We’d like to see an integration with Marketo. This would effectively enable us to automatically add users from inSided so we could more readily tie into our campaign tools. Zapier options are limited. 

We’ve come across a situation where we’d like an additional filter option in Data Designer. Using the ‘value’ option there is the ability to use ‘contains’ logic. However, when you switch to looking at ‘field’ that option is removed. We have a situation where we’d like to filter a report/dataset to show line items where Field 1 has been concatenated and we only want to show the line item if that concatenated field contains the value located in Field 2. 

I know I’ve mentioned this to our client outcomes manager in the past, but wanted to raise it here to see if it is under consideration.Currently it is possible to use Text Analytics on survey responses to create word clouds.I’d love to have this functionality available elsewhere, specifically as a report type for running reports on Timeline content. Ideally I’d like to get to the end of a customer contract and produce a wordcloud to give a quick high level overview of the most common topics that have been discussed and logged by their CSM in that contract year.Is this something that is already planned for Horizon Analytics? We’d like the ability to look at what customers are doing in their first 7, 15, 30 days (examples) to help better understand feature adoption. We haven’t found an elegant way to be able to look at every users’ first X number of days. The only workaround was to look at a specific date range and then have the sign up date within that date range. This is obviously limiting in terms of the number of users who would qualify.

Hi, we’d like to have the possibility to have two event tabs, or Webinars available for all, and one for Academy trainings for customers only. Is that something you would be able to look into? Guessing this could be beneficial for more? 

It looks like in HA we are able to create a widget that allows for you to link to an RSS feed.  We have a use case where our CSMs would like to be able to access a RSS feed for specific customer.  We would like to see the enhancement to pull in a direct RSS feed based on customer or the ability to redirect to a RSS feed for a specific customer.

When naming a success plan with a long title, the success plan view will cut off part of the title even though there is plenty of white space next to the title name. Requesting expanding the success plan title view.  

Hi Team,While working through data designer I think it would be a great time saver for me (and hopefully others) if I had to ability to pull in the report setup i.e., show me fields and filters without having to recreate the entire setup again in the data designer. 

Unfortunately, we ran into what I think is a big limitation for SSO. We had the option enabled to set custom roles alongside SSO - which was VERY hard for our team to implement, since we had to modify our SSO response to include values that inSided wanted, rather than having an interface to map already existing attributes to make descisions about roles - i.e we already had data in the response to identify the correct roles.Anyway, with that out of the way, we came to learn that ANY manual modifications to use roles via control will get overridden by SSO upon next user login. For us, this is a deal breaker because we will have several scenarios where we need somebody to be in a role to gain access to specific categories which cannot be assigned via SSO. For example, we had planned to leverage the community to run a beta program. Now we have to somehow edit our SSO response to identify a beta customer - which may only be 10 users at a time? that does not make sense to me. Likewise, new c

It’d be nice to have a threshold limit ( or select what categories to show) when adding the Community Categories widget on the page via Customize -- especially when you have many more parent categories.  

Is it possible to have in-browser notifications for new messages, replies, etc, so people don't have to constantly check their emails.

I'm sharing this feature request from a key community member of ours – she is a super superuser. 🙂 I'm including here what she shared with me verbatim (with her permission). I'd be curious to know if others here think this would be helpful to community members. When someone sends a member a private message, the member gets notified via both the "Private messages" section on their profile menu and an email notification. But when someone tags you, you'll just receive an email notification (if you select the relevant option on your Settings page). You may simply miss it especially when your inbox is loaded and also when someone tags you in a thread that you are not following. It would be wonderful if there could be a section on the profile menu for that sort of notifications as well. We are heavy users of Relationships, and are also in a big push for our CSMs to hold strategic engagements (which we have set up as a timeline activity type) with their respective relationships. Our relationships are set up 1:1 for solutions that are sold on a customer’s contract. Sometimes these customer teams operate independently, other times the same team may be part of multiple relationships. This has caused us headaches in a few areas, but one in particular is logging/tracking our Strategic Engagements. Our current ‘solution’ is to copy/paste and log the engagement to all relationships that were included, but then we have duplicate activities on the C360.What we’d like to see, is an option to log a single timeline activity on multiple relationships at once, but then only roll up to the C360 timeline as a single activity. This would give us the relationship level reporting/visibility we need, but not clog our account timeline with duplicate activities.

Could we get a URL field or at least some backend intelligence that makes URLs in user profile fields act as hyperlinks?

We would like to make access to our community as seamless as possible - especially when integrating to our existing site/applications. Today, you can send users to the login URL to automatically log them in using SSO, but you can’t redirect them to another part in the community as part of that process. This idea is around being able to:Automatically sign-in a user (they are coming from another page and should be able to immediately SSO anyway) At the same time, redirect them to a specific part of the communityFor areas of the community that are for restricted users only, we could use this method to get them to that part of the community automatically rather than forcing them to hit the ‘Oops’ page as they are not logged in.

Hi! Additional request, based on: Need to add a Spammer button to the user profile (in the admin area). This button should also be available to the moderator group. When the button is clicked, the user was blocked and all of their messages are hidden. BUT the user must not be deleted. Thanks.

We have Users who are concerned about privacy, due to the nature of our industry. As such, their willingness to share data about themselves might vary, depending on their company’s rules. We’d like to have Profile Fields set as Required but allow the user to select if they are okay having it as a Public or Private field. This way, we can collect the information and have it, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be displayed on their profiles if they’d rather keep it private. 

Posting On Behalf of a Customer. Currently in Success Snapshots 2.0 we have below options when adding default slides for Success Plan. On testing, Timeline option only exports the timeline of individual objectives. Timelines recorded on the Success Plan aren’t included.Someone could possibly make a custom report on Activity Timeline and filter for “SuccessPlan” context name, but there isn’t an option to “Filter Success Plan data” dynamically per the Success Plan the Success Snapshot is made on. Without being able to dynamically filter on a Success Plan you run the risk of getting timeline from other Success Plans. Given a workaround isn’t available for this it be nice to have this added into the product.

Hi Team, The one who created Data Designer will always get the email notification, By In-activating a user and we are still getting email notification. the inactive user has got the notification after the manual run as it shout not.

We’re in the process of reviewing or instance to remove old, or stale reports, however it’s rather time consuming.  I’ve seen several posts in the past (though years old) regarding this feature - but wanted to start new a newer discussion.I’d love to see the feature either in Reporting, or the Analyzer tool.Thank you!

Currently, we are considering GSID of the logged in user (current user) and validating it against the user table to fetch the records in dashboard reports. If a customer would want to query for the records where the filter field is a string and uses the current user, we do not see any data, since a string field currently cannot be matched with the GSID of the current user. ASK: A product solution for CURRENT USER to work the same way OTHER USERUse case:LinkedIN has a string field ‘LDAP’ in a custom object which they are using in dashboard. Now, when they filter LDAP=‘Current User’ it appears we are considering the login user’s GSID and comparing it with the LDAP. Since LDAP is a string field, it is failing to fetch the records. However, when we use LDAP=‘other user’, we are treating this as a string and comparing it with the LDAP (which is a string field) and hence the data is populating.For example: a CSM’s LDAP: is ‘sagarcia’ who logged in (current user) we need the ability to relate

Hi Team, Not sure whether a community post or Idea already shared. What i found could be more viable on the report builder is, we need to have one preview screen feasibility after building a report.What i currently see is, first bar with source data and its field, second bar with formula, show me fields and filter fields and then the 3rd tab section with actual report data/charts etc. What i am also looking is only the data or the chart on one single preview screen without additional tabs. In other terms, once we click on the existing horizon report (built already), it should navigate to the preview window and not with the extra tabs.There should be an edit icon/button to see the extra tabs based on user permissions.Thanks!
