the next element. This will allow the user to go from step 1 and continue to another step at a different URL without breaking any tooltip steps that were mapped.

I have had two separate clients recently request CTAs and in the layouts there was information from an object stored in a picklist field that we wanted to replicate and display on the CTA Details and even though we created a matching field with the same picklist, the functionality to map the value that was retrieved from the rule for that field is not available (i.e. we were not able to map the picklist value to a picklist field) Support confirmed and work-around is to map to a string, but this doesn’t fulfill the full needs for the solution as the field may need to be updated later on (which we would want the picklist value available for) Can we add the functionality to be able to map a picklist field value to a picklist field on the CTA object in a CTA rule?

I’ve been asked a few times if there’s a way to freeze more than just the first column in reports and I’m not seeing how to do that. I can see the option to freeze one but not more than that. This seems like it could be a pretty simple upgrade if there isn’t a way to do it. If there is already a way, can someone let me know please? TIA!

We are using Gainsight and Hubspot and we want to create Persons as well in Gainsight and sync them in Hubspot AND our sales team are creating Persons in Hubspot and we need to have them sync in Gainsight (this way is working so far). Is there anyone already doing it both ways ? Thanks for advice !

It would be great if the email reports I’ve configured for my profile came with an attached CSV of the report, rather than just a link to the report. I can see that the current process of emailing a link is helpful for reports you run sporadically, because otherwise you might forget to run them, but I’m creating the same reports every week which need to be shared in my organisation so I was hoping that the email would include the CSV export of the report, not just a notification that I can sign in and view the report to the export it myself. As the email reports stand they’re not actionable for me, because they provide no benefit above just having the custom reports at my disposal in PX when I choose to access them.  

One of the most common requests from our CSMs is to enable People Maps at the relationship level, not just the company level. There are several reasons for this given the size of the organizations and complexity of the organizations we serve. The relationship model does a good job in helping us understand those relationships much better, but the short coming of People Maps not extending into Relationships makes it difficult to visualize in terms of decision makers and influencers at the relationship level.I envisage it like this. A CSM would build their People Map at one of their relationships. It would be nice if that People Map were also available at the C360 level to enfold into any Organization Maps that exist. Or as an alternative, leave it as a listed People Map at the company level. There could be many of these.

A recent use case has come to my attention where it would be beneficial to have the option to link objects to email tasks. As an example if an email task is relevant to a support case it would be helpful if we could link that email to the appropriate support case. 

Hi TeamWhile Sending the welcome emails to customer we want to introduce them to there respective account representatives and want to send the Salesforce Profile Picture of these representatives with the Welcome email. While JO email templates are highly tokenized I don't see an Option to do this with Images.Anyone has any idea how this can be achieved?

We have an operational requirement; where we need to give users the ability to add / modify certain community post tags after sometimes; ingoing through a verification process flow. Those Tags cannot be added at the same time of creating a post/topic or within an hour. So we need the ability for users to be able to add or modify tags after even days. This is an urgent requirement. To align with the functionality of other C360 widgets, the survey module should also offer a rollup of all surveys sent on the relationships within that company, not just company level surveys.

As an Admin, I would like visibility into when a field was added and who added it, in Data Management. I would like these as additional columns here:that I can select and sort by, and include in exports. This will allow me to quickly find recently added fields, or find fields added by a specific person. Yes, I did see this post already  and while you can go to an overall Data Management feed, I’m specifically looking for having this information available at the object level so that you can view it while in the object itself in data management, as well as export it from there.

Enhancement request for using the Gainsight Zendesk support portal for submitting tickets for PX.https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/en-usThe support case portal does not have Gainsight PX feature selection under the "I need help with" section. Making it difficult to submit support tickets and know they are getting routed to the right support team.Since this is the portal that I use to see existing tickets it would seem logical that I could submit PX support cases through it. Yet today Support’s advised method is to submit via in-app dialogue. I will say that this in-app dialogue is very limiting as I can not continue to navigate the product, take screenshots or attach a screenshot. Simplest resolution is to add the issue categories to the full zendesk website ticket submission page Dileep Nalla

Is there a way to submit an idea enhancement on behalf of another user? Right now we take in data from the idea enhancements via Salesforce integration.In our desired workflow, clients will let our Project Managers know issues/requests, and in some instances, our PMs would like the ability to submit those ideas for them to help remove a barrier for customers.

Currently if you make a field required, the create form does not indicate if the field is required and upon save does not provide an error message. Instead it just says “Invalid Payload” 

We need to be able to create custom fields on the Leads object in order to use it well. We have specific things we need to include (product, type, and other customer fields we require). The current setup is so limited in what the CSM can input that it is not useful in the current state
