Perhaps this is possible and I'm just trying the wrong method, but... Our Salesforce instance uses Parent/Child accounts pretty heavily, and we've been running into occasions where multiple opportunities will be concurrently open for different children of the same parent account. And today, our CSMs and AEs have no easy way to see concurrently open opps across an account heirarchy. I thought I had a crafty solution, but ran into a limitation in setting up C360 views. My idea: I added an "Ultimate Parent" account lookup to our Account object in Salesforce– this way If I created a report on Opportunites and traversed up a level to the Account object, I could include a common account lookup across any given company's account heirarchy. I wanted to find out if it is possible to get the config snap shot on a scheduled time. Any idea when the Bionic rules will added to the snapshot

For example, for the type weekly status meeting, there are fields such as "work completed Last week, Upcoming Work, and Current Issues" only allow limited information (short sentence). It would be helpful to allow these fields to be accept information in bullet point format or making "Notes' area movable.

Not sure if this is possible but adding it as an idea. Basically, if using a customer satisfaction survey program model along with a survey with an associated object/field and the incorrect context id field is mapped, the survey email in the preview still loads fine. For example, if Case : Case ID is set up in the survey as the associated object and field but case number is mapped to Context ID within the program instead of the id, the survey will load in the preview but when published live survey participants will get an error indicating a mismatched id field.

Hi, We created a custom CTA that we trigger automatically each month for our CSMs to collect some data. The CSMs need to go on the edit pencil of the CTA, then complete the data top down. At the bottom of the CTA, they don't have a S[i]AVE button, they need to go up and Save from the top button which is really annoying from a UX perspective. Could you please reconsider the UI for this please?

We have the Gainsight widget in SFDC enabled. This works great for the accounts that are in Gainsight but many of our SFDC accounts are not in Gainsight and are not supposed to be. But each of these accounts has a button on it, where the widget would be if they were in Gainsight, that lets the user add the account to Gainsight. This is causing issues to the point where we are now shutting down the Gainsight widget. Can we get the ability to disable or eliminate this button, so we can keep the widget for those accounts that are in Gainsight, yet not have everyone able to add any account they want?

In trying to build out a process yesterday it was pointed out that Data Spaces cannot be used in any relationship rules. I have tried using both Custom and Bionic Rules to accomplish this and it doesn't appear to be an option to select from when building out the rules. 

When the Survey has a Checkbox question- the calculation is- (The number of responses for the option/ Total number of Responses) * 100 However, sometimes it makes sense for the Calculation to be- (The number of responses for the option/ Total number of Respondents) * 100 It would be great to have a functionality to allow the customer to make this caclualtion choice as few of them would want a different calculation than what is done ideally. Example- Checkbox with options A(121 responses), B(100 Responses) and the total number of Survey Participants are 100. The way our functinoality now works is A( 55%) and B(45%). However, we do have customers who want it to be A( 121%) and B(100%). Different calculations are used for different use cases and hence can we have a functionality to give the calculation choice to the user?

I haven't seen this posted anywhere and frankly I'm a little surprised. There is a complete lack of ability to edit the title area of email templates and I think this needs to be corrected. For instance; when posting the title of my company in the email title, I would like to format it so the ® symbol is correctly formatted (like it does automatically here) in superscript, but there is a complete lack of ability to do this.

I have a customer that would like to be able to plug a generic email address into email assist emails so that they can have a reply to go to that generic email rather than the users. Currently it uses the logged in SFDC user's email address but the reply from their customers is causing some clutter. Does anyone know of a workaround or a way to accomplish this that is not mentioned in documentation?

I searched but could not find anything...think I know the answer is NO but thought I would check anyway. Is there a way to change the order of the Success Plan Type list? For instance we just created a new type that we want most people to use, but it falls to the bottom of the list because it was created last. We should be able to drag and drop the order of that list.

It's been explained to me that currently, the Standard Deviation function is only available to apply by all accounts. I'm wondering if there's any future functionality on the road map to apply this by account, so that we can see the deviation for each customer?

Hi team, One of my customer has noticed an issue in lightening mode where success plan pane not sized correctly in UI for the lightening mode. However, it works in classic mode. Is it feasible for us to make the container size same as in the "Classic" mode.

Need a way to suppress the Stale Score, Trend and Comments columns that are included when you export a Scorecard Mass Edit Report. I understand why it's there, and it's valuable - when you need it - but there doesn't appear to be a way to hide them in the export. Can we have Report Builder tabs have the same naming convention as Rules Engine? Right now, when we have multiple report tabs open, they're all prefixed with "Reporting 2.0," which can be confusing.

Wondering if it would make more sense to switch the order of choosing Scorecard first, then measure.  If I have 30 different measures, spread across 5 different scorecards, my first choice is a much longer list (all 30 measures) rather than the specific measures available for the scorecard I want to set.  Not a huge pain when the list of available measures is small, but as people really start to use the power of having multiple scorecards, this list can grow uncontrollably.   Anyone else have other thoughts here?

As I didn't get a clear answer if this has been discussed in the past or in another topic, Im making this into a new idea. The recent issues with the mail system brought up a few sore points. In this specific example the user experience of a large number of new users was negatively affected because they didn't receive any notifications about reactions or answers. In such a case we would like to mail an apology to these users that they might have missed something due to no notifications being send out. As of right now that would have to be through the steps of exporting posts and user rapports and mix and matching them manually. Next to that this option will be limited to the email a company can send, in our case, we cant send via no-reply. I see it as a much faster and user friendly option to have a built-in email system from which mods will be able to send an email by the platform directly (no-reply) by selecting users based on

We're surfacing Mass Edit scorecard reports showing Group level scores vs all the individual measures (because there is just too many), but when there is a measure within that group that has a Validity Period that has been breached, it doesn't show on the report.

Hi Community members, we want your thoughts on Person scoring and how it will be useful in monitoring the individuals health.  On broader level Person scoring will give the ability to score individual persons at more granular level. Is there any plan for future functionality where customers will be able to delete unused records from the "Company" object? This is a pretty common question/request that I get on almost a weekly basis from customer. Thanks

Please, add a possibility to show by default all link-blocks on the parent categories page. It is important category may have more than 6 sub-categories. We have several pages where people don't see the sub-category their need because it is hidden. They don't see the link "Show ..more" or just don't want to continiue their search. I think that there must be at least a possibility to turn on/off showing all contrainers.

I would like the ability as a Gainsight Admin to sort by CSM.  Right now I have to go to owner section and look at each individual CSM, but as I implement a new process or CTA I would like the ability to see particular grouped CTAs in order of CSM.

Loving the Unified Scorecard Fact table! The Scorecard Mass Edit report type, however, seems to only allow you to pull in the overall score comments, but not individual measure comments. (This is not specific to Unified but applies to all scorecard fact tables). Trying to create a Mass Edit report based off of a single measure (CSM Sentiment) that includes the score for that measure specifically and it's comments. I know I can include measure comments if I DON'T use the Mass Edit option - which is what I'm doing today - but our managers want the color coded column in the report and you can't do that without the Mass Edit type.
