Currently when trying to view historical data, the custom range option allows input (remembering to press Enter afterwards!) allowing to select larger time periods.   Having a much more intuitive option on the UI seems to be a better option (showing and allowing the user to click on the respective month/year to navigate back and forth on ranges, for e.g.)

The idea is to have a filed on User object like that can look up into other user details (Like Manager) field. And searchable or auto-populate in User Management either by name or Email.

Currently, Survey flattening labels do not align to Matrix style sub-questions, thus reporting results in a blank value. It is imperative the flattening label either equate the main question flattening label or each sub-question is allowed to have their own flattening label.If you have multiple Matrix style questions with similar sub-questions, it can be difficult to understand what response aligns to what Matrix.  

In the old reports/dashboards, I was able to click and drag account name links to the top of my tab in order to load a C360 without having it open a new tab every time; this is no longer possible in Horizon. This has a negative impact on workflow (plus creating more open tabs slows down dashboards). Thanks!

 This customer has several “Closed” statuses for  CTAs and Tasks. But when a TSM assigns a custom “Closed” status then checks the box, it automatically assigns  to “Closed Successful”.In this case the customer would like to not allow them to check the box but manually assign a closed status.

As a CSM, I need to be able to sort the Cockpit view by one or more criteria e..g. Due Date and Priority, Client Name and Priority, Client Name and Due Date, etcAt the moment, it is only possible sort based on a single criteria which is limiting. I believe this capability was available before the current version was released and I'd like to see if re-implemented.

Hello - We have playbooks with tasks that are based upon a predecessor Task Close Date. The challenge we’re having is that those tasks show NA until the predecessor is closed. I know I can change it to Task Due Date and see the dates, but if a predecessor closes late or early then the successor task won’t change. Is there any other way to do this to resolve the issue of the NA dates?Thanks!

To capture answers to specific recurrent questions, I'd like to add a rich text field (such as the notes section) to the Meeting activity type. Currently, I can add a customer text field, but it is very small to capture longer responses.

Hi Team,Currently we don’t have an option to log emails to Gainsight using DL group (Shared email address) . It will be helpful if we can provide some way in future to log emails to gainsight using shared email address either it could be via plugins or some other way. If their is any workaround to achieve it , Please let me know.

It would be great if we could assign the SFDC widget by permission bundle type. We need this option as we do not want to show some C360 sections within SFDC as it would appear redundant. Example, Cases, Contacts, Opportunities. We’d like to have a custom widget view that can be assigned based on our custom permission bundles

This is a simple request - please, please, please make it stop opening a new tab when I do ANYTHING within Report Builder in NXT. I don’t feel like it’s necessary, and maybe it’s just me, but the tab overload when making reports is banananananas.  The HORROR!!Please HELP!

Hi, testing this idea: When we ban a user from becoming a member of our community, it could be good to have a default email going out every time to the banned user, saying something like: "We're sorry, but it seems you do not fulfill the requirements to become a member of our community. Should this be wrong, please drop us an email and we'll resolve!”Would this make sense for anyone else out there? Have a good weekend when it arrives:)

Would be nice if all content in the platform was shareable externally to social networks. Imagining someone in a topic having a great chat and wanting to share it with others. Would be great to have this capability in any section (community, KB, groups, events) at available from any article, topic, etc.

Arrange a separate VoC session with multiple stakeholders at the strategic  HIGH touch customer site that is outside QBR. Trystorm the feedback given by them in rapid solution prototype to get buy in.

Is it possible to ‘wrap’ the JO model in an ‘S’ fashion so it stays on the same screen without having to zoom out?  I have an email chain with 8 emails going out and timers in between.  I have to zoom out in order to see the whole thing.  Surely there must be a way to ‘wrap’ the view?

We are using custom objects to load CSVs to to manage our on-going programs more efficiently. It would be helpful to be able to clone an object setup (not data) so that we can help limit risk as multiple admins start to use this method.

Email templates are best utilized when they maintain standards - color, font, etc.There are often marketing/communication standards that we’d like to comply with which is possible by loading an html version into the code of a template.What would be helpful would be to be able to setup a pre-defined letterhead template and apply it to an email template at the time of creation. This would be help in case a company logo changes or color palette changes -- we would only have to update the letterhead standard rather than update each template that happens to use these standards.

With the 6.14 release, CSMs can now opt-out specific contacts from email communications, but I think there is a more granular need to opt contacts out from a specific program.If there’s a multi-touch program that a customer responds to and indicates they aren’t interested in the content, the CSM should have a way to opt them out from that program only, not from all communications. 

Hi team, Currently dependent picklists are not honored in attributes section of C360/R360. Request you to implement dependent picklist functionality for the same. Regards,Jagadeesh

Usecase: I have to filter out certain category of Contact types in the rule action criteria. But it is not letting me choose the option “includes” and I have to put multiple contains filter to replace the includes option. Idea: To have the includes option for text fields in the rule action criteria to cover multiple “contains” values. 

Currently when you associate a contact to a CTA and have multiple tokens in the email you can’t send to a different “to” address and have it populate the tokens. I have a customer who is sending internal communication to their CSMs and want to associate a contact which then can fill out the tokens in the email. I think if we were able to have this as an option it would provide a much smoother experience and more functionality to the associated person feature. 

The R360 Summary Widget functionality does not allow 7.433 Million display to VALUE instead 7,443K, might confusing to all of our platform users. Hoping for the Gainsight Product Management consider this functionality has this same Idea below  Thanks!

Customer : TessianGainsight Edition: NXTRequirement:At preset when we use Aggregated field in a report/dashboard Global currency is getting applied, however customer wants to get the User currency applied instead of the Global.In the below snapshot Aggregate function used is Sum and it shows the currency as GBP.  Below is the snapshot of the Currency set for the customer.  Support ticket raised in this regards: 149013https://gainsight.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/149013 Can we please have this one added in our product roadmap?

Support has confirmed that the current product design does NOT allow the Audience ‘Group By’ to be displayed on the chart legend - only the Events ‘Group By’ is shown. This is apparently by design but makes the charts legend unreadable when both Event and Audience grouping is used as it is impossible to distinguish which audience group is associated with a specific line or bar: Both Event and Audience ‘Group By’ used Only Event group shown in legend > the Audience group can be seen in the table (and on hover over the chart data) but not in the legend
