Currently whoever authorizes Sally is the one that gets emailed when a user requests access. I think it would be beneficial to be able to authorize more than 1 user to get these notifications incase the user that authorized is out of office. Another example would be when multiple admins are managing an instance.

We just came across a use case for filtering by most recent GS Modified Date (we don't want deleted records from our internal system being shown in the report and have found that they do not get a GS Modified Date). I noticed that a record that was pulled in at 5am wasn't pulled in at the next run because it was deleted, but I am only able to filter to GS Modified Date = Today. I'd love to be able to do something like MAX of GS Modified Date to only show the most recent records for accurate reporting. Not sure if this will be possible through the formulas coming out soon, but eager to find out!

Hi Team, In Activity we have we have only one look up field that we used for CSM look up, but our customers needs Internal Contact as look up field. I do not see any other look up fields, Any idea how can we achieve this requirement? Use case: Customer want it to be look up field so that they no need to type manually and make mistakes. Hi Team, Is there any chance of adding multiple font in the Snapshot editor? And future plans or ability to define RGB or hex colours in it? One of my customer is looking to support font as ""Century Gothic"and the pallet available is a bit too limited.

Under the NPS Tab, By Survey, we can view submissions to NPS which provides the Customer, User Name, Score, Role, Renewal Date, and Created Date. There is also an option to Filter Responses by Role. This is currently pulling the Title field for "Role" of the contact rather than a field we typically use for role. We'd like to be able to change what defines the Role field on the NPS tab to make the filter most useful as right now it has thousands of "Roles" as each contact Title is fairly unique.

Gainsight Analyzer is becoming a wealth of information! And it's going a long way in helping me with my goal of documenting our environment. I see the Schedule tab is being just shy of perfect. First off, when you click on a Rule Name that is in fact a Rule Chain, you get a popup that says it cannot retrieve the rule details: Personally, I would rather see the Rules schedule have all individual rules split out, and with an additional column for Rule Chain name (as well as Description and Action Type), instead of listing a rule chain as its own line item. That would solve the above problem. Also, the way it is today having the Rule Chain itself listed as a rule, the Source and Target columns get really full (since it's pulling from ALL rules in the chain, instead of just a single rule). Having each rule as a separate line item would help the admin know more information about each individual rule, including whether or not it's part of a rule chain. Something

When creating complicated rules, it's not uncommon to go back to it months later and ask "why did I create that logic?" Or if someone has to come behind me and trying to understand what I did. It would really help to have a comments section in each task/action to capture more detail than can be added in the Description.   Kind of like how programmers add comments to their code.

Right now, the advanced outreach analytics only refresh when you hit the refresh button in the top right. Is it possible to make the numbers refresh when the page reloads? I can't think of a reason why people would not want the most recent data on this page.

Sometimes there occurs a need to link to FTP server for technical manual or such and currently this doesn't work as hoped on the platform. Instead it tries to convert it somehow to HTTP/HTTPS link, fails and results in https://about.blank URL. FTP URL's are also used for contract documents (.pdf at least with our sites) thus making a need for these sometimes as it's quite inconvenient to link one site for customer and tell him/her to look for file/link named "XXXX" As the feature to support FTP links the same way as HTTP/HTTPS links are supported isn't currently on backlog in dev, I'm asking if this would be something that others would need/want also? 🙂

We should easily have the ability to see survey length by respondent, as well as overall average for a survey/program. Can we add this in?

With each NPS survey, the results begin to stack on the surveys tab on the c360. It would be great if the ability existed to toggle/select from a dropdown to the actual survey that we wanted to see results vs. the current state where the page continues to get longer and longer with each survey and you then have to search for/find to correct survey name in the list.

Right now to find a response on another page in the list of Survey participants in the Analyze page of the Survey 2.0 we need to use the filter explicitly rather than just search as we do with report builder etc. It would be great to make this a global serach rather than just a local page search.

Can the Person list view be organized in some way to easily choose the contacts for the org chart? Filter/sort by title, # of Timeline entries, CRT as a way to quickly identify the contacts to add into the Org Chart view.

We have recently completed an upgrade to SFDC Lightning, following which we are looking to better align our Gainsight processes with SFDC to ensure that visibility of activity is consistent for those people using each platform. One of the things that our Account Execs handle within SFDC is their meeting events (via Activities > Events) which are displayed within a calendar view. What we would like is to have a similar capability and view available within Gainsight, which would then allow us to sync the two calendars and ensure visibility across our teams of upcoming customer meetings/events.

How about the use-case allowing the user to drill down the frequent audience information who are using the product by time frame of daily, weekly or monthly or by custom date When customers wanted to show the product managers who are the main groups they are "working for" (frequent and less frequent users) based on their usage! daily active user - user who enter the platform every day (5 days aweek and above) weekly active user- user who enter the platform at least once a week monthly active user - user who enter the platform at least once a month is that possible?? Right now we have the data in displayed in dashboard based on the active users in a week/ month or time frame, however we don't have the feasibilty to drill down the data of the users. as well as we rely on "Last Seen" and you can not drill into dashboards for any details on active users

It would be great to either automatically or semiautomatically add contacts to Sponsor Tracking to save a few steps for different teams. Example: The team adds a LinkedIn URL on the Contact Record. This could be used to pull them into Sponsor Tracking. Then prompt the team to select the correct profile.

Hello all Dropping this more as a solution, but would love to see a better productized resolution as well. I have run into issues where I need non-rounded values returned in my rule results, but there is no way to truncate or force that behavior within any of the data or transformation tasks. Even if you push a value with a decimal into a field with no decimals, it will still round based on normal math rules (4 or less is down, 5 or more is up). Examples of data this affects: Time, especially when thinking about hourly billing (if I needed to convert from seconds to a HH:MM:SS format) Curreny Date differences However, I have found a way to capture that value within an MDA table, which may result in needing more than one rule to realize the solution, but offers flexibility with data types and results. When creating CTAs through a program, if a CTA does not get created due to one already existing based on the identifiers the participant activity indicates a CTA was created when it was not. Ideally, the participant activity would have an alternative message when this happens and maybe an option to trigger it anyway :)

We are working through our QA process for launching engagements and just noticed we launched one that had a button CTA but we forgot to put the link in the engagement. Thought it would be a helpful warning if the system detects something that doesn't seem right. Certainly on our side to tighten up QA process, but these types of system warnings/notifications could be helpful.

Connecting the AWS S3 integration only has the option to provide an access key and secret. But few company's prefer (and more secure) way is to use IAM Roles, is there a way to use this and can get this it on our roadmap?

We also use Influitive and would love to see an OOTB integration with Gainsight.  It would be nice on the C360 to see how customer contacts have interacted with Influitive - challenges completed, feedback provided, etc.

When scheduling a call from the Customer’s Timeline (Adding an Activity) it would be great if this was integrated with WebEx so that we could schedule Bridge Line & WebEx details from one place.

I have a customer that would like to be able to move a couple objective categories to a new success plan type. Currently the only way of doing this is to remove each category and add it back again but that can be a hassle to do if a lot of these need switched around. I would like to start a discussion here so we can get some input as well as some feedback from the product team.
