We have some tasks in playbooks that are only applicable in certain situations, would be nice to be able to mark them as optional or “If Required” in some way (we currently put it in the name but it adds to the clutter of someones view). Thanks

Hi Team,The customer wants to grant access for an external vendor who is designing some email templates for them.They have created a Permission bundle allowing Navigation Permission for Journey Orchestrator > Email Templates and also added the Design option in the Email Template Permissions.When we log in with the test user which we have assigned the new permission bundle to 'Template Designer' and then log in via an incognito window, it brings us to the Program Navigation window.Customer do not want the vendor to view this. Could you please decouple the navigation permission of the email template from the JO.Thank you.

I have a current need to sort the fields that I have added to a custom object within Data Management.  I requested this through support but they said this is not possible.  Can you please have this feature added soon?Use Case is uploading a file to a custom object and the fields default to ascending order, but I would like the ability to sort the fields similar to how it is available when adding drop down lists.  Required for updating the order of a related list I have added to the C360. 

Really needs to give you details on why a job failed.  It’s pretty useless otherwise.

You have GOT to give us some enhanced batch data manipulation capabilities in this platform.There are too many walls and limitations and restrictions.If I need to batch update Success Plans or CTAs or Tasks or anything else in Gainsight, I should not have to leverage the wonky API to do it.Give us more control over our data please!!

Hi,At the moment, on the front end, when a user likes a post/topic, you can hover over the “Like” and see who has liked it. In the moderator view, I can see that there are likes (and even like it myself), but cannot see who has liked the posts/topics.i’d like to be able to see in the moderation view who has liked posts. Ideally, I’d also be able to pull the lists of who has liked posts somehow as well, but I think that is a much larger ask.Thanks,Ilan

If we know a member’s real name but not their user name, we may have trouble to identify them. Even if I can guess, sometimes I can’t be sure if e.g. “Paul” or “Paul_0” is the right one.The dropdown suggestion box showing email next to the user name, and picking up email matches, would help with this.Instances where I could use this:tag them in a post invite them to a group publishing an article on behalf of a colleagueI also included this comment in this conversation, ...but in case it’s lost or not picked up in that case I wanted to add it here. 

Hi, Is there a way to get an overview of ideas (existing ideas) that have received new replies? For as far as we can see, this is not supported in the content overview page in the control environment. Because there's no clear overview or filter option,  sometimes ideas with new replies are overlooked by our moderation team. 

In Control, currently, you are able to organize and update your community categories via an editing interface:  Then, you can drill down into each parent- and sub-category to add icons and header images.  We’d love to see the same flexibility applied to groups, so that we could apply a header image to the Group “Parent” page, and drag-and-drop groups into the order we want them to appear in.

This request/idea has 2 parts:1) Give the ability for Admin Users to make adjustments around read-only/editability for Activities. For example, Admin User can adjust permissions so that ‘Activities become read-only after X hours’, or ‘select Activities are read-only’, etc. 2) Give Admin Users the ability to add standard fields such as created date, created by, Modified Date, Modified by, etc. to the Timeline Entry Layout.These solutions would give Admin Users better control across their organizations to prevent undesirable behavior and ensure workflows are triggered. Hi There,   So this is one of the use-case I have received from one of the customer that while trying to post Timeline Activity from Rules Engine to Slack by using Action :: Call External API .The Data posted has formatting issues.  So this is the configuration that I have -     And the Note field in Activity Timeline object is a Rich TextArea and the payload field that be have configured( in Administration > Operations > External Actions. )is a normal String field, hence html tags are also getting posted.   When we fire the rule -     So Is t

With the new Horizon Experience CTA layout in Gainsight NXT, we have lost the functionality to dynamically change the fields on the CTA creation form based on CTA Type. Prior to the new Horizon layout, when we were creating a CTA, the fields would dynamically change based on the CTA Type. This is no longer the case. Now, You have to fill in the standard CTA fields, then click back into the CTA to change any custom fields added for that specific CTA type. This is frustrating because we now have to remember to click back into a CTA AFTER creating it the first time to change the fields that really matter to us. The form should be dynamic based on CTA Type like it was before the new Horizon Experience. 

When using the ‘Share Email from Timeline using Email Assist’ functionality, it would be great to have an Admin setting to automatically  ‘Remove External Attendees’ vs. relying on the team to remember to do so.Internal emails can mistakenly include external attendees and the CSM may miss the message to remove them. It would be helpful to include a timeline admin setting to automatically remove external attendees when using the Share Email from Timeline. 

When replacing a Playbook in the tasks list, the new playbook items are mixed in with the older completed items (see below).  Can the previous playbook completed tasks be grouped together at the top, and the new playbook tasks be grouped together at the bottom instead?  

Please change the ‘GS Created By’ and ‘GS Modified By’ fields in User Management to be labels instead of GSIDs so that they are useful 

I did a change and removed one of the failed participants for a program in journey orchestrator, then refreshed participants.The last modified date stays the same.The date should change to reflect an action has been done on the program.

I'd like to be able to run a rule directly from the Data Management / Dependencies tab.A UI Action of the sort would greatly shorten the workflow.Instead of having to do these 4 steps:1.open the rule in a new tab,2.press EDIT,3.go to ACTIONs tab4.RUN.I attached a screenshot where this functionality could be added. 

As I understand it, currently only documents and videos can be pulled from our LMS into the knowledge center tab in a PX bot. However, our LMS also allows us to load SCORM files (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) as a learning content type but Gainsight won’t pull them from our LMS for a user to view. Any plans to include this as an option in the future?

If I have a rule that has an Action, in its Action tab: Call to Action and I chose Create CTAThe comments field below size is set in stone and editing is very cumbersome.Please add ability for the user to be able enlarge it.

[Customer request]: Hi Team,As per the current functionality, the filters configured in the associated account section is applicable only after creating the CTA.The customer wants to limit the Associated Records to only show Accounts that belong to the hierarchy of this customer while creating the CTA itself. Can we please make sure Associated Record filters works during CTA creation? Can you please check this use case.

Posting for a customer: When a rule fails there are time it is caused by a single field having a wrong value and not an issue with the row itself. It would be great to have the option to ignore the field that is causing the issue, but still be able to sync the other fields in the row so you are able to get the rest of the data. A type of dropdown for rules would be helpful so you can keep decide to “Ignore” certain fields if they trigger an error/ failure. This could be an option in the rule setup or an option after the rule has run.
