Is it possible to add R360 activities to the 'select types' filter on C360 timeline. We enabled R360 timeline entries to roll up to C360. Our CSMs would like the ability to filter on R360 activities via C360 timeline. Hope that makes sense?! A multi-select filtering option on the C360 Timeline (similar to the current Activity type filter) for visibility into Relationship-level Timeline entries could be really cool

We have a large number of activity types (35+) available for logging to timeline, but they breakdown in to just 4 categories. Our CSM’s would love the ability to just filter their timeline to show specific categories (e.g. Meeting) which currently requires selecting 20 or so different types of meetings.  In addition, or could be instead, the ability to save the filters they had selected last time would help with this (and stay across all timelines). 

When viewing the RULES LIST in Admin, no matter how much I stretch and contort my monitor and resolution I cannot widen the Rule NAME (which can sometimes be lengthy) and this can be confusing when using standard prefixes for naming conventions. Can this please be either: 1) Widened 2) Ability to be "elasticized" similar to MS Excel so we can set our own width?

Hi everyone,We think that it would be really great to have the option of adding engagements to a priority group in a bulk, i.e. in one go. For example, we have dozens of “onboarding guides” which we would like to prioritize and put all in the same group - and currently the only option is to do that manually, either by drag and drop or by typing the name of the engagement and selecting it.

It would be amazing if we could add the email engagements to the audience rules - it would allow me to send a follow on email x amount of days later, an example I have is: Day 1 - user logs on for the first time and receives a welcome/acknowledgement emailDay 7 - user receives a re-engagement email highlighting features it would hopefully help users re-engage with our product!

Our CSMs are asking for user activity data that can be filtered by device source - they want to be able to see login details for users of our desktop app vs. our mobile app. Right now we can filter by device source in PX but can’t do so in Adoption Explorer in CS. Our CSMs don’t use PX and ideally we’d like to avoid having to enable them on how to use PX and navigate between the 2 applications just to isolate device level data. We’ve already built the usage section in Adoption Explorer in CS that gives us the data points we need, so it would be really great if the device source filter could be added. Thanks! @danny_hallgren 

Would be more simple to have all account settings under one tab rather than 2 separate areas. It is not clear to click on My Profile  

For the integration of more products we want to use the product areas to differ the products in the Product Updates. It would be great if its possible to change the subscription in the Product updates. If a customer only has Product A & B, he doesn't need mailings for product C. 

Hi Team, One of my customer was looking to import visualizations created in tableau intogainsight dashboard.  Business use case is purely that the visualizations available in Tableau are far more advanced than gainsight currently. It would be great for user to be able to report on the gainsight data in Tableau, and then import back the visualizations that CSMs can use in presentations with customers, as well as a more palatable visualization for reporting important metrics.

example data space.  Data space is a legacy system and currently, we are suggesting customers use DD.  When an admin has an issue with Data space they try to resolve the issue from their end first before reaching out to support. It would be great if we show some popup or banner while they edit those configurations then they will try to create them in DD.  It will save a lot of time for admins.

Often community members will reach out with private information they don’t want to share in a topic or thread. In some cases those require a ticket to be opened in Zendesk with our support team. It would be helpful if integrations could be extended to work with DMs not just topics. This would include any integration pushing content to another system — Zendesk, Productboard, etc. 

We are building an API integration with InSided and we arecurrently adding support for webhooks to handle changes in content inInSided, for example we are subscribing to `idea.Submitted`,`question.Asked`, `article.Created`, etc.We have noticed that if we change the title of anarticle/question/conversation/idea we are not receiving any webhooks.We would like some `.Updated` webhooks or similar, to allowus to know when the content or title of an article or other object haschanged. Ideally we would like to know when an admin has changed thetitle of an article so we can update it on our system. Thanks!

Customer has added a RTF field to sections in the C360.  When you look at this we only see 5 lines of text and need to scroll down to see the rest of the text. Customer is wondering if it is possible to show everything and not had to scroll. The ideal experience is that the field expands to the size of the text, like it does in other instances like success plans and timeline comments.

I would like the option to select which records are moved over to the master when merging company records, main one being Person records, but can see it being useful for any. So rather than just merging everything by default give us the option to select which is e.g CTA’s, Success Plan, Timeline Activities etc etc

Would like option to set a table visualization report to auto-fit to the width of the window. Currently, I am trying to guess what most folks' window size will be for setting column widths so they don't have to scroll left-to-right or have a bunch of unutilized space on the report/dashboard.

I have a love/hate relationship with the S3 dataset in the Rules Engine.  I spend a lot of time trying to get files formatted correctly so that the rule picks up the data correctly and pulls it in for my rules to run. Would love if the mapping process was a little smarter - i.e. could identify the formats of dates, date/times, etc. Would appreciate if the errors were a little more clear.  My latest example was due to an incorrect date format, but that date was in several columns so it was difficult to figure out which was the issue.

Hi, Currently the search API does not work the same way the search bar does on the Insided interface. The Insided Search Bar is fully effective and provide perfect search when the search endpoint is completely limited to very basic search, which is annoying as the purpose is the same, but the result is different. For instance, searching for :“assemb” won’t any result via the API. “assembly” will  return great results via the API. “assemb” will return great results via Insided interface... As we want to integrate Insided content in our own app (via a custom help widget), we need to be able to access to a functioning api search endpoint. Right, now it is a problem since we can’t rely on an API that gets us results only for exact matches. Improvement here are much appreciated.  -------------@deepkandpal I read you were considering using the search endpoint to get questions from Insided API in this topic. It would be great to have easy options to customize how articles appear, separate from the general topic styling. What might work well for an article may not be ideal for general topics.For example, things like the size of headlines and body text, line spacing, embedded image styling, adding an author bio, subtitle, etc.
