Is it possible for badges to choose a parental category where it applies? Now I see that I have to specify all child categories within the parental category to apply the badge to a whole category. It will cause a lot of problems in future, when we will add new subcategories into a parental category. That time I will have to add that new category manually to all badges applicable to that parental category. and additionally: is it possible to add "Clone badge" ability? This is if I need to have many levels of the same badge within the same area. No I have to add it, and setup all conditions one by one. If I can clone an existing badge level 1, I can simply change it then for level 2 by changing specific condition and save it.

 Suggestion for a new topic CTA that can be added as a widget similar to what’s discussed here:  Would avoid the need to use custom code and make it more readily available to others using inSided.  

Hi, Really liking the development of the Ideation module and Product Updates module. Being able to assign these to a Product Area is really helpful, too! I think it’d be really useful if, as a Member viewing an idea or product update, I could click the ‘related products’, and be shown a filtered overview of all ideas/updates related to that product area.For example, if I’m in this Product Update post, I’d want to click ‘Moderation’ (highlighted below) and be shown the overview of all Moderation product updates. This would apply for multiple related products.It feels intuitive (as it’s already underlined), and reduces number of clicks needed if I’m

We have the ability to see that users are able to access specific tabs.  It would be nice if we could get this to be a little more granular.  We would like to be able to see what dashboards are being used the most and which ones are not being used.

Posting on behalf of customer. Currently when viewing currency fields on C360, Success Plans, etc the field will abbreviate to xxxK when above 100000. Anything below 100000 it will display the full value. See attached.Customer would like the ability to customize whether it shows the full amount or abbreviates to xxK or xxxK, etc.

It seems more natural (mainly for demos) that Email would be the last option in the PX Engagement list. 

I recently inactivated an VIEW_GROUP user and noticed it remained in the VIEW_GROUP permission bundle. As we are a company splitting our Gainsight licenses over several entities, I'd like to keep a good overview of the licenses used by our entity. For fully licensed users, we use permission bundles by entity to keep the overview. For viewer users, the above behavior makes this a lot harder. It would be very useful if:I could remove users from the VIEW_GROUP it would be possible to create multiple permission bundles within the VIEW_GROUP (1 bundle per entity so we can see how many licenses every entity consumes)

Currently, anyone can create a view in Renewal Center and share it. You can’t re-share a shared view, but anyone can create one and distribute it. What I would like, is as an admin to have the ability to change (by permission group ideally), who can share views. I think anyone can still create their own, but perhaps we only want admins, managers and above to share views to ensure the source of truth is consistent.

The scenario would be that we have a flow of engagements that are ordered either in a Slider, Guide or a video in a Dialog. The user wants to move it over to another screen to follow along and try some of the steps in the product as they go. With the Knowledge Bot too. If I have the progress bar and certain engagements we want them to complete, being able to leave that open on another screen as you move through the workflow would be very helpful! 

It would be amazing if PX had some kind of “test mode” for engagements that I could turn on and off. OR a “make a copy for testing” option.I find that I do the same handful of things when testing: ignore throttling trigger once per session target to just me  remove any audience rules that would exclude me (like signed up <5 days ago)Being able to toggle a “test mode” off and on or quickly create a copy just for testing would save me some steps!   

For the Rating Webhook we send 3 posts:One is event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED"One is "event.interaction":"COMPLETED"One is event.interaction":"VIEWED" SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED looks to contain the full data such as rating and comments. However the "COMPLETED" one carries null for rating and comments. Not quite sure if SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED is only sent for completed Ratings Survey, if not then this be reason "COMPLETED" should carry these details. For NPS Survey we send one post:event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED" There is one flag that is not passed in the webhook where someone answers “It is ok to contact me”. Would like to get that added to get the full data. 

Currently, PX only supports the authentication with our supported Knowledge Base integrations using a single, shared user account or API token.  Therefore, all users will be able to search/view the KB content within Knowledge Center Bot using the permissions and access levels assigned to that user or API token. It would be a more secure and better user experience if users could only search/view the KB content they are entitled to consume.  This option is supported for Zendesk in other comparable applications to PX. 

I was trying to create a CoPilot power list using Data Spaces, but but it gives me an error "No account reference found in 'OPS: Tasks and Actions'.Create a account lookup to Salesforce Account object to proceed." I opened a support ticket and was told "This is already a known issue. Our Product team has prioritized this issue and plan to make the fix available in the December Patch release."

When creating a new topic it would be helpful if the “title” of the topic didn’t just search for related topics to intercept the creation of a new one, but also included federated help articles from Zendesk.To use a scenario from our community, we might have a user that goes to ask a question about integrating with JIRA, but we already have a KB that answers that question. If we could help them find that first, then we could avoid the question being asked at all.

As the owner field can be set to either any User ID on the rule. It would be good if we can have an option to make the default owner as the author or other User ID. This way we could avoid creating dummy user in the system as the default owner of the Success Plan to hold the record. Thank you!!

Hi Team, As of now in Gantt chart the Objectives are sorted by Due date and we dont have option to Sort on any other fields like Objective name. So can we please include this option in roadmap, it helps user to sort on the desired fields. Thanks,Prathap

We have a long text field exposed on the SP UI (customer info object, not CTA group) that is editable by our users. At the moment, we can add one bullet point. As a user, I’d like to add multiple layer to the bullet point notes.

We have 2 completely different products each with their own customers. We want to include both in the knowledgebase. In order to do this properly it would help us enormously to add an extra level to the knowledgebase so that we can indicate the product on the first level and the content on the next two levels.

It would be helpful to have the option to back date product updates.I sometimes miss the release of a product and quickly go to post an update but the dates are off. Would be helpful to have the ability to back date a post to the data you would like.This might also be useful for articles as well.

Currently a user needs to upvote their own idea manually. Many of our users do not know they can/should do this. So, we’re wondering if this can be automated instead.

Currently, entitlements must be assigned by category. It would be easier if the permissions could be set on parent catergory and then transferred to the category. If desired, they can be changed there for that category.This saves a lot of work if you want to make certain parent categories only accessible to a certain group.

Hey there,I check different Analytics on a regular basis, and I need to every time select the Filters (Date, Published in, Role, Content Type) Since I need to change all the filters every time i want to check something, it would be great if I could “save” a set of filters. Something like a “favorites” or a few different views.E.g. “Amount of Posts Published in Area X by role Y”, “Amount of Posts published in Area Z by roles A,B,C”That would:save me considerable amount of time prevent mistakes, since the filters are pre-set Anyone else who would like to see something similar? Or maybe has a workaround to share?Best,Daniele

HI Team,The customer(F5 Networks) has come with the requirement, if any opportunity that was skipping from one quarter to another quarter (One opportunity cycle to another opportunity cycle ) need to see that information in the late renewal chat.Currently, the "late Renewal" chat calculation is for a selected period. if the renewal type opportunity closed date is greater than the opportunity due date then those opportunities will be displayed in the selection. Now this "late Renewal" chat is showing the data for the selected quator. @vivekreddy @lalit_das 

Currently, the only way to add actual custom event data is through the Web SDK, and even that requires a window object. It would be good if we could actually add rows through other means, primarily the REST API. If it were added there, it would be possible to do in any language. I discovered this through a lot of trial and error, as it looks easy to do already. There is a “Custom Event API”, there is a Java SDK, there is a python script called a data loader. Customer support took me through these options and more, and I left no stone unturned, implemented each one--but it turns out, none of them can actually add data, despite good auth credentials. All these can do is either update existing data, add new definitions for custom events, or most commonly just read existing data. Adding this feature seems to be a no-brainer. Adding data for all events should be possible too, not just custom ones. As far as I know, it’s not possible to add da
