Hello all, Gamification is a system by which we want to drive certain behaviors and reward user by granting something for behaving as desired. Besides the current actions that can be targeted, there are many more that we would like to target for a multi-purpose community. As additional items we suggest: “Helpful”: allow users to mark not only as "like" but helpful. Only about 12% of original posters comes back to mark the correct answer, and in large communities it becomes increasingly expensive to have moderators scan and re-scan for helpful replies. Hello all, 90-95% of the community users are visitors who read the community content and then leave again: However, we know from surveys on our current community that 38% of these say that community content helped them. However, this positive feedback is not reflected in the content, as only logged-in users can interact with the content. Therefore, we are limited to only a fraction of users for validating content in internally demonstrating community value Therefore I suggest: create an option to allow "public action", i.e. non-logged-in users can perform some low level activities. Examples that a community manager can allow for "public action" are “liking”, marking as “helpful” or sending a “Thank you-Badge”, etc. without having to have a community profile. The capability to schedule an advanced outreach is not available in the current version. We can specify a start date but no time. We need to publish the outreach in due time. Is this correct or did we miss a setting somewhere? Any plan to make it available?  The drawback on this limitation is that we will not be able to publish an outreach at the best time we want for other time zones unless we have staff ready to press the button at that time. As well, it means that we have no discretion on the time we want to send the messages at, whereas this was available in Outreach. Is this planned and for when?

We are trying to do a massive upgrade to our Renewals Management automation and have been working to use the Events Framework. Our thought was to have an AO that delivers an email with instructions to the customer. Based on them following the instructions, the Renewal Opp is updated to a new stage, which the event is based off of. The customer would then receive an immediate email* confirming our receipt of their action and giving them next steps. *Here's the problem. Our renewals workflow is best executed using a Source list via a Bionic Query that merges Opportunities (renewal data) & Contacts (email and other specific fields for who receives communication). Unfortunately, Events are based on a trigger installed on a single object (which is Opportunities for us. This results in us not having all the data from the event being triggered. Specifically, we do not have the email of the customer. My long-winded ask would be to evaluate the power of the Events

It would be valuable to be able to combine survey results so that NPS responses can be reviewed through 1 lense on the NPS tab, even if the surveys were distributed separately. 

Some of our customers would like the ability to sync associated contacts with Salesforce Task sync in CTAs. Right now, Gainsight does not have the ability to do this. The problem is, everything seems to work correctly, without the contact officially getting synced to SFDC. Thanks for the help!

A customer came into chat and mentioned that they are trying to test a C360 layout and wants to assign to themselves before making live for the other CSMs. The issue is that they are using an account level filter to assign layouts for current customers. When looking into this functionality, I'd have to remove all of the current filters and switch over to the user assignment strategy just simply to test. Two ways to fix this: Allow for multiple C360 layout options (for example assign this layout based on the segment, but this layout based on the users "role").  Allow for a "Preview" option for C360 layouts in the same way that you have previews for dashboards. This eliminates all the need to re-assign layouts just for testing purposes. 

I'm creating a new C360 layout, and need to be able to filter with "contains" instead of just equals, and that doesn't appear to be currently possible. 

Hi everyone!  I've seen multiple post regarding being able to set Column Width in Table Reporting - but nothing regarding the row.  We have a few Dashboards that display the Notes or Comments - and if the CSM (or Other) is copying/pasting their email chain, the row expands out the Report/Dashboard making it not very appealing. While we use the Notes/Comment section in a few of our reports, it is ONLY meant to give a preview.  So being able to set the width of the row, would be awesome, and keep the reports uniform! :) [Similar to how Timeline has a set column/row width - being able to duplicate this for table reporting would be amazing!]

It would be awesome if while creating a CTA, you could tab to CTA Type and then use the arrow keys to select the reason.  Then continue to use tab in the same fashion for the remaining drop down items.  Rather than using tab for the text fields - and then the mouse for the drop downs.

For some of our rules when we're only needing a [i]few accounts - that really don't have any common factors, it would be awesome there was an easy way to copy a filter that you already have in place.  [i]Granted it doesn't take much work to also just drag the same filter field over x times - but hey, just a thought. :)

Users should be able to recall mis sent emails, sent through Advanced Outreaches

Till now we are allowing only date format (excluding time) in custom fields section of AO because to get rid of timezone ambiguity if emails were sent to users following different time zones! Request to include date along with time format in custom fields section!

Hey GS Community, I have a customer that wants to be able to pair different fields in Salesforce with certain CTAs, surveys, and/or notes so that the account managers do not have to manually update fields themselves. For example in a survey, if a customer responded a certain answer to a question, the chosen Salesforce field paired to that question would automatically update based on the user’s answer.

In C360 section, client is expecting that based on the selection in ‘Churn Risk Category’ which is the ‘controlling field’, the values available for selection in ‘Churn Risk Reason’ would be filtered based upon how we set up the field dependency in customer info object. This works fine when we preview the Customer Info record in Salesforce, but when we go through the C360 interface, we see the all picklist values in the dependent field ‘Churn Risk Reason’ regardless of what is chosen in the controlling field Churn Risk Category. I understand that a user type field cannot be configured as a picklist. I would think that would be a valuable enhancement and would like to suggest that as an idea.

Hello Team, Sending an email via AO is great but it is compulsory to have the acc or contact id populated to make it personalized. Our requirement is to send generic report and we donot wish to make it personalized. Any thoughts if this can even be done? Regards, Jahnavi

With this new formatting option (or even independent of it), is there any way to control the width of the inline question in the email template?  This looks fine on preview, but stretches waaaay out when I actually send a test email.   Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Edit f

Primarily this is to accelerate testing the addition (and upcoming removal) of intended recipients in AO mailings. Right now, the faster frequency available is daily, which stretches our testing delays.

We would like to have the ability to filter on custom fields from Account object activities in the Timeline tab. One of our CSM's has a focus on a certain type of customer (denoted by a custom field on the Salesforce account layout) and he'd like to be able to filter for the activities on this custom field.

If searching or sorting MDA Objects through the column search/sort, results will only be returned for the current page your on. For example, in our GS instance searching "email" in the Object Display Name column hoping to return Email Logs, the only result I get is AO Emails.  Because the Email Logs Object is on Page 2 in our instance, search didn't pick it up as a result. 

We would like to see the ability when using advanced formulas to be able to divide by the number of column that have data v having to choose a set number. IE Column A 4 Column B Null Column C 2 We would like the average to read 3 instead of 2.

I'm reaching a point with Cyberduck that I can no longer reliably load the MDA-Ingest/Archive folder without it slowing down Cyberduck by quite a bit. The Archive is fantastic because it allows me to see what exactly Gainsight ingested on a specific day, but if I can't get in there or search it efficiently, its value drops to zero. By sorting this into a year/month structure, it would allow a reasonable amount of files per folder to be easily reachable. It may even be worth it to include a day folder as well. It would be nice to have the ability to add an image of a given customer's workflow for documentation purposes.  In the image below, I have drafted this as an addition to a success plan. However, I could also see this being added as a separate tab on the left hand side of the page.
