#121481 in Data designer the created user name should not show in scheduler, it should be OAuth user. Otherwise it is giving false information with the usage data.

Currently when sending an email via copilot to a participant the opt-out link is generated in the footer when it's sent. In the future it might be cool to be able to include the opt-out in the body of the email as well.

Hi User would like to  have Journey Orchestrator send emails to accounts that have a specific tag assigned to them. For example, if user wanted to blast emails out to customers for a webinar that is applicable to them, could the CSM's add a tag to each customer that is designated for this webinar, that Journey Orchestrator is then able to pull for the email? 

I would like to see on the C360 page what emails have been sent to various contacts at an account.  How can we do this so on the 360 page we can know if an account has received a particular email or not.  

Cloudbees is doing a ton of great things with Gainsight. They want reports that will require seeking information from multiple objects.  The answer here is data designer. But here is the thing. For the most common use cases, we should have data spaces that are out of the box. For example, to report on the latest timeline activity on a CTA is a very common use case (it is also a part of our recommended WBR process). Then why not use have these common objects available to begin with so that everyone is not starting from scratch. 

Hi Team, Customer is looking to export success snapshot at parent level. However, while doing so, the data is exported just for that particular account irrespective of the Data from Children being checked at C360 level. Is it possible to get data of children too rolled up and exported at snapshot level when the checkbox is checked?

Hi team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer. Whenever we add a related list on custom objects where look up to company ID is present, creation of new record from Related list is auto populating however this field is editable.https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uKdoEbIt would be great if we can give the feasibility to make this field as un-editable so that end users wouldn’t end up associating the record to incorrect company. Regards,Jagadeesh

Hi, We have CTAs being generated at C360 level - some of these need to be manually reassigned to the relevant R360s under that account. I cannot find a way to be able to do that however - I'm aware you can create a new CTA directly in R360 but is there a way existing CTA can be assigned to a R360? Thanks in advance Katerina

The Context ID is not editable via Rules Engine, however this would be super useful to have editable when generating Milestone timeline entries. This would allow us to associate to success plans. For example, we want to generate a timeline entry when fields get changed on the Success Plan. This will allow us to see a history of changes in timeline which is easily shareable and trackable if the CSM needs to hand off the account.We currently generate timeline entries for some updates that are made, but since the Context ID is not an available field to load to we cannot associate the milestones to the plan

Add ability to choose and show certain field when you hover over the attendee list (especially external attendees) - which typically are from company person.For example: When you are tracking/review a timeline entry and want to know the role/title/latest NPS/timestamp of last product engagement  - if we had the ability to hover over and choose such fields it will be very handy and helpful.

When adding customer call notes in timeline, we need an ability to automatically send the notes to all internal attendees.If we had an option to allow automatic addition of all internal attendees to the at mention automatically it saves a step.For Admins if we can selectively configure this automation for particular activity types - even better!

Hi Team, Email templates that are being used in playbooks are not showcased as "used in".Only emails used in JO are being counted but that shows the false assumption that these emails are not being used which might cause someone to edit them and then the playbooks will be disrupted.

I want to send a product specific survey but use one email template with different versions and one JO program. Has anyone tried this? It seems like I can only have one survey per a Journey. Just wondering if there is a way to do this.

Hi, We have playbooks for CTAs & within these are tasks, i.e., “Email Meeting Agenda,” “Send Follow Up Email”/ email templates.  In the “To: “ field of the email template, I would like to be able to copy/paste a list of emails, instead of individually typing in the names and selecting the person’s email.  Is that possible?  If there are 15 people in this meeting, it takes a lot of time.  Currently I use Outlook GS Assist, but that does not tie to the CTA for that specific customer. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,Le

Hi Team, When we click the Refresh button, the applied filters are removed and all records are shown on the Data Operation page. Currently, we are not currently preserving the filters as per the support article. Customer is looking to get the filtered data, upon clicking on the refresh as well. Can we make the filter sticky, after clicking on the refresh? Similar to the report builderBest,Hardik

Hi Team.In the present version if we clone any assets(Rules, Reports, JO Programs, Dashboards) by default the cloning asset also storing into the same folder path/location from where we cloned. So it’s better to ask us to choose the Folder Path where we want to have them.With this option we can reduce on step which is Select the Asset and Move to the required folder.Ex:  Thanks.

Hi Team. In Rules Engine right now, we have the ability to filter out based on some conditions (Action Name, Soure Object, Target Object, and Relationship Type, ...etc).But if we want to filter all the rules which are created using the S3 Data Set as a Task is missing. Make Comments field required upon At risk creation. Not finding a way to make this required. This leads to gaps for others in not knowing why the risk was created in the first place. Usertesing is looking for this functionality to run their risk process via Gainsight.

Need ability to Mass Delete CTA of type Objective.

Currently you can apply a flattening label to survey questions so that the field value can be condensed. I’d like to be able to also create a label for the answer values.For example, if I ask a contact what their day-to-day responsibilities are and offer four options in the form of a statement, I’d like to translate those statements to a single word value in the flattened object so that the output is easier to use in other areas of the platform.

Hi, One of our customers would like to select a period for the NPS widget to calculate the average for; on the 360 layout like we can when we select NPS score.  Please share your thoughts.

Hi Team. Can we have an option to know who is the Previous Owner of any CTA, like for scorecard how we have the Current Score and Previous Score values. Like the same way it’s better to have the fields like “Current/Present Owner” and “Previous Owner”. Thanks.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.I think think is a genuine use case and would be a needy enhancement in the product.When we configure list view fields in success plans there is no ability provided to admins or end users to rename these fields.Say for example take below field : The look up path is referencing to name of Call to action and if there is no ability to rename this field the end result will be displayed like below:Since we have few such identifiers like status, priority, using these fields in the list view field configuration will create a confusion to end users to identify what those fields were. It would be great if we give the ability to admins to rename the list view fields to make it more clearer for the end users on what they were seeing at success pan level. Regards,Jagadeesh

Request ability to filter tasks (open/closed) within a CTA.   Would like the ability to filter completed tasks from CTA display. I'm finding with certain CTA's that I have more completed tasks than open. Therefore the process to easily view and prioritize is inefficient.

However, whenever the CTA/CS Task due date is changed to provoke a “Next Task Due Date” update, new “Next Task Due Date” isn’t shown until the browser page/tab is refreshed. Would like the “Next Task Due Date” to refresh without having to do a browser page refresh. As after page refresh, you won’t always land back into the Cockpit section in a given C360 for example.
