In Click rate analytics currently we are showing only analytics for 5 links, Are there any plans to increase them in coming up future as we can see customers are starting to use more links in the template. If we can increase the limit then it would be very helpful for the customers to track their links.

Hi Team, In the schedule analyzer, , we have drill down only for one hour window. Can we take this up as an enhancement to increase the time window within 24 hours.?  

Gainsight’s Timeline and Person section are two different sections but they should seamlessly flow to one another. If I am meeting a new contact, I should be able to add them right from the timeline instead of going to person object, adding them there, and then adding them to the timeline entry. Similarly, if I am talking to someone who just received a promotion, I should be able to change the title while I am on the timeline, instead of writing the timeline entry and then moving to the person/contact section to change their title

We need an easy way for a manager, director, VP, etc. to filter on data in a dashboard and see all people/accounts that roll up to them. In some cases a Leader might have CSMs, Account Managers, and/or CSM/AM teams reporting to them. The person performing the search needs to be able to see all results. What also makes this tricky is that an Account Manager leader might have direct and indirect AMs reporting to them. In some cases, a leader has 3-4 assigned AMs and then they may also have a Manager that leads an AM team reporting to them. In this instance, the leader is both the 1st level and 2nd level manager. While we can have filters for both levels on a dashboard, the leader can’t see everyone at once.

If you to into User Management and select a single user, the UI makes it look like I can’t change a name or email, and I can’t. However, it also looks like I can’t change the permission level (Full Administrative and Selected Permissions), and I can. This bad selection of states is present across the entire app. You really need to do a review and fix the UI so that it is clear what I can change and what I cannot.

When I go to the Funnel view, I see the funnels across all the products. However, when I create a new funnel, I can only choose features for the product I had selected in the screen before. There are two stories here, but the UI doesn’t support either. As a product owner of a single product, I want the funnel view to have only the funnels for the product I am in charge of so that I can only worry about my product. As a product manager of many products, I want to create a funnel that can have features across multiple products so that I can see how my customers use the entire platform.

Hi Team,Currently, when we change the field display name in Data Management, the updated name doesn’t reflect in C360 page automatically. Looking for a similar behavior as in report builder where we could see updated display name. The reason behind this request is, currently if a user updates the field name, other users accessing C360 cannot identify if it is the correct field (unless if we drop the field and re- add it the layout config).

Currently for CTAs, there are only 3 reporting categories, 'Open'  'closed won' or 'closed lost'. The two referring to closed will actually close the CTA but this request would be to have more statuses that close the CTA. Possibly “closed-inactive” or “duplications” to expand possibly close scenarios that may come up.

Hi, We would really appreciate if we could search by engagement ID. The files we export via the localization export/import API contain the engagement ID in their file name.But there is no way to find these IDs in PX. Use case: After importing the translated texts via API, we always check whether everything is fine. If, for instance, we find an error in a translated file and want to correct it in PX, we cannot see which engagement the localized file corresponds to. Clicking through all the engagements with all their localizations is not an option.Thank you very much.Best regards,Katharina 

Hi Team, Posting this enhancement request on behalf of customer.When a source data for an identifier for instance email is having case insensitive data at source and is loaded into Gainsight, that particular data wouldn’t be resolved at 360 level and will be invisible since the query looks for case insensitive data.In order to make sure that data is resolved at 360 pages, customer would have to make sure that whatever is the case in Gainsight is matched with Source data. For instance if I have email as Jagadeesh@gainsight.com in source and in Gainsight this email is jagadeesh@gainsight.com this data will not be correlated since the casing is different in both places.It would be great  if we can​ support case insensitive matching via bac

We’d like to see an integration with Marketo. This would effectively enable us to automatically add users from inSided so we could more readily tie into our campaign tools. Zapier options are limited. 

We’ve come across a situation where we’d like an additional filter option in Data Designer. Using the ‘value’ option there is the ability to use ‘contains’ logic. However, when you switch to looking at ‘field’ that option is removed. We have a situation where we’d like to filter a report/dataset to show line items where Field 1 has been concatenated and we only want to show the line item if that concatenated field contains the value located in Field 2. 

I know I’ve mentioned this to our client outcomes manager in the past, but wanted to raise it here to see if it is under consideration.Currently it is possible to use Text Analytics on survey responses to create word clouds.I’d love to have this functionality available elsewhere, specifically as a report type for running reports on Timeline content. Ideally I’d like to get to the end of a customer contract and produce a wordcloud to give a quick high level overview of the most common topics that have been discussed and logged by their CSM in that contract year.Is this something that is already planned for Horizon Analytics? We’d like the ability to look at what customers are doing in their first 7, 15, 30 days (examples) to help better understand feature adoption. We haven’t found an elegant way to be able to look at every users’ first X number of days. The only workaround was to look at a specific date range and then have the sign up date within that date range. This is obviously limiting in terms of the number of users who would qualify.

Hi, we’d like to have the possibility to have two event tabs, or Webinars available for all, and one for Academy trainings for customers only. Is that something you would be able to look into? Guessing this could be beneficial for more? 

It looks like in HA we are able to create a widget that allows for you to link to an RSS feed.  We have a use case where our CSMs would like to be able to access a RSS feed for specific customer.  We would like to see the enhancement to pull in a direct RSS feed based on customer or the ability to redirect to a RSS feed for a specific customer.

When naming a success plan with a long title, the success plan view will cut off part of the title even though there is plenty of white space next to the title name. Requesting expanding the success plan title view.  

Hi Team,While working through data designer I think it would be a great time saver for me (and hopefully others) if I had to ability to pull in the report setup i.e., show me fields and filters without having to recreate the entire setup again in the data designer. 

Unfortunately, we ran into what I think is a big limitation for SSO. We had the option enabled to set custom roles alongside SSO - which was VERY hard for our team to implement, since we had to modify our SSO response to include values that inSided wanted, rather than having an interface to map already existing attributes to make descisions about roles - i.e we already had data in the response to identify the correct roles.Anyway, with that out of the way, we came to learn that ANY manual modifications to use roles via control will get overridden by SSO upon next user login. For us, this is a deal breaker because we will have several scenarios where we need somebody to be in a role to gain access to specific categories which cannot be assigned via SSO. For example, we had planned to leverage the community to run a beta program. Now we have to somehow edit our SSO response to identify a beta customer - which may only be 10 users at a time? that does not make sense to me. Likew

It’d be nice to have a threshold limit ( or select what categories to show) when adding the Community Categories widget on the page via Customize -- especially when you have many more parent categories.  

Is it possible to have in-browser notifications for new messages, replies, etc, so people don't have to constantly check their emails.
