Any thoughts about adding a User lookup called "CS Manager" to the Customer Info object?  Just thinking it would help some of our customers who want to build team rollup reports, while making it alot easier for admins to deliver (without building multiple data spaces or having a new field added to the Account object, etc).  Generally, anything we install with the package is quicker than going through some customers approval processes.

Working with L2 and a customer we have found that they have accounts setup Parent > Child and when you go to email assist you cannot see the child's contacts from the parent.  This is an issue in the medical industry accounts because the doctors/managers associated with the practice cannot get emails from cockpit/email assist on the Parent account. 

It would be nice if we could collaborate on Email templates within Gainsight, the way we can with say, a google doc.  We almost always draft emails in a Google doc, so that we can collaborate with multiple editors and approvers. If we could even have a hyperlink to an email template to share with Gainsight users, that would be a good first step, but I'd love to see some way of inviting non-Gainsight users to at least view and comment on email templates as well. This is related to this other post: https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/copy-paste-into-email-templates Part of the reason we have so many issues with Copying/Pasting into email templates in GS is because we're always copying in a "finished" email. 

Many times I find myself needing to know the CSM for the account that was emailed a campaign. In the current state of the Email Logs object, we would need to add a column for this and map in the CSM via a rule.  However, this creates another rule that needs to be maintained. It would be great if the Email Logs object could be joined to another to be able to do this lookup in reports.

I have a customer that would like to "null check" a text field and use that to dictate a variant be used. There are a lot of filter options but != NULL isn't one. Engineering suggested enhancement request. 

So when our team was discussing gamification and badges, we, among things, came to the following. When you see a badge, potentially the % of other members in the community that have this badge influences how much you may want this badge yourself. Per example, psychologically a number of the more active users will fall into the categories “I don’t want to be left behind” and “I want to have all the badges”. Gaming communities like Steam have been using this method for some time. Practically. Now if you would measure all the members of the community for a particular badge, the percentage would be rather useless. Because there is a very large group of members that register and don’t do anything or very little and you would end up with something like 0,00002%. But, here you can again look at the gaming communities. The percentage is logically only measured among the people that have the game to which the badge belongs.

Hey all, I am still not seeing "Email Logs" available when choosing MDA Subject Area in a Bionic rule. there were some older posts about this nothing present, but it seems to have been intended to be included in the 2017 Summer release.  Any guidance here? Thank you!

Our services team works across multiple accounts and it would make their lives a whole lot easier to be able to access all of the C360's that have been shared with them from one login, rather than multiple unique URL's. 

I believe we currently have the ability to survey non SF contacts and link those surveys to a specific account but I wanted to take this a step further. We would use this functionality for training surveys once the session has ended. BUT It is not sustainable for one person to go in as an admin to the survey and upload the csv and then send it for 30+ training sessions in a week. When we have multiple trainers and multiple sessions per week we somehow need the ability to streamline the process. It would be awesome if we could key off a training record or project record or asset record in SF that has a list of participants where when then record is marked as "complete" the survey EVENT would trigger and upload the participants. This would be extremely nice to have. 

there are times when emails received from customers need to be posted to timeline but at this time .msg is not supported.  Can this be added to the roadmap?

I had customer that wanted to be able to report on automated communication going from Gainsight. Specifically a report that will give what is planned to execute like what can be seen in outreach details. Right now we can only view the schedule but no way to report on it.

just like in excel where you can add chart elements it would be nice to add a linear trend line to bar graphs or stacked bar graphs. 

Add commenting ability to Timeline (like google docs). This would be huge. Right now our process when we have a big customer meeting is to send out a google doc to the entire company and open it for comments/input. For us to fully adopt gainsight timeline, it will need to have this feature. Very important I think for manager and others to give input directly into Gainsight. 

I'd like to be able to archive older surveys, to allow for cleaner views in Surveys and NPS. Once a survey has reached it's end date or has been flattened (assuming the functionality is enabled), it could then be archived and views could allow for archived, unarchived, and both types of Surveys.

Have a situation where I have two fields on SF object that are named the same thing - one is a formula, one is a picklist.   Ultimately I agree that there shouldn't be two fields named the same, but as I was going to try and choose one in a report, I noticed they are both listed as a Text field.   Thought it would be helpful to add a picklist icon to fields that are of type picklist.

Enable option for selection of 0-10 scoring scale including granularity to the tenth decimal. When hovering over summary information, have it just show the Health Score and not (ex: Label 10, Score 95), needs to show 9.5

I'd like to see the Rules Engine be able to have more flexibility when it comes to manipulating data rather than having to load data to another MDA object.  Use case:  A customer of mine is trying to assign a score based on certain information being present (or not present). They have six different features that they track among their customer base. This data is aggregated daily and shows up in terms of page views.  So if a customer has at least one page view for a feature, they should get a score of "1". If they don't have any page views for a feature, they should get a score of "0." An example data set might be 34 views for Feature A, 4 for Feature B, and 0 views for Features C through F. This customer would get a score of 2. What I [i]want to be able to do is say for Feature, "34 views" now gives you a score of 1. "4 views" also gives you a score of 1. Zero views gets you zero. We use LRM 1.0 and find it [i]invaluable. I know not everyone uses it, but the chaining of transactions makes our retention reporting so much easier. Our finance team often comes directly to us for any of this kind of data because -- through LRM 1.0 -- we have the absolute best view of what's happening over time with an account. When setting up a new transaction it would be great if we could select 1 or more relationships to which that transaction applies. We have clients who buy different products, sometimes on different subscription terms. It would be great to have the relationship know what transactions it was related to for (at a minimum) term and ARR. With that we could then (conceivably) include the transactions section on the r360 view and see the relevant transactions for that relationship.

I got a request from one of our power users.  The ability to attach a second Scorecard to a C360 Layout for our Accounts.  They have a Financial and a Relationship (of the account itself) that they would like to see displayed when viewing the Account in the C360.  Of course, when I try to add the second, it says that I can't add a second. Is there a workaround for this?  Could we request the ability to add an additional Scorecard to a C360 Layout?

Currently manually created reoccurring CTAs run for perpetuity if no end date is set.  Since these CTAs may become obsolete at a future time, it would be great if there was a way to modify the schedule after it has been created. 

Hello, It may be beneficial to have the Data Load notification present more detail in the emails being sent, such as Success, Failure, Partial Failure. As of now, users receive the below message, simply notifying that the data load has been completed, but does not show any success/failure details: " [i]Hello, [i]Your request to load data for the project "xyz123" has been completed. [i]View the execution history for more details. [i]Thanks,  [i]Gainsight Team [i]" [i] It may be beneficial for users to see something to the effect of:[i] [i]Hello, [i]Your request to load data for the project "xyz123" has partially failed. Hi all, Right now Gainsight users must manually export survey results to have them sent in .csv form to the user's email. I would love to be able to schedule a regular, automated export of survey results. The destination could be email (as it works now) or ideally we could select a local folder location, Google drive, FTP or other destination. This would be extremely useful as a means to keep an extended group in our organization up to date on our customers' survey responses.  Thanks! 

Currently the way to view the Owner of a CTA isn't very simple. Not all of our users have profile pictures, and the only way to know who the Owner is (if profile picture is unknown) is to click into the CTA. It would be nice to have an easier view of who the owner is without having to click into the CTA. 

Our c360 is getting really long. Part of that is because each section is limited to a single report source. Many of them are in actually related in concept but come from different sources. Additionally I'd like to actually create dashboard-style layouts and include those on a 360 page just like we can with reports.
