I simply would like an option to add a line/field space or a horizontal line (i.e. separator) between two row items on the C360 Attribute section.Also, would like a basic “Empty space text label” functionality with no value to display on the blank areas of the attribute sectionThis will allow us to better organize the fields in the Attribute section Example:Field 1: <Field Value> Field 2: <Field Value> Field 3: <Field Value> Field 4: <Field Value> Empty_Space_Label1 Field 5: <Field Value> Field 6: <Field Value> Field 7: <Field Value> Empty_Space_Label2 Empty_Space_Label3 Field 8: <Field Value> Field 9: <Field Value> ------------------------------------ ------------------------------------ Field 10: <Field Value> Field 11: <Field Value> Field 12: <Field Value> Field 13: <Field Value> Poor example of horizontal line between Fields 8 & 9 and Fields 10 & 11
Cockpit already has the feature to display a column for “Next Task Due Date”, so even in the current state (pre task list view) you can sort by the next actual thing that is due. With the current Success Plan view in horizon, there’s no way to see even when your next objective is due, let alone sort by it, so adding this as an available column would be very useful. It’s probably rather unlikely you’d have an SP with no objectives, but consideration should be given to sorting by the new field if there is no objective (such as default to SP due date if no objective is present).
When I merge objects in SF with objects in MDA, and those objects in MDA have lookups to other tables, it would be great if the Data Designer set would honor those lookups natively, without me having to add all the fields I need into the dataset - especially since DD is creating MDA tables for you.For example: I have merged Opportunity Product with Company which contains a mapping of Account::Account ID to Company::SFDC Account ID. Instead of pulling in Company Name, ARR, etc. from the Company table, why can’t the DD table honor the lookup to the Company table via the SFDC ID natively?
When working in Data Management and attempting to obliterate an improper or vestigial field it would be nice to have a FULL dependency report to help admins locate every spot they need to modify in order to remove the field.Currently, this only works for one selection at a time and each time you want to investigate where a dependency is, you need to re-input the Field in the top right drop down.BONUS POINTS: We have an automatic dependency interface/report that allows us to selectively remove a field from multiple areas at once or “Remove all” so the Admin doesn’t have to go to every item (similar to company merge/show all fields). (yes this is very complex)
I wish that when you hovered your mouse over the “Template” name in Journey Orchestrator (survey email or email) action on an Active program that it would show you the full name of the template. It’s just a grayed out box. With how we title our templates by customer segment, it makes it really hard to remember which template is assigned to what.
When a user creates or responds to a topic, they are not able to resize any images they embed. This is quite annoying when you are posting images that shouldn’t take up the entire width, such as a logo or screenshot snippet. This feature already exists in the UI to create a new article for the knowledge base. But it does not exist for when you are creating or responding to a topic.
Data download from Horizon Analytics reports is apparently limited to 100000 records (lines) and according to documentation, export to S3 via Rules Engine should be used when more records need to be exported. This makes it really hard for end-users without Rules Engine access to export large dataset (e.g., usage data) from reports to do further analysis. The option to export to csv (via an email link when the file was ready) available on the old reports was great for these purposes. I'd be very happy to see this option (or another way to easily download larger datasets) return.
It would be awesome if there was a way to close multiple CTAs from the Cockpit view at one time.
It would be great if there was either a Data Designer Object type, or some other field/subtype that you could add while in Data Management to easily identify DD objects. In (Object) Analyzer, there is System, Standard, Custom and Data Designer so why not in Data Management as well? This would both make DM more admin friendly, but more consistent with the rest of the product as well.
As some organizations are starting to move away from Slack and onto Microsoft Teams, it would be great to have the Sally functionality available there as well. How can we get this on the roadmap?
In support ticket 102750 for our company load job partially failing, it was discovered that our organization’s user data will sometimes have duplicates. The solution recommended was to use the SFDC user ID as the unique identifier, which is not currently supported in SFDC connector due to product limitations. Please consider enhancement.
Hi Team Currently we are displaying the text in a single line format when a customer sharing the C360 page.Do we have any plans of implementing in future releases to retain the format what customer has typed while sharing the C360. Example screenshot I have type comments like below Hi All, This is the C360 page for workday account Best, Sandeep Support. But when we view it in email it is showing all the content in single line as shown below in screenshot.
I find the admin menu is not very intuitive. It’s not too challenging once you learn where things are what to search for. But I do find the menu labels and organization to not be very intuitive for general admins. Hopefully this will help to make it more intuitive and to also cleanup some of the disorganized menu items. Is it possible to organize the menus in a logical order instead of alphabetical? Can we clean up some of the naming convention, typo in Notification, and make it all title case? We can export data from survey statistics, but not the response reports. Work-around is to copy/past into Excel/Google Sheets, but the lack of this feature leaves me with a lot of requests for custom reports showing the same thing. I was hoping the Analyze tab would help eliminate the need but lack of ability to add custom fields to the tables and no export means we haven't really seen the additional benefits I had hope for.
Hi Team,Currently when we fetch a picklist or dropdown type field from source in a JO program, the preview result is showing the actual values for the fields, but on looking at the execution history data, It shows GSIDs instead of the actual values. But, when it comes to rules engine we are getting a separate field added in execution history with actual values in it when we enable Bionic picklist labels flag. Can we implement the same in Programs as JO query execution is same as rules execution.
Hi Team,As per this doc we can create a custom Job to sync the data from the Other HubSpot objects to Gainsight. However, we were only able to view only attached Objects in the connection. But we have a request from few clients stating that they want to Sync the data from the Custom HubSpot objects to Gainsight Custom Object.
I really like the Gainsight 360 view that was just released. It would be awesome if in the support ticket section that the ticket ID or subject linked to the ticket on the gainsight support website. This would make it really easy to see where the ticket is at and quickly make any updates.
I recently discovered that our salesforce connector company job has been partially failing each time it runs. Unlike rules, even though I have it set up to send me failure emails, I haven’t received emails for partial failures. This job is especially important because it keeps our information synced and accurate in the two systems. It would be nice to be able to receive a partial failure email from connectors, but I was also thinking about how because there are usually lots of records in a connector job, it would be especially nice if I had the ability to only be notified when the failures meet a certain threshold (this could be useful for rules engine as well). For example, our most recent sync had 3357 successes and 12461 failures. Obviously I want to be alerted to that!! But if I had 15800 success and only 18 failures that isn’t cause for alarm. If I could set some sort of threshold for alerting it would be really cool - like alert me if over 60% of records fail or something like that.
We have a set up where we have a bunch of engagaments designed to onboard our new users. They are supposed to see them in a specific order and we’d like to in an easy way see, both for specific users but mainly in general, how much time/when exactly the users see the engagaments. For example,We have engagaments A, B & C. They should be viewed in that order. We’d like to see how long does it take for a user to go through the full “flow” and how much time usually passes between seeing A & B and B & C etc. Let me know if I can clarify our use case in any way. Thanks!
Does anyone know if it is possible to have more than one NPS style question in a survey? It appears the answer is no, as I when I try to add a second question that is the 0 - 10 format the option is grayed out.
