Hi Team,Customer requested to make the same drill down options that are available on the Email Logs V2 object also available on the Email Logs object? (See screenshot for more info) . It will be used to apply more filters on reports when we adding them in the dashboards.  Please let me know if you need any other details. Thank you.

Hi Team, When we hover over the field in the show me section in  report builder , it shows the path of the field name For Eg: Name- When we hover over name , it shows whether it is associated to company ID- >Name or Company ID → CSM → Name Similarly when we drill down the pie chart/any graph and hover over the fields ,how about the fields showing its association/path? 

We can knock someone off a survey but it would be nice to be able to add someone to the exemption list easily/dynamically instead of having to upload a csv. 

Hi There, I really like the table of contents feature. Just as you can choose to only show Large Headings, I’d love the capability to “Contain Only Small Headings”. I want to use the table of contents further down in my article, so this was one way of using it.Thanks, Ilan

We have noticed a difference in the Survey system between iOS and PC. If you skip a mandatory question on a PC and hit submit, it will auto scroll you back to that question, or at least back up, so you can see the error. On iOS, if you skip a mandatory question and hit submit, it just sits there any gives no indication why it is not submitting, unless the mandatory question was the last one and it was on the screen. Would be nice to see that auto scroll feature added to iOS and any other platform that it is not in. 

Currently, we are showing available data in the weekly timeframe. But the customer would like to see 0 on the evolution line. If the data is not available for that particular week's time frame. Below is example scenarioImagine if we want to see an evolution line of how many chocolates sold each week, if there is a week that we did not sell any chocolate, it shows "0" chocolate sold, and not skip the week.

It would be great to have an update to allow custom status for JO programs so that we can better identify programs as “ready for QA” and “approved”. We want to have draft indicate that the process of being worked, reviewed, and approved in addition to the current statuses. These would not kick anything off, but would help with establishing a QA workflow between different team members. We limit who has the ability to publish, so this would help better organize how many programs we have in the pipeline being worked

It would great to be able to create a “Standard widget - Web page" that users can just drag and drop rather than needing to add the URL themselves. Similar to widgets from reporting. This would help in making sure users have the correct URL and assist in making the experience easier for the user.

HI Team,The issue is that PUT operation on D365 only allows to update a field per call whereas PATCH allows to update several fields which is what we need. So, would it be possible to include PATCH verb is the request from customer. Spoke with engg teammate @sudheer.gotety and was told can be considered as enhancement request. Hope this can be enhanced soon for the customer to work on it,

When someone gets assigned an objective, the notification links only include a direct link to the CTA (in the cockpit) or the Relationship. It does not include a link directly to the Success Plan. When a CTA is attached to a Success Plan, can the email notifications include a link to the Success Plan or allow us to include the link in the CTA details layout (currently we can only include the Name or the GSID). 

Hi Team,One of my Customer has an issue with C360 UI view. One user is able to see almost 3 sections of success plan. However, other user is hardly able to see 1 section. All the other sections appear only when we scroll down. I have reached out to the product team and It looks like that we are currently not auto aligning in UI to fit in the content. Could you please share your views and see if this can be take up as an enhancement?

When I click an external link, such as the online help, that opens in a new tab, I want the knowledge center to be closed automatically. Then I won’t have manually close the it because it covers an area in the application that I want to access.

We would really like to have a create button option in mobile engagements editor just like how we have it for the web guide engagements. Without this option we have to use CSS code to create buttons for mobile engagements, which is time consuming and more difficult. 

Hello there!For our community, attachments are turned off, which renders the appearance of the attachments tool in the WYSIWYG toolbar somewhat useless. What’s much, much more important to our community is the Code Editor, since a huge part of what we do is based around sharing examples of boolean searches and queries. Could we have the capability to move the tools in the toolbar around? The Code Editor is hidden away in the three dot menu and I’d love to make it more prominent

My CSMs would like to be able to manage some tasks or calls-to-action that are not associated to an account.  For example, they may have an OKR (Objective and Key Results) for the quarter that they would like to put into Gainsight with associated tasks so that they can manage it directly out of the Cockpit along with the other CTAs.

I’d love to have a way to publish content to multiple categories and/or groups.Here’s an example. We might have a great external event that we want to highlight both for our community and for a particular regional group in a topic. While we can publish that content somewhere in the community for all to see and can make that event featured content in a group it’s not ideal. It often means one or the other loses out. A group member may post something that could be of interest to the wider community and the group OR a community member may post something that’s potentially also relevant to particular groups.

Hey everyone,During our pre-launch early access program, our testers came up with these two related ideas that I’d love to be able to implement:“What if, when someone joins the community, the platform was able to show them other people from their organization who had already joined?” “Is there a way that we can alert other community members that someone from their organization just joined the community - with a call to action to say hello?”Both of these ideas add social proof to the community and add comfort to the hardest part of any community member’s journey - the first interaction. I imagine an implementation of this would look something like grouping members together based on the domain of their email address, then triggering PMs or banners when someone with the same domain joins?

If user send private message to Moderator with any issue.Moderator can transfer that msg to serviceNow from control environment. Once Issue is resolve get update from ServiceNow. And Moderator can notify User with direct Message.

For API authentication we need to create an OAuth application. However, there is no way to limit the scopes that are allowed for token generated using the application.This is particularly useful if you want to create an app and share the keys with a team member who just want read operations of the API. Currently we have to rely/trust on the application/developer not using the keys to generate an access token which can do write operations too.It would be good if the admin has a way to limit the scopes which are allowed for an OAuth app. This is a common practice in Github and other places too.This eliminates the possibility of misuse of API keys for purposes unintended. (Like in my example, somebody using the same keys to delete stuff etc.)

I’d like to have a way to notify others of new joiners even if they aren’t folks with the community manager role or above. For example, a moderator, or a even a specific member of the group who may want to be aware of new joiners like a Super User or Product Manager who’s just a registered user. Maybe this is possible? (the KB made no mention of it)

Extend the groups notification functionality to non-private groups as well. This would be a super handy way to let others know that lead and moderate those groups (as registered users) that someone new has joined.
