Zapier Zoom integration: How to add new registrants to the linked meeting?

We’re trying to set up our Zapier x InSided x Zoom integration, to automatically add new event attendees to the registrant list for linked zoom events. This seems really straightforward, but we’re really struggling — many event fields that would be required for this to work are not present in Zapier, for example we’re unable to pull in the eventLink field, the event type (webinar or meeting), or the link text. Can someone help us puzzle this out?

Adding phrase for other language T&Cs.

When adding my own HTML to the Forum/Terms phrase, it works very well in ENG. But FRA it just adds the html code as html code, it doesn’t read it and display as it should. Any tips? I just want the T&Cs link in the footer to point to one page as we’ll be using ENG terms for all language options here: https://subdomain.ourdomain.com/site/termsThx

Can't see Success Plans under Administration > Success Plans

Hi there!I’m trying to manage Success Plans in our CS instance under Administration > Success Plans. While the page shows me the number of active, inactive etc. Success Plans, the rest of the page is completely empty and I cannot select any Success Plan. As far as I can tell, no filters are enabled, and I am Super Admin.Anyone knows what might be causing this?

Questions as we get started with PX and JO

Hello! We are creating our first Journey Orchestrator to include a PX engagement. We have a few questions as we begin researching and configuring. Is there a way to create actions based off of whether they dismissed the PX engagement vs clicking the CTA? Do we set up the timing in PX or JO? Example, we want it to show twice in 2 weeks and then send an email if they do not complete the PX engagement. I’m assuming we set up the twice part in PX and then create the follow-up action to be sent after 14 days in JO In the PX engagement - where are the personalized tokens being pulled from? Can we create one to pull data from Gainsight CS? That’s it for now, but I am sure we will have more!

New icons in Tables and Drilldowns (Account, Users) - able to turn off?

As of the 24 Aug 2024 release I see that icons now appear beside Accounts and People (Users) - is there a way to shut those off in Admin?  I can see the value in certain instances, but in our case these can be pretty distracting when scrolling through the data within Table reports and drilldowns. Ideally, we’d be able to flip a toggle to display icons within our instance (overall) or even better within a given report.

Audience Dashboard vs Login Export CSV data comparison inquiry

Hi Community Members! Hoping someone can help me with with a confirmation on my logic when reviewing two separate data points from my Gainsight Community CONTROL Analytics view. Screen capture Audience dashboard and Registered unique visitors I pulled two data sets: Under - Analytics - Audience dashboard and Registered unique visitors Export CSV for Login Same date range for both items.  My question is: should these two data points match? Ex: If my registered unique visitors show 100 should the export csv showcase (with the appropriate calculations) 100 unique logins? Trying to verify if these two data points are one and the same with simply different terminology (login vs registered unique visitors).  Using my Audience dashboard can sometimes get confusing as we have a private community so other data points like guests don’t really equate into our scenario so any help understanding this dashboard is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Adding a "create a topic/post" button lower down on the screen

Hi all, Is it possible to add a Create a post button lower down on the page than the one in the top header? I have been running some beta calls with some of our early adopters prior to launching in January and the main thing coming back is that the create button is not in the expected place when a user is in a category itself. they are expecting it to be at the top of the category feed. I can’t find a way to customise the category pages in this way, is it possible? Thanks!Ellie

No longer possible to show/hide community list?

Hi friends,There used to be 2 toggles on the sub-category page: Show curated list & show community list -  This allowed to feature topics from different categories and hide the community list. We did this for this page, for example - https://community.manychat.com/community-welcome-guide-46 It looks like with the UI change it is no longer possible. Could anyone please confirm?

Adding a link to an image

How do we repress the forcing of images to open as an image, in order to provide an image to open an external page? For example, in an article we’ve got this image. We want the action to be when someone clicks it to open the link (https://play.goconsensus.com/a70a49a86) but it doesn’t work.I know we can add links to text, but if we can edit the HTML why not allow this type of interaction?

How can you remove idea as an option in the community?

Typically members have the option to select three topics (question, conversation and idea).If we have a separate process for product ideas, how can I remove the ability to submit a topic as an idea?

Product mapper + Custom Event/Initial delay HELP!

I need to create a webinar invitation with the following requirements:The invitation should appear immediately when a user clicks the help icon in the task bar, as already configured in the product mapper. If the user does not click the help icon, the invitation should appear after a 10-minute delay.Test 1: I used a custom event (with delay). Please see screenshot attached.Product Mapper + Custom event = no webinar invite appeared.Tests:I attempted to use the initial delay setting under Settings > Motion Effect > Initial Delay as an alternative, but this caused both instances of the invitation to be delayed. I want the first instance to appear without delay and the second instance (with delay) to be optional. Note: The invitation should be shown only once.I would appreciate any suggestions or a fresh perspective on how to achieve this.

Design Templates are Awesome!

I just want to say I love Design Templates! Product knocked it out the park with this one.  My use case is that I needed to troubleshoot a rule, but the only viable way to do so was via Data Designer. In the old days, I would’ve had to completely re-create the query, which in this particular case would’ve been a tedious process. Now, though, I can just save the rule template and have it available in the “Design Template” data source section in DD. This saves so much time and potential human error! 👍

Gainsight CE Analytics: Saving 5000+ Rows of Data

Have you tried to save reports in Gainsight CE’s analytics and only received your report with 5000 rows? I have a hack for you! 🔓 There is a way to bypass that 5,000-row limit. Instead of downloading from the three vertical dots aligned with the filters (also, see images to follow along)…. Click on the three vertical dots aligned with the header names in the actual report (these dots will appear if you hover over any part of the header row). Choose 'Download data' and change the format to CSV (or your format of preference). Click on 'Advanced data options' and select 'All results' under the 'Number of rows to include.' Finally, click 'Download.' !!!

Can you remove the "Add to calendar" link from Events pages?

Is this a bug or planned behaviour: Login to the Control forgets the destination url?

Should this be working like this:You are admin or mod and you are reading community topic. It requires some mod actions, so you click Control from bottom right bar, to open the topic in Control.If you are not logged in to the Control → You are forwarded to the Control Home after login If you are already logged in to the Control → You are forwarded to the topic view in Control and you can perform mod actionsIf this is planned behaviour, is it possible that if Control requires login, you are still forwarded to the topic view and you can do the things for the topic what you wanted.At the moment, if you are not logged in to Control, you have to go back to the community and click Control again after login.Small issue, yes, but small things makes difference when you open the topics for months and years.EDIT: Please edit title, “Is this bug or...”. What's the logic behind the order of search results?

Hey there!I noticed that the order of search results in my community seems to follow an incomprehensible pattern.When I search for a term the results neither seem to follow the order of most recent, most relevant/ viewed/commented nor most accurate contribution. There also is no pattern regarding the role of the user, who posted it.Therefore it sometimes shows an old post, that’s only viewed by few people and commented by none on the very top, a highly viewed and commented post on the third position and a newest contribution on the last position.While I would understand the logic of the newest post at the very bottom, if it was about the exposure of the post, this doesn’t line up with the rest of the order.So, does anyone know, what’s the actual logic behind the order of search results (community posts as well as Zendesk articles)?Best,
