I recently inactivated an VIEW_GROUP user and noticed it remained in the VIEW_GROUP permission bundle. As we are a company splitting our Gainsight licenses over several entities, I'd like to keep a good overview of the licenses used by our entity. For fully licensed users, we use permission bundles by entity to keep the overview. For viewer users, the above behavior makes this a lot harder. It would be very useful if:I could remove users from the VIEW_GROUP it would be possible to create multiple permission bundles within the VIEW_GROUP (1 bundle per entity so we can see how many licenses every entity consumes)

Currently, anyone can create a view in Renewal Center and share it. You can’t re-share a shared view, but anyone can create one and distribute it. What I would like, is as an admin to have the ability to change (by permission group ideally), who can share views. I think anyone can still create their own, but perhaps we only want admins, managers and above to share views to ensure the source of truth is consistent.

The scenario would be that we have a flow of engagements that are ordered either in a Slider, Guide or a video in a Dialog. The user wants to move it over to another screen to follow along and try some of the steps in the product as they go. With the Knowledge Bot too. If I have the progress bar and certain engagements we want them to complete, being able to leave that open on another screen as you move through the workflow would be very helpful! 

It would be amazing if PX had some kind of “test mode” for engagements that I could turn on and off. OR a “make a copy for testing” option.I find that I do the same handful of things when testing: ignore throttling trigger once per session target to just me  remove any audience rules that would exclude me (like signed up <5 days ago)Being able to toggle a “test mode” off and on or quickly create a copy just for testing would save me some steps!   

For the Rating Webhook we send 3 posts:One is event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED"One is "event.interaction":"COMPLETED"One is event.interaction":"VIEWED" SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED looks to contain the full data such as rating and comments. However the "COMPLETED" one carries null for rating and comments. Not quite sure if SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED is only sent for completed Ratings Survey, if not then this be reason "COMPLETED" should carry these details. For NPS Survey we send one post:event.interaction":"SINGLE_STEP_SURVEY_RESPONDED" There is one flag that is not passed in the webhook where someone answers “It is ok to contact me”. Would like to get that added to get the full data. 

Currently, PX only supports the authentication with our supported Knowledge Base integrations using a single, shared user account or API token.  Therefore, all users will be able to search/view the KB content within Knowledge Center Bot using the permissions and access levels assigned to that user or API token. It would be a more secure and better user experience if users could only search/view the KB content they are entitled to consume.  This option is supported for Zendesk in other comparable applications to PX. 

When creating a new topic it would be helpful if the “title” of the topic didn’t just search for related topics to intercept the creation of a new one, but also included federated help articles from Zendesk.To use a scenario from our community, we might have a user that goes to ask a question about integrating with JIRA, but we already have a KB that answers that question. If we could help them find that first, then we could avoid the question being asked at all.

As the owner field can be set to either any User ID on the rule. It would be good if we can have an option to make the default owner as the author or other User ID. This way we could avoid creating dummy user in the system as the default owner of the Success Plan to hold the record. Thank you!!

Hi Team, As of now in Gantt chart the Objectives are sorted by Due date and we dont have option to Sort on any other fields like Objective name. So can we please include this option in roadmap, it helps user to sort on the desired fields. Thanks,Prathap

We have a long text field exposed on the SP UI (customer info object, not CTA group) that is editable by our users. At the moment, we can add one bullet point. As a user, I’d like to add multiple layer to the bullet point notes.

We have 2 completely different products each with their own customers. We want to include both in the knowledgebase. In order to do this properly it would help us enormously to add an extra level to the knowledgebase so that we can indicate the product on the first level and the content on the next two levels.

It would be helpful to have the option to back date product updates.I sometimes miss the release of a product and quickly go to post an update but the dates are off. Would be helpful to have the ability to back date a post to the data you would like.This might also be useful for articles as well.

Currently a user needs to upvote their own idea manually. Many of our users do not know they can/should do this. So, we’re wondering if this can be automated instead.

Currently, entitlements must be assigned by category. It would be easier if the permissions could be set on parent catergory and then transferred to the category. If desired, they can be changed there for that category.This saves a lot of work if you want to make certain parent categories only accessible to a certain group.

Hey there,I check different Analytics on a regular basis, and I need to every time select the Filters (Date, Published in, Role, Content Type) Since I need to change all the filters every time i want to check something, it would be great if I could “save” a set of filters. Something like a “favorites” or a few different views.E.g. “Amount of Posts Published in Area X by role Y”, “Amount of Posts published in Area Z by roles A,B,C”That would:save me considerable amount of time prevent mistakes, since the filters are pre-set Anyone else who would like to see something similar? Or maybe has a workaround to share?Best,Daniele

HI Team,The customer(F5 Networks) has come with the requirement, if any opportunity that was skipping from one quarter to another quarter (One opportunity cycle to another opportunity cycle ) need to see that information in the late renewal chat.Currently, the "late Renewal" chat calculation is for a selected period. if the renewal type opportunity closed date is greater than the opportunity due date then those opportunities will be displayed in the selection. Now this "late Renewal" chat is showing the data for the selected quator. @vivekreddy @lalit_das 

Currently, the only way to add actual custom event data is through the Web SDK, and even that requires a window object. It would be good if we could actually add rows through other means, primarily the REST API. If it were added there, it would be possible to do in any language. I discovered this through a lot of trial and error, as it looks easy to do already. There is a “Custom Event API”, there is a Java SDK, there is a python script called a data loader. Customer support took me through these options and more, and I left no stone unturned, implemented each one--but it turns out, none of them can actually add data, despite good auth credentials. All these can do is either update existing data, add new definitions for custom events, or most commonly just read existing data. Adding this feature seems to be a no-brainer. Adding data for all events should be possible too, not just custom ones. As far as I know, it’s not possible to add data for these either, but I didn’t look deeply int

Posting on behalf of a PX customer…It’d be great if we can get a list of users who VIEWED a survey in a given time frame. We have the total # of views, but not the actual list of users. You can either add this in the Survey Performance Report OR allow a filter for this in Audience Explorer. Thank you!

Request: Right now, you’re able to see the aggregate survey views in Survey Performance Report, however, you’re not able to see who those specific users who viewed were AND the # of views is not filterable. Use case: Filtering out internal user views, or filter by persona

HELLO AWESOME Product team, So I just had a conversation with a CSM and they had a great idea. The way we use CTA/Timeline is when a CTA is created we encourage our CSM to entry timeline entires from the CTA so that all driveable and driven action are group together in one place for a particular situation. So when that CTA goal is complete they are asked to close the CTA and move on. This action also then closes all the active task but the timeline entry stay active. MY ASK: is there a way of closing the timeline entry that are attached to a CTA when the CTA is closed? Again I always like to recongnize that you guys have to build for the masses. Not sure if that would be an all or nothing solutions or possible an option within Admin settings.  Best Regards, Darshana Shah@kate_green  @kate_peter 

I have been asked by a CSM in our team about the possibility of saving an incoming email to multiple timelines in one go rather than having to copy the email and save it to all relevant timelines individually. As an example, they are sending out internal emails to Account Exec’s who operate across numerous accounts, so you might have an account exec who works across 7 accounts and instead of sending him 7 emails you might want to send 1 email and then save the details on the rest of the timelines. We want to capture these interactions on the timeline so that anyone looking at them can see that action and interactions are taking place. The problem arises when you bcc the email address and the email is in the drafts folder you only have the option to enter details for one company as I imagine it is saving it to that specific company record which is how it is currently meant to work and I get that. I’m doubtful if it’s possible but wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this type of inte

Hello! A recent acquisition uses the ticketing software ‘Help Scout’.  Wondering if anyone has experience with that software and integrating or at least importing information from Help Scout to Gainsight.Thank you!

With the new embed tool, we can embed URLs to a Google form but it would be more helpful if I could imbed a survey I created in Gainsight. That way I can get feedback from CSMs as we roll this out and not have to rely on them logging into Google etc, and the information is better recorded in an object
