Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf our customer.Currently segment filters created at user level are hidden for other users making them to re-add the filters to see the data. It would be helpful if we could make the filters as sticky say for an instance like Global filters in Dashboard in gainsight. This gives admins more free hand to configure the AE for end user. Regards,Jagadeesh

I would like to see the groups feature built out a bit more. Groups should have the ability to assign roles within a group such as a “leadership” role. I would also like to see gamification implemented in user groups automatically. Groups should also be able to be automatically populated. For example, I want everyone that has reached a certain amount of points to be populated into a group.

I’m trying to use a calculated field in a program for the first time and being able to reference a Data Space field would make it much, much easier (especially given that it’s used in the query). Specifically, I’m trying to determine if a contact joins a Community Group between email sends. The Salesforce Group Object is difficult to work with as it doesn’t contain account and contact objects, however we have a custom Data Space that does. Why aren’t Data Spaces available as a source for calculated fields?

This is our second time using the Survey capability in Gainsight. I noticed that the response rate in the Survey tool takes the whole set of people that were polled and includes those that are in the "undeliverable" segment. For example, if you had 1,000 emails go out, and 100 were undeliverable. If you get 90 responses, the response rate should be 10% (90/900) vs 9% (90/1000). Right now the tools show it as 9%. It would be great if the system showed the true response rate.

We would like the ability to associate Success Plan Fields in more than one group on a Success Plan. Our CSMs leverage the SMART goal model and often arrive at more than one goal per project. Currently we have fields for the S, M, A, R, T and one field to articulate the SMART goal. We would like to have a total of three groups, each with the SMART goal content underneath it. Currently, I will have to create separate fields for each SMART goal (ie: S1, M1, A1, R1, T1, SMART goal 1; S2, M2, A2, R2, T2, SMART goal 2, etc.) 

Can you change the default for the Cockpit’s CTA due dates sections to be collapsed? We can then focus on the tasks at hand and expand the upcoming CTAs as needed.

As we continue to expand and grow the usage of snapshot functionality we are getting to a state where there are a good number of available snapshots for export. As a larger company, we also have certain teams that use specific power points and other teams using a completely different set of powerpoints.  Similar to a c360 layout filter, we’d like the ability to filter what snapshots are available for a specific account based off company details.

When exporting results for Survey Performance, the “Allow Contact Me” field does not show there. This would be helpful/efficient when trying to disperse the survey results to other teams to reach out to customers.  

Here is the use case. We have a standard engagement for system disruption. This engagement has about 75 total characters. When there is an issue, this engagement receives an XLIFF file with details on the disruption AND then an ACTIVE API call to launch the engagement.  Our issue management system sends out an SMS notification, email notification, and API notification  to multiple users and system. However, the Gainsight PX API errors out when importing ANY XLIFF file with a target language that includes the trunk of the default language at creation. This means we can update the message for EVERY OTHER language but the default language set at creation of the engagement.Allowance for XLIFF replacement of the default language, would allow for easy update to the context of the engagement without having to rebuild an engagement for each new message. A workaround has been to change the default language to an obscure language, create the template, and then change the default back to en, zh,

Hi,I am trying to use two programs to send reports to different set of internal people. Can I use one report and change the columns displayed in the email sent to the recipients?First Program is for Executives - They have a report showing columns - ABCDE Second Program is for CSMs - They should receive a report showing columns - ABCDGI tried to move the columns when configuring the report in the program builder - email setup. But that does not change the layout of the columns shown in the report Let me know if you need additional information regarding the same @gunjanm

Was working with a customer who mentioned the following idea -- It would be great to have the ability to have multiple drafts in migration -- Currently, the migration package does not have the ability to have multiple drafts in it to migrate functionality to production. This is problematic for our team. Our use case is that our team has multiple developers so it would be helpful to have multiple drafts so each developer can put together their own migration package to ensure smooth delivery. The volume of stories we deliver does not make it feasible for all developers to add into one migration package as it makes it very complicated to deal with any failures.

There are cases where tasks are recorded before the CTA.  It would be great if we are able to attach older tasks previously lodged on Timeline to be attached to newly created CTAs.

Hi Team, Lot of data analyst who are working with our clients are looking to setup IAM roles. They are working on a data integration pipeline from Snowflake to the Gainsight S3 bucket. Snowflake has native functionality to connect to S3, but their best practice is to create an IAM role and use those credentials to connect to S3 instead of using the Secret Key and Access Key credentials.Is it possible to add in our near term roadmap? Best,Hardik

Searching for an email address in the Email Validator screen requires all lower case letters. This requirement should be outline on the Email Validator screen itself and in documentation.

Hey,We are receiving Sally notifications whenever a user completed a CSAT survey. The next obvious step would be to view the actual response attached to that notification, but right now this is not possible. We would very much like to request enhancing the Sally integration by providing the full response to that notification, so we can quickly and easily get this information. Best,Tal

Hi Team, In prod users have usernames like "user@xyz.com” But in sandbox they have usernames like "user@xyz.com.invalid" or appended with a keyword.So when a Sandbox copy is done all the usernames in prod are loaded into Sandbox causing duplicates and all of these should be made either Inactive or usernames should be updated with “.dev”It will be great if this is handled in the product too which will be very helpful to the users during sandbox Copy. Thanks,Prathap

I think it would be helpful to quickly summarize our timeline notes to a few distinct points.  When taking notes on a call, we may have the tendency to write everything that is discussed.However, once the call is complete, quickly distinguishing what the highlights of the call are would be helpful.In my mind, I see this looking like this.  I can highlight certain text threads, and click a button to mark it as a highlight.  Then as I’m glancing through  a long list of timeline activities, I can quickly see the high level summary, and expand the activity to see more detail.Additionally, if I could highlight text threads and click a button to assign a task to it.  This would eliminate the need for me to take a note, and then repeat the process while creating a task.  Simply highlighting, and marking it as a task would save key strokes.

Hi Team, Customer is looking for bulk update on Success plan for a specific field via a CSV. Customer’s own words below. We would like to request if we could mass update success plan in our production environment.I have attached 2 files, I've filtered it out to get the SP name and GSID of the records.Genesys_Actual_GoLive_FieldUpdate.csv - This file contains the Success Plans where the field (Actual Go Live) needs to be updated.Genesys_Target_GoLive_FieldUpdate.csv - This file contains the Success Plans where the field (Target Go Live) needs to be updated. Is it possible to do so?

It would be good if we’ll have the ability to make a lookup of the CTA/Success Plan to a custom Object. This would make reporting/Updating via rules a lot easier and less stress to the custom object. Thank you!!!

Hi Team,Customer was used an events as participant source to the program. There is no error when they push events through an invalid payload (It showing that event under Delivery Success). Currently we are not supporting response codes for events in JO. Can you please look into this and display the proper error message to the customer. Thank you.

When PX+CS connection is established and Usage data is being brought over in Gainsight, currently there is no option in Adoption explorer to bring PX custom events data directly into AE. Use case: The customer has 10+ custom events data to be captured in AE as reports.Example: Top 10 X event captured at user level.We can bring data at feature and engagement level presently   

In the new Ideation module it is now possible to filter on a specific status or product. This is already very helpful. It would be great if it would also be possible (in the front-end) if users have the option to only filter the ideas they have submitted themselves.This way, users can easily keep an eye on how many votes or reactions they have received for their votes in one overview.

When editing idea status updates, for example to add an explanation to is, the ideation-status-pill class is stripped from the HTML:Please leave the class intact on editing.
