Request: Right now, you’re able to see the aggregate survey views in Survey Performance Report, however, you’re not able to see who those specific users who viewed were AND the # of views is not filterable. Use case: Filtering out internal user views, or filter by persona

HELLO AWESOME Product team, So I just had a conversation with a CSM and they had a great idea. The way we use CTA/Timeline is when a CTA is created we encourage our CSM to entry timeline entires from the CTA so that all driveable and driven action are group together in one place for a particular situation. So when that CTA goal is complete they are asked to close the CTA and move on. This action also then closes all the active task but the timeline entry stay active. MY ASK: is there a way of closing the timeline entry that are attached to a CTA when the CTA is closed? Again I always like to recongnize that you guys have to build for the masses. Not sure if that would be an all or nothing solutions or possible an option within Admin settings.  Best Regards, Darshana Shah@kate_green  @kate_peter 

I have been asked by a CSM in our team about the possibility of saving an incoming email to multiple timelines in one go rather than having to copy the email and save it to all relevant timelines individually. As an example, they are sending out internal emails to Account Exec’s who operate across numerous accounts, so you might have an account exec who works across 7 accounts and instead of sending him 7 emails you might want to send 1 email and then save the details on the rest of the timelines. We want to capture these interactions on the timeline so that anyone looking at them can see that action and interactions are taking place. The problem arises when you bcc the email address and the email is in the drafts folder you only have the option to enter details for one company as I imagine it is saving it to that specific company record which is how it is currently meant to work and I get that. I’m doubtful if it’s possible but wanted to ask if anyone ha

Hello! A recent acquisition uses the ticketing software ‘Help Scout’.  Wondering if anyone has experience with that software and integrating or at least importing information from Help Scout to Gainsight.Thank you!

With the new embed tool, we can embed URLs to a Google form but it would be more helpful if I could imbed a survey I created in Gainsight. That way I can get feedback from CSMs as we roll this out and not have to rely on them logging into Google etc, and the information is better recorded in an object

Hi Team, One of my customer is looking to have a help text directly within the UI would be more helpful to show what “Logs” button would actually help in.  "Logs" tab shows activities performed on low volume custom objects; perhaps we can make this more evident within the product.  It may help to clear up any ambiguity as well between other logs button.

Hi Team, In Gainsight Zendesk Widget we display Widgets that are configured in our C360 page. Here when ARR fields are configured, we are not supporting Multi Currency. This feature will help users have multi currency and business across different countries and using this widget. Can we please add this in our roadmap. Thanks,Prathap. 

It is found when loading timeline draft/activity with large note, it can sometime take a while depending on what it contains. During this time while loading, it very much looks as if things are frozen. Would suggest to implement a progress bar to indicate that more time is needed to load the contents of a given timeline.

I really want to like the Gainsight Sally feature, however I really haven't found a way to make it useful for my use case yet.Getting the notifications is fine, but I also get the email notification at the same time. What would make Sally really useful in my case would be to allow me to interact with a CTA directly from within Slack.Examples:Admin Use Case: New account needs to be provisioned. I get the notification in Slack, I go provision the account (this happens outside of GS), I complete the task and can mark it complete without ever interfacing with GS. Instead of the thumbs up/thumbs down features (which I don't even know what this is for?) I could instead mark the task as complete and remotely close the CTA in GS. CSM: A task has been assigned to me by a colleague to schedule a meeting with my client. I may do this via my email account, via client facing Slack instance or via ZenDesk ticket. I could remotel

Hello folks - I’m looking to implement an FAQ within our KCB (yay acronyms) and I’d like to include a table of contents within the document, to allow for ease of navigation as these docs may sometimes be a bit long. Here’s what I mean: Something like this, but not this. The items in this list are insane. This would allow users to navigate to the parts that they want, and pivot back to actually doing things within the application.  Is there a clean way to do this currently, that I’m just missing? When fetching fields in a rule task, the fields, there is no way to manually sort the fields once added to the dataset fetch task. It would be nice to be able to manually sort the fields once they have all been added to the fetch task.The inability to sort the fields causes issues when we need to later add fields to an S3 export, as we often need to conform our field sorting to other internal SQL scripts. As is, we have to either (i) re-add the fields in the new, correct order, or (ii) create a transform task to reorder the fields. Being able to manually sort (like we can in report builder), would be a welcome addition.

Posting on behalf of customer: It would be helpful to add the Label and sub-label to AWS S3 exported engagement related files. As the labels are recent addition to engagements and is missing in the corresponding S3 files it would be great to make this addition.

Customers want to copy data from Sandbox to Sandbox. Currently, we can only supporting copy data from Productions to Sandbox

It would be great to immediately have an org chart of all the mapped relationships when opening the People Maps view. Then from there you could click on a persons card to zoom into their specific people map.Currently, it’s either empty or shows the people map for the last person you selected which means you have several clicks to see the whole org chart or another persons org. Starting with a view of the entire org would enable you to view any specific people map you want with just one click. Furthermore, if you don’t know who everyone is, let’s say you’re a sales person or just received this customer from another CSM, it enables this person to view all the relationships much faster rather than trying to piece together the org by selecting people in the list until they have a full view.

A lot of people within my organization believe being able to access our Gainsight PX data directly on our phones from either the ios or android store would be helpful for quick information as well as easy to access. Just having the basic analytics and filtering capabilities would be helpful for our employees to track and view data.

In our CSM structure we have a group of CSMs who are responsible for a pool of accounts. They all have individual liceneses but they send their email from the pooled email not their individual emails. I know it is not currently supported without using another license for Gainsight, but was wondering if there is anything in the future about being able to support this with a lot of companies moving towards a pooled model. We actually have 3 pools which are divided by region.

I thought in the past that we've been able to adjust the HEX value when presented as an option of course.  In this present example, I'm creating a new Drop Down list in the Data Management section of Gainsight.  While I can select a color and manually adjust the dial - I'm not able to modify the HEX field.  Has this always been the case?  Could we get adjust so that we're able to adjust the field? Thank you 🙂

Is there functionality to pin Dashboards to the left panel so we can click on that and not have to use a drop down to pick a dashboard we can pin them and then click on them from left panel under Home,timeline,cockpit

That would be great if we update the existing records in the object if they update default value.  

I was trying to help a customer with creating a report. We are trying to show the average health score over time (Min Start Date), by accounts. With the aggregation we are not able to use a scatter. This enhancement woud be to support aggregation on the date field in the MDA, and be able to apply a scatter graph to it. Ideally we would want the report to look like the below image.

As we’re building out content for our launch I’m finding there are some content items (articles, topics, events) that follow similar patterns with slightly different copy. It would be handy if there was a way to quickly duplicate an existing item, make the few changes required, vs. having to create a new item each time.
