Customer has added a RTF field to sections in the C360.  When you look at this we only see 5 lines of text and need to scroll down to see the rest of the text. Customer is wondering if it is possible to show everything and not had to scroll. The ideal experience is that the field expands to the size of the text, like it does in other instances like success plans and timeline comments.

I would like the option to select which records are moved over to the master when merging company records, main one being Person records, but can see it being useful for any. So rather than just merging everything by default give us the option to select which is e.g CTA’s, Success Plan, Timeline Activities etc etc

Would like option to set a table visualization report to auto-fit to the width of the window. Currently, I am trying to guess what most folks' window size will be for setting column widths so they don't have to scroll left-to-right or have a bunch of unutilized space on the report/dashboard.

I have a love/hate relationship with the S3 dataset in the Rules Engine.  I spend a lot of time trying to get files formatted correctly so that the rule picks up the data correctly and pulls it in for my rules to run. Would love if the mapping process was a little smarter - i.e. could identify the formats of dates, date/times, etc. Would appreciate if the errors were a little more clear.  My latest example was due to an incorrect date format, but that date was in several columns so it was difficult to figure out which was the issue.

Hi, Currently the search API does not work the same way the search bar does on the Insided interface. The Insided Search Bar is fully effective and provide perfect search when the search endpoint is completely limited to very basic search, which is annoying as the purpose is the same, but the result is different. For instance, searching for :“assemb” won’t any result via the API. “assembly” will  return great results via the API. “assemb” will return great results via Insided interface... As we want to integrate Insided content in our own app (via a custom help widget), we need to be able to access to a functioning api search endpoint. Right, now it is a problem since we can’t rely on an API that gets us results only for exact matches. Improvement here are much appreciated.  -------------@deepkand

It would be great to have easy options to customize how articles appear, separate from the general topic styling. What might work well for an article may not be ideal for general topics.For example, things like the size of headlines and body text, line spacing, embedded image styling, adding an author bio, subtitle, etc.

Hi Team.I observed that the Program Name in the Email Template Dependencies List is not changing even after we change the Program Name in the Programs List. Ex: I have a Email Template and Created a Program with Name XYZ. And if we check the Email Template Dependencies List we can see the Program with name XYZ.So after that I changed the Program name from “XYZ” to “XYZ New”.Now if we check the Email Template Dependencies List still it is showing the “XYZ” only. Not the Updated Name.Below are the screenshots for the same: Using this Template Created a Program with Name “Test delete it”. So this program is showing up in the Email Template Dep

Using surveys to collect some information that is used in different systems.There is no field type to validate email address as a response.If the person who enters the email address in the survey -  enters an invalid email address and then completes Survey, then when the survey data is sent to Salesforce there is a Salesforce error because Salesforce validates the email address as invalid.Would like text type options to include email address which is validated. Currently a similar validation occurs on the text response for different things like number, integer etc. but not for Email address

Posting on behalf of a customer. It is found that for some customers of customer, certain secure organizations seems to have a cookie/cache policy that causes an issue (having OTP enabled) where when Shared C360 is open “No Data Available” is shown. Although Enabling OTP is good, for certain issue customers, it be good to have an option to be able to disable OTP for them manually on send.

In the “Community Member Activity” custom object that is created in the Salesforce:inSided integration, there is a new field added called “Activity Name”. This is currently a text field, which leaves limited ability to report on it.  What are the different options? I see a bunch of different ones in the pre-made reports, but what do we know is the exhaustive list?

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of customer. Gainsight fails to send email to any recipient if a user that is CC’d on the email is on the Gainsight bounce list. For example, if a CSM is on the “Email Copy to:” in Journey Orchestrator on an email sent to several customers, and the CSM is on the bounce list, the email is not sent to any of the customers. The correct/expected behavior is that email should be delivered to all customer recipients regardless that someone in the “Email Copy to:” is on the Gainsight bounce list. The entire program should not fail. It would be great if CSMs are not placed in bounce list since it is intended that CSM should be aware of the communications with their customers. Regards,Jagadeesh

Hi team, I found that .eml or .msg type files are not supported as attachments for an email template. Would it be possible to support these formats as well?

Hi Gainsight Admin community, Many at times we encounter a situation while sending emails from Gainsight i.e a Participant who should ideally be receiving the email couldn’t receive one. Whenever the email gets into a list of hard bounce for various reasons that email gets added into the list Deny list. [ FYI - In the hard bounce, When the email doesn't land into the inbox, it could be because of an invalid email address, an invalid domain name, or a recipient's email server has completely blocked delivery. It is a permanent deliverability issue. Even entered the correct email address, but if that recipient deletes their account, your email never lands in their inbox.There might be two reasons for the hard bounce of a valid email.Denied by Firewall: Your email may be getting blocked by any spam filter which exists on your recipient's computer. Hi,Currently, we can hide/show entire sections of content, dependent on the user roles.I’d love to be able to gate/hide individual pieces of content within an open category. Use Case (Because @daniel.boon will ask me otherwise )Internal / early releasesWe are releasing a feature slowly. Before it is rolled out to all customers we want only specific customers, or even just only employees to be able to see the content. Currently, we do share the preview link, but I don’t think that that is a good practice. We also don’t want to have to move it to a hidden category, because it makes most sense where it currently is.Thanks in advance. 

A request came through in support to restrict CSMs in a way that only see the accounts they are assigned to in both the C360s as well as reporting and dashboards.   I know the latter can be accomplished through various filtering but this request goes beyond that to C360s. As far as I can tell through testing, there is no way to accomplish this.

An engagement (bar/dialog/guide) should remain visible till the user clicks the X to close theengagement, or clicks *Got it *button on the engagement. This should be possible without using an overlay. Also, the engagement should not reappear once the user has interacted with the guide (closed it or clicked a button). This ensures that the user keeps on seeing the guide on a non-intrusive format but is not blocked to take other actions on the page. 

Currently the Product Updates page only allows users to subscribe to ALL product updates. We want to allow users to differentiate between the products. So they will only see emails about an update to Product A, even if we post an update to Product A and B on the same day.
