We have a report that displays Success Plans and their Status. We would like to share this with the customer in a monthly report with rows grouped by status. However, we cannot currently add a report with row grouping to an email template for Journey Orchestrator. To display the information in a succinct manner, we would need to have separate reports in the email to display Success Plans for each status.

I had a CSM question if checking "Add Reply-to in Bcc" in Email Assist was working as expected because they hadn't recieved a copy of the sent email. So I looked through Email Logs in our instance trying to find logged events for contacts that were either copied on and Email Assist email or users that were bcc'd on an Email Assist send by checking the "Add Reply=To in Bcc" checkbox. I wasn't able to find either case in Email Logs, so I thought that perhaps I'm searching the wrong object or this data just isn't avaiable. Is there somewhere where I can find logged events for contacts or users that are copied on an Email Assist send?

Currently as the system is coded now we're unable to send an email through email assist if the email contains both contact and user object related tokens because the validation on tokens are done per entity level. (Either on user entity or contact entity) In the future it would be nice to have the ability to include both.

A great way to prevent typos and errors in emails from accidentilly going out to customers would be to implement a feature similar to Gmail where you can set a delay for sent emails and the ability to undo/cancel an email being sent if you catch it before the delay is over. This kind of feature would be a great asset to Customer Success professionals everywhere! It would be nice to be able to see the ability to add additional fields on external attendees on timeline activity.  Being able to pull email and phone number or other fields would be beneficial.  

The aspect groups for text analytics in Survey Analyze tab are limited. Is it possible to add custom aspect groups?

 Fallback notification to the user that the scheduled job is not created or if that failed.

we use the "Person" Gainsight feature to manage our contacts. we don't sync our contacts back to SFDC. what happens is, that we cannot use the email assist feature. the reason is, since the email assist enables us to send emails ONLY to SFDC contacts and not to contacts that leave within Gainsight, this makes email assist feature useless for us. can you please create a feature request, so that we could send emails via email assist to all contacts (including the one that are not an SFDC contact)? is there anything planned on this?

Currently this is a product limitation. I am posting this on behalf of a customer.    

Hej  Gainsight community, I am surprised that I cannot us a MIN or MAX aggregation on date fields when using the report builder.  Maybe I am just unable to find out how it actually works, or no one else needs such a aggregation on data fields when building reports & dashboards. But I would really appreciate to have such an option. Please, dear GainSight peeps let me know if there is a work around or, in case this is really not possible, if you have planed to add this function. Best regards, Max

Earlier when we get the huge sized files from S3 connectors, the data processing through rules become too slow and for time being the files were manually splitted up. So current idea is to create a File splitter option in connector to automate the splitting process based on our requirement. 

Hi, It would be nice to have the ability to pause a rule from running in order to give priority to other rules that are more important. For example if I'm working on something and I need the results right now, but a scheduled rule takes priority, I'd like to have the ability to switch their order. Thanks, Lucian

At some point in the future it might be nice to have the ability to create a custom view to include CTA's and Timeline in the same view. It would allow you to update CTA's and timeline entries at the same time.

Hi There, One of the customer is facing an issue where on the dashboard page it shows full Legend list which is 10 but when exported it shows 8, due to size of PPT . Can be have the abilty atleast to pull the data which is shown on the dashboard?

Hey everyone, In Data management, under Gainsight Data objects, where we have tee entire list of objects with a few attribute fields, it would be useful to see the number of records as well. Use case: since there's no delete functionality available for admins, we find ourselves manually "refreshing" objects on a regular basis and it's easy to lose track of what you've already deleted when there are a lot of them. Does anyone else feel the need for this? Thanks, Lucian

I just took a look and we have 140 data objects and growing. While it is usually fairly easy to find the object I’m looking for, I’d love to be able to organize the objects by whether they were system generated, what report/dashboard they’re feeding into, etc. as ultimately I’d like to keep our structure tidy and get rid of those objects we’re not using anymore (and pause those connectors/rules.) Having them in folders would facilitate these efforts. 

Would be great if the information in reports was centered instead of aligned left.  We’re having some confusion due to the left alignment.   

One of my CSMs asked a great question about having the ability to get a notification if someone posts a comment on their Timeline entry. This would be helpful in collaboration (without having to @mention someone). I thought this would be a great idea to suggest.

Can we have a more descriptive error message when exports fails due to number of records more than 100K.? Currently we get something like this - Your request to export "XXX AI AA Usage Detail" report failed due to the following reason(s) : Invalid report details to export

Testing out the Timeline Comments (which our CSMs are going to love BTW) but I noticed that when you tag someone, the email shows up as if it was from whomever created the original Timeline activity, yet the Subject includes the name of the person who actually tagged the user. More of a nuisance than anything, but it is a bit misleading. In the example above, Andrea may have no idea that Grace tagged someone. Also, Andrea doesn't work for Gainsight, which is how that reads. Can it be modified to either A) be FROM the person who tagged the user OR 😎 be FROM "Timeline (Gainsight)

I was told Gainsight relies on the name field to search and link objects to CTAs. Since there is not a name field on the case object, this object can't be linked. I need to be able to link this object to CTAs, though!

Can the associate a record to a CTA after the CTA was already initially created? Use case: a record is created in a 'churn object' in Salesforce when a risk CTA is manually created. We want to associate this churn object back to the risk CTA as a linked object. Is it possible?

Hi, In Rules Enginee we have an option called “Send a copy to Rule Results”  and we enter the email address here. Results will be email to the given email address. Similar to Rules Engine could we have same option in Report Builder while exporting more than 2000 records?? This saves lot of time(we no need to wait for the user/customer to forward the email).
