We would like the ability to filter by fiscal date within the Rules Engine Setup Rule. We have some rules that power MDA and reporting that report only on current FQ. Each new quarter, we have to manually adjust the dates to the current quarter, so this will become unscalable once our number of rules grow.
If Global Timeline is turned off on the platform, it should not appear on the mobile app as an option either. This confuses users. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
When sending emails through Cockpit, there currently is only an option to "Send now". This could be enhanced with the option to schedule a specific time for this email to be sent.
Not sure if this request has already been posted…When creating a Playbook, each Task has to be added one at a time.Create Playbook, click three dots, Add Task, update task and Save, Click three dots, Add Task, etc.It would be ideal to have an option to Save and add another task from within the Task creation dialog rather than having to Save then create Add Task every time.
It's creating some difficulties on our end with respect to Success Plan usage and adoption that we have to have the same columns displayed across all types of Success Plans. Is there an intention to make this more flexible?
I have a customer trying to use the Mass edit report and we need to be able to make the advanced criteria to be used. Currently you can add filters however the Advanced criteria for the filters is greyed out.
Hi,Please add ‘Last active’ column in the User Management section of the tool. This would help us to get an idea of how often our employees are logging in to G.PX and when was the last time they had any interaction. This would help us to evaluate how much effort has somebody invested in learning the ropes of the tool before they come to us with the questions or complaints that the tool is easy or difficult to use. We could use this info to better structure our internal PX education for our employees.Generally more data about the PX usage of our employees would be really great to have. Number of created reports, time spent in the tool in the past 7 or 30 days, last active date, number of logins in the past 7 or 30 days, number of created dashboards/widgets, etc.
I would find it really useful in the future if I, as community manager/admin, could post content/articles on behalf of other colleagues in my business.Whilst I know my team will be heavily involved in the community and supporting, I would find it reassuring to able to schedule or post articles, topics, etc. on their behalf.Having content shared from the in-house expert would be my preference than it all coming from me, or having to wait until they’re available to post content which might not always be time effective.
Posting on behalf of a customer. It woud be nice to be able to change/update/modify the “Powered by Gainsight” in the email sent out when sharing a Success Plan via email. It would make the email warm and familar with the recipent, such as when shared with external contact.
Please allow for automapping participant fields, whether it’s a query, powerlist, or csv as the source. It’s time consuming to have to map the same fields multiple times across several programs and honestly, most other systems do this automatically or can best guess First Name mapping to First_name. Even more so for fields that should already be known within the system (ie, SFDC ID).
It would be super useful to be able to select users via the User Overview page for an action e.g. PM all selected users!
We would like to have the ability to have a cascading effect when you have multiple related filters on a report or dashboard. For example, say you have a geography hierarchy that includes Theater, Region, and Sub Region. Then if you have all these on the report. Then you filter the Theater field for “Americas”. It would be ideal if the Region filter values automatically were adjusted so the user would only see the regions in the “Americas”. Today, you will see all regions regardless of which Theater was chosen and is confusing to users.
We've run into an issue where we are needing to schedule outreaches that run in an alternate Timezone so that we can prevent emails from being sent on a weekend in that timezone. As it stands now we can only A) Schedule an Outreach to run every night (eastern time) which would ensure an email could be sent during business hours but we run the risk of the email being sent on a weekend, and we don't want to set expectations in that regard. 😎 Schedule a separate outreach to run every night only for 5 days per week which becomes a management nightmare It would be helpful to have intelligence built into the outreach that could help us only target recurring emails to a particular region within their timezone, in a scalable fashion without a lot of administrative overhead.
Currently it is possible for users to report rule breaking content like posts or comments. But if a user profile is breaking the rules (e.g. by using swear words for the text fields), it isn't possible to report a user itself. I propose a function, like at the bottom right corner of every piece of content, that enables users to report a user profile.
I was making a short video for support to demonstrate a problem when adding a new field in Data Designer, and I wanted to add a field I actually needed. It took me about 90 seconds to click through all of the “show more fields” to find the look up, more “show more fields”, find the other lookup and then get to the field I want. I only went a couple layers deep, and I knew exactly where I was going so it isn’t like there was much durdling around. I realize there is a search, and had I known the exact name of the field that would have been great. I’m not sure what a good proposed solution is, but it would be great if the navigation would more condusive to quicker navigation. Maybe all of the expandable lookups always appear at the top when something is expanded? That would probably be helpful. If visually you could see what layer you are on, if you could search for the lookup you want, but see all of the fields in that lookup instead of just results matching your search, that would also be great.Right now it seems super clunky and pretty tedious - even searching the exact name can be a bit perilous, as it may appear multiple places and searching may lead you astray if you’re not careful on the path of the field you’re trying to add having not navigated there yourself.
We have our company podcast on Spotify and it would be great to have the option to add Spotify as an embed option into articles. We currently embed SoundCloud, but I think Spotify has a nicer player and is more popular for listening to podcasts.
Hi there! I imagine this is a feature request impacting few communities but it’s super crucial to us. Typeform has another product called VideoAsk which is super cool and all about video interactions. We want to be able to embed videoasks in our community as video messages and that isn’t possible at the moment. I’m aware that InSided doesn’t allow direct HTML embeds, but VideoAsk is compatible with embedly, which I believe is the tool in used by InSided to enable media embedding (youtube, typeforms, etc.)Would it be possible to add VideoAsk to the validated media files accepted by the community editor? Thanks
I recently noticed that it’s not possible to copy the Link to URL for individual replies on Ideas in the same way that you can for Conversations & Questions. I’d like to see this functionality added if possible. Business case: our product team will often browse comments/replies to collect context for an idea beyond the original post. It would be helpful for them to be able to copy links directly to certain replies to reference later. It could also help to point our customers directly to a comment where we provide a status update or request more information within the thread of an idea, similar to how @xiaoyu-shen did in the following idea (see, wouldn’t it be so great if this linked directly to her reply? ?)
Can we enable the ability to add free-text notes is available on the dashboards much like the notes in C360 Summary section? When adding and configuring the various reports in dashboard, we have observed that we needed this notes to add context, outliers about certain reports/widgets.
Right now, admins can only filter on the following three objects in the Report Builder interface. I’d like to at least see “modified date” and “used in” added to that list, but really shouldn’t all this stuff be included in the filter options?
I know this is a similar request to this post, but not quite the same. I'd like to be able to use the actual survey response as tokens (such as in Create CTA) and/or as Variant Filters for better Program Customization. Right now, you can control Conditional Wait steps based on actual responses to certain types of questions - but that same data cannot be used anywhere else in the logic of the Program. If I can change the action in a conditional wait based on someone selecting A or B on a radio button question while anyone who selects C or D goes down a different path, I should be able to apply that same logic to variant filters in Send Email steps, or even better, as tokens within the Program (such as in a Create CTA comment).
When you have a featured topic the main visual has to be 80%. Would like for this to automatically resize just for the home page. Currently we are having to redo all our images to make sure the main visual is 80% within 1440x640.
