Use Case: When we have any url and wanted to mask/exclude the part in the tracking, so as to prevent seeing the entire url in plaintext in the 'Recent Activity' of an user. Like reset-password. change-email,set-initial-password We have the feature "Set the filter to mask or exclude urls" in the SDK settings. However we can either do mask or do exclude at once. Both can't be achieved at once with the current design

Hi all, A seemingly simple task, but when editing a PX engagement I can't see how to edit the CSS style for a tooltip pointer, i.e., the little "arrow" attached to the tooltip that points to a specific location on the page. Editing the CSS for the tooltip itself is easy within the Editor, but It appears that the CSS for the pointer is outside the scope of the other styles. I assume I'm just missing the obvious and would appreciate having someone point me to the correct solution. This is important because the default color for the tooltip pointer is white, and on a page with a white background the pointer is invisible. We can override the background color in the Editor to a light gray to allow the pointer to stand out, but this is not our desired approach. Thanks! Chad

I often interspersed a modal like this in the walk through tool my company used prior to shifting to PX: The users could do whatever they needed on the page, and the modal would persist in a corner of the screen despite minor url changes. When they clicked "Next," the next step would appear. Hi Team and @harshibanka , I sometimes don’t find the exact results of the search i do in the search bar in the Engagements section.If i search for this engagement “[WELCOME] Search – Main – Guide” which is the 2 one as per the below image. I get the following message saying that no engagement found. It would be better if the search results work in the expected fashion. thanks,Avinash.

There is a field of data type number in Activity Timeline object. It would be great to restrict the negative values on the same.

Hi There, Do we have future plan to introduce an ability to restrict users from editing or making changes to scorecard comment section? Here is a use-case from customer - Is there a way to disable comments on scorecards from being editable? We have predefined comments and we don’t want someone to mistakenly erase or change it.   Thanks ~Shiv

CTAs can have many tasks for multiple users. Customer (Kount) would like to see only the tasks for the user and not all the noise. cc @corry_stalcup @karen_adornetti 

Hi Team, To populate Associate person in CTA Rule, we need to have company person ID in Show and Build CTA type action on it, then you can populate associate person. Problem  Her it is company person GSID Populated for Associated person. 

Please allow for the Collaboration tab to be disabled from Success Plans, either within Gainsight, for Team View (aka Widget) views, or both. It is confusing for customers who choose not to use that functionality, or for non-Gainsight users when accessing via Team View. Thank you!

Hi Team   Can we get between condition in rules similar to report builder. Currently we need to use two conditions to handle this scenario

Recently we are working to enable PX bot in our app, and want to lead users to our video training instead of the KB article. The text ‘read more’ is hard text and can’t be changed. It would be great to have the option to change this text. i.e. watch the video…. learn more…. etc. For our use case, read more… doesn’t work. Thanks

A customer of mine - using Scorecards 2.0 - currently has a scorecard measure nestled under a group score. They would like to ungroup this measure and have it stand alone in the scorecard. However, we can't drag and drop the measure within the scorecard setup, and when I try to just delete the measure with the purpose of re-adding it, a message pops up saying it will delete the measure's history altogether - which is a nonstarter.  Any thoughts here? Thanks!

We’ve recently encountered a scenario where all of the fields for our SFDC Contact object were removed from Permissions - Rules Load Actions for an unknown reason.   We’ve reapplied all of the fields that I know need to be included, so that no rules are failing any longer, but for consistency, I’d like to put things back exactly the way they used to be. Per GS Support, it’s not possible to see what fields were added/removed from Permissions - Rules Load Actions at a given time. It would be great if this was a feature so that there could be a record of changes.

Hi Team,   Currently there was no dependency at individual rule level.   I got a scenario where Rule 2 should depend on Rule 1  and that to we have to schedule these in sauch a way that they should run on 1st and 15th of every month .   To create a dependency we can place in Rule chain but we are not having Advenced option in scheduler to put corn expression.

I have a suggestion if we can have better search optimization for the documents in Gainsight Go? Several times, the search results are diverted to some different modules altogether. Not sure if everyone comes across this situation often ! 

Hi Team, In Gainsight analyser can we have an option to fetch all the rules which are part of Rule chains ? For a customer they have around 100 rules and they want to list the rules which are only part of Rule chain.we do need to check it manually  and list them. IF that option is available in Analyser it would be useful

This support article outlines how to set up the Gainsight widget on the account or opportunity pages in Salesforce. We have built out a number of custom objects (all are related to the account) to capture risk and another to capture deployment information. It would be great to expose the data/information from the Gainsight widget on these custom pages. Is it possible to embed the Gainsight widget on a custom object?

I’ve had several instances lately where more than one of my rules have failed, and I have to go to each them and run them again.  Would be great if there was an option to check off rules and select to run them at once.

We have several rules that have multiple actions associated with them.  In some instances, I might need to only rerun one of the actions and not all of them, so would be good to have that as an option.
