Hi,We are migrating our existing Knowledge base into Insided’s and we can’t change the article’s author. That is very sad.Is there a way to do it? Thanks,Benoit

Currently it is only possible to change a timeline activity on the way you created it. Either via the timeline or via the CTA.For example, if you create a CTA from a timeline activity, you can no longer change the timeline activity in the CTA timeline, only in the timeline of the account. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature request.

As we continue to expand our use of people maps, we’re seeing a gap in the influencer functionality. Currently, you can only add influencers from the company or our organization. We’d like to see the ability to add an influencer from another company as well as our Partner accounts to truly get the full view of any influential relationships.

Hi Team,Can we please ensure that we have consistent behaviour w.r.t to stickiness across the product.Example when on the rule listing page, I search for a rule name and later comeback to the same page, the page shows me filtered rules that I had searched for earlier. In the Data Designer listing page the behaviour is different. Every time I land on the page it shows me list of all the design’s and I have to search every time.

Hello Team, When we do manual sync to import survey responses from PX to CS, survey sent date is populated with Responded date.Instead can we fetch send date from PX and populate accordingly. Thanks & Regards,Srikanth

We need to be able to filter data on boolean attribute = false in rules engine as well as in report builder. We use boolean attributes for a variety of purposes, such as indicating whether or not a user/account uses a product or whether they’re opted out from CS comms. We build rules based on boolean attributes and sometimes, we’ll need to filter for values where it is set to false… but we can’t according to Support. This is a huge product gap… Please add this to the roadmap. 

In the Configuration Home section of Gainsight Analyzer, it would be really nice if we could see how many custom fields exist on each object. There’s already a column for “# Formula Fields”, so it would be a similar concept. This could help me quickly know how much customization has been done on Standard objects, such as Company or Person. Thanks.

I’d like to have more customization on being able to set up an NPS program where we have the inline survey placeholder be customizable. For example, changing squares to boxes or customizing the shad of those boxes.

The addition of labels for guides was a great addition to the PX platform. We now have so many competing guides that it is hard to keep track of which guides are the most effective. It would be immensely helpful to be able to use the label groups and label names when creating filters in the audience explorer or when running analytics.     

Canada SW and SW Canada should have the same results.

Hi,We Support team have been reported that the format of the exported report of Gainsight Weekly Usage Highlights (from G360) has been changed and users are looking for the previous export format.Previously (In the month of OCT) we use to provide them user level detailed format whereas now (From the end - last week of OCT) we are just providing the data without knowing that which users are using it.Please check the below attached files for the format how it used to be previously and how it is now.1. When clicking the CTA link from a report it brings you to a Cockpit view for that CTA, but you are unable to edit the fields that are available in that view. I would like the user to be able to see fields without having to click into the detail view.I have checked in the Administration > Call to Action section to modify and there is no “+” button on the view to add fields.  It would be nice to be able to edit this view to add custom fields so the user doesn’t have to click into the detail view to get information.

Hello, would it be possible to add emoji in titles? I would like to use the flag emoji to highlight the country where the event takes place. Thanks :)

 Is it possible to show the recent changes in the score card report? For example with icons or a line around the cell on the fields that have changed the last week?

Hello Team,When We used to be able to click on the pass and on the fail reports in rules engine. This is no longer available as you can see for manual runs. For schedule runs we could see the results. It would be great to include hyperlinks for pass/fail reports.

It would be great to connect our Academy badging system (BadgeOS) to our Insided forum with automatic awarding our Insided forum.  Academy → Insided forum 

A widget that shows topics that recently had an answer marked. Displayed by (most recent) timestamp for answer being marked, not by most recent reply and not by topic post date. This is a fairly standard widget on other platforms.Such a widget highlights the latest solutions to questions, and would also help raise awareness for the need to answer questions and mark answers. This would be valuable for support communities . 

For newcomers to a community (and even more established members) it’s often easier to browse posts by the date posted. Currently the Community Content & Category widget only allows for the display of recently active content, unanswered questions, and categories. We’d like to see the addition or support for other ways in which to view this content such as date posted.

Would it be possible to create a section within Private Messages where we can quickly view all unread private messages? Right now, we have to scroll in order to find the new message in bold.

Hi Team,Currently the report view in email/preview of email is static (columns will not adjust automatically) due to which data in a particular cell is not displayed properly (Either it spreads to other line or not displayed completely).Customer wants the report to be responsive so that report from JO email appears properly similar to the view in report builder section.

Can we change the color for NPS Question Scale in Survey

When filtering in HA you can choose to include null values ON TOP of the value you’re filtering by, e.g.  This is very useful for treating 0 and null values as the same (when you need to);  However the same filtering option isn’t possible in Rules Engine, if you tick Null then it overrides the value you choose in the filter (by blanking out the value field). The workaround is to put both statements in separately and OR them, but when we have complex filtering already this either becomes convoluted or end’s up being not possible due to the limit on number of filters allowed.​​​​​​ Can we please bring the HA filter functionality over to rules :) 

We’ve had an SEO audit done on our community. There are a number of improvements we’ll present here as ideas. The second one is API calls.Reducing the amount of API calls in order to free up network load. We're seeing quite a few identical API requests going outward, which can be handled (partially) through caching.

I may not sure whether this ask is already part of upcoming releases. For some reason, i am unable to tag horizon analytics built report part of JO program’s email template. There is availability only for earlier version reports association to program email template. Horizon report scheduler does not have feature to pick run time a user based on region filer etc. It would be good to have function for horizon analytics reports being part of JO association.

It would be super helpful as an admin if we could build histograms in Gainsight. When trying to understand  how customers are distributed by ARR, usage, etc, I frequently have to export the raw data from Gainsight and then build histograms in Google Sheets or another BI tool.It is possible to “hack” a histogram together with Rules Engine/Data Designer but it would be great if I could just build one by default without having to create new fields/objects.
