Do we have any plan to have the ability to add People Maps to a Success snap shot as an additional section? Currently, we are able to do a screen shot and add it to the snapshot, but if a customer wants to do this for multiple companies it seems to be a lot of work.
When sending test emails the attachments will not come through, this makes testing and making sure the attachments show up a bit difficult and rather confusing. I would like if the test emails included the attachments.
In NXT it appears that the only way to set users to receive notifications that direct them to Salesforce is eitherEnd User manually setting the “Allow me to view my notifications" to Salesforce Admin manually assigning Enable preferred Notification-SFDC one user at a time. This is terribly inefficient. We should have an admin flag to auto-set all users to default to “Preferred Notification - SFDC” Relates to
From what I can tell, it doesn't seem like you can include anyone on the Internal Attendee's section when logging a call in Timeline (please correct me if I'm wrong here). It would be nice to be able to do so for cases when someone without a SFDC account (e.g. a Product Manager, Engineer, etc) is on a call with a customer.
I’m trying to design a survey program that will launch multiple actions that vary based on the response to a single question.Response A: Send confirmation email to responder, Create CTA, send email to CSMResponse B: Send confirmation email to responder, Create CTAResponse C: Send confirmation email to responder, Create CTAResponse D: Send confirmation email to responder, Create CTA, send email to CSMThese are 4 distinct paths. All CTAs will be named differently with different actions. Response A and D will have different playbooks and Response B+C will have the same playbook. Each confirmation email to the responder differs based on response as does the email to the CSM, and variants aren’t an option given the actual survey response is not an available field in variant filtering (even though specific response can be used in conditional wait logic...).This should be an easy task if the ‘No Path’ of a Conditional wait step allowed for linear progression, but it’s very limited in One Action + Continue or End. The best way I can think to solve for this is to repeat all No paths for each action for each response type. Is there a better way to go about this? This is less than ideal.
I love the Journey orchestrator. however it doesn’t have the same troubleshooting ability as rule engine does. So when I pull a participant list or go back to a stopped journey to look at participant list logic it’s hard to do from the execution history. I would love to see more details from the execution history again mimics what rules engine provides.screenshot shows no filter history or understanding of MDA object pulled from in a stopped, draft, or live JO. Hello Team, Lets think of a scenario in which I would like to see the top 10 records from each grouping. For Example, As a Company X we provide Product A, Product B and Product C. Now I would like to build a report to show the Top 10 customers who purchased Product A, Top 10 customers who purchased Product B and Top 10 customers who purchased Product C. I know all these are achievable by creating individual reports. But I would like to build one single report and it should show all these records under different grouping. Lets make it more complex. As a Company X we provide Product A, Product B and Product C. Now I would like to build a report to show the below grouping. Top 10 customers who purchased Product A and most recent sentiment.Top 10 customers who purchased Product B and most recent sentiment.Top 10 customers who purchased Product C and most recent sentiment. Currently there is no way in report builder to fetch only the most recent record of a Company or Relationship or any specific object. Lets make it even more complex: As a Company X we provide Product A, Product B and Product C. Now I would like to build a report to show the below grouping. Top 10 Percentage customers who purchased Product A and most recent sentiment.Top 10 Percentage customers who purchased Product B and most recent sentiment.Top 10 Percentage customers who purchased Product C and most recent sentiment.
We currently have a use case where it would be really helpful to be able to add an additional playbook to a CTA as opposed to just replacing the current playbook....similar to how adding a template to a success plan just adds the additional objectives, but leaves the current ones in place. Our situation is this....we're auto-triggering a Risk CTA for accounts we've deemed at risk for an upcoming renewal. The original playbook has a series of tasks for the CSM to investigate and determine if there really is a renewal risk present. If it's decided there is a risk we'd like the CSM to then be able to work towards mitigating the risk using one of our pre-built playbooks depending on the underlying reason they've uncovered (pricing, adoption, turnover, etc). We don't want to replace the original playbook, because we need to be able to track what all actions the CSM has taken in regards to this particular risk. We also don't want to close out the CTA and create a new risk, because that would over exagerate our mitigated risk number and just be more work for CSMs.
I’ve seen a couple of related asks about this, but nothing specifically what I’m after. I also want to make sure and link to thishttps://community.gainsight.com/cs-product-ideas-21/cta-rules-change-how-create-vs-update-is-done-39568 because I think this will be an important precursor to more CTA updates via rule and Journey Orchestrator (JO). When I’m referring to JO I mean the ability to create/sort of update/close a CTA as part of a conditional wait. I think there should be feature parity between this and the rules engine insofar as CTA manipulation is concerned. What I would like to see is the ability to make updates to existing CTAs via rules and JO in the following ways:Add/remove/update a task Add a playbook (if one is not already on the cta – This I believe is possible, it’s just not specifically documented for JO) Change the owner of the CTA and/or one or more tasks Change the due date of the CTA and/or one or more tasks Remove/update/replace an existing playbook There are likely other items that could be added to the list and some may be possible today just with rules, but the main thing is we need more options than adding comments, and the options need to be available both for the rules engine and in JO programs. Additionally, I would ask that the documentation for both Rules and the applicable JO Program related pages have clear documentation on the capabilities on what you can update – “If it works for rules it *should* work for JO” isn’t really the same.
Hi all: Wondering if I can get some attention to this idea, as I believe it’s expected behavior. Issue: Currently in Horizon Analytics, when one clicks “download data” on a dashboard, it provides you with essentially the data points of the graph. (see below) Export: Solution:I believe that when one clicks on that, one would expect that you would get the full report that is behind the data. This is the way it’s done in Salesforce and several other software that have dashboards and analytics. When you click on the bar components of the graph itself, it does give you the report that’s behind that particular bar (see below). But I feel that one would also expect that to happen for all of the data when you click on “Download Data” .
This is a request from a customer conversation involving NPS survey results. The customer in question has a recently closed NPS survey program that still has a few straggling participants in “Partially Submitted” status. In one outlying example a partial respondent (who was later dropped from the program) answered the NPS question (which was question 2) without answering the first, required question. One of the asks stemming from this conversation was - is there any way to find out whether someone pressed the submit or save button on a survey? I dug into this from AO Participants, NPS Survey Response and the flattened object perspectives and could not find any boolean or datetime fields for Submit pressed or Save pressed. ASK: would it be possible to track button clicks for the Submit and Save buttons via a boolean field and also provide a corresponding timestamp for said action? A secondary ask was to see if additional popup messaging could be added in open survey sessions if either the submit or save button has not been pressed for a certain amount of time. I think that this could be done at the survey site level -- basically allow an inactivity message to be exposed if either the Save or Submit buttons hasn’t been pressed in 60-90 minutes and have that message highlight the tab where the survey session is. Also, if this inactivity message could be customizable that would be helpful too. I envisioned something like: Just wanted to check in - it's been x minutes since your last question click, and you have answered 3 of 7 required questions. We would enjoy receiving all of your feedback, so if you aren't able to complete this now, please hit the save button. Thanks"
Our CSMs are interested in a Trello integration. Apparently, Salesforce has one: https://blog.trello.com/trello-salesforce-integration. I've attached a screenshot of how they are using, and have also provided some suggestions on how to get out of Trello, but thought I'd post in case others are also getting.
Currently the platform is limited if one has to hide a parent category; you’re tasked with going into every single child category, toggling off everyone’s visibility and hence, the visibility is tied to the child categories and not on the parent of its own. An option to toggle the visibility on the parent category itself will enable:quicker remodelling quicker configuration changes, amongst others!
I would like an area of say Data management where I can input a GSID and I will get a result showing me the object it is on. Sometimes when I run a report, especially with newly published objects that come with no documentation, I don’t know what object an ID is referring to (looking at you Context and associated IDs). It would be very handy if you could just search an ID and find out what object it’s on.
Posting on behalf of a customer. Currently you can't brand the success plan email that gets sent to contacts when you share the plan like you can with email templates. Customer would like to be able to include their own logo or branding here but currently you can't. Good thing to keep in mind for the future.
It would be cool to have the ability to clone a success plan and then manually assign that plan to either the account that you clone the success plan from or to a totally separate account. You could use this if you manually create a success plan and like the layout but your use case isn't valid enough to create a whole rule around it.
Not to be confused with my other post here: I am specifically looking to increase the number of fields you can configure at once:Right now you are capped at 4. Now, there may be a great reason why you don’t want to enable searching by more than 4, but: Not all fields you add to this list even allow you to search by them. Even if all fields permitted searching, you could just prevent saving if more than 4 are toggled on.what these fields really are, are display fields so you can tell when you’re searching for a CTA, what it’s related to, as well as see what it is related to once you’ve saved your timeline entry without having to click on it. Yes, this is an old picture: Even if you can’t search for more than four, displaying more than four as you see above is the goal. But, if we can also search for more than four, so much the better. @soumitrasahu fyi if this is relevant to you as well :)
With reviews of a company being so important in this social media/digital age, it would be great if we could apply logic or conditions to the Thank You page at the end of the survey (when the customer hits the submit button).Use case would be: a customer leaves a 5 CSAT or a 9/10 NPS and when they click on the submit button, they would be redirected to Google Review, Yelp, G2, etc. All other ratings would just be shown the general Thank You page.Since the customer is already in the moment and mindset of leaving us a feedback, it would be great to provide them with a option to leave us a review immediately after.Obviously, we could do that with JO. Send a follow up email after a survey is submitted, but often a customer might not see that follow-up email or go to their inbox after completing the survey.
Pretty much what the title says here. This is true both when looking at success plans from the 360 and from the “global” success plan area (not sure what it’s called) in the navigation pane on the left. Not all of the columns allow for sorting, the importance of which will vary depending on which view you’re looking at them. However, any column you should add (see also ) should give you the ability to sort by it. Here’s a short example - wherever you don’t see any shadow on mouse hover or the up/down carrots show next to the column header means you can’t sort.
In dependencies section we are showing only the Powerlists built on that Object but not the Program's Bionic query tasks that built on that specific object. We would like to see the ability to show these dependencies for Programs too.
Hey Product team,I would like to formally request for a copy feature for the objective within success plan. I was part of the success plan beta testing and did not see this feature. However I have discussed this enhancement previously and thought it would have been added to the new success plan. USE CASE: We do a new success plan every year with annual goals are clients are working on. This helps us understand what our clients are working for the year and how to direct our marketing, product, etc. efforts for the year. So in order to make this easier it would be great if we could do a copy feature for the objectives and/or full success plan. Best Regards,Darshana Shah@kate_peter @Anil Raj Pujari
We’ve had a few questions come up surrounding reporting as our team has started to expand their use of People Maps. We can pull a report from Company Person and show the Manager GSID in a field, but there is no lookup to the Manager’s NAME….are we missing something or what would be the best way to set this up? It is a standard field so I can’t just edit the field and add a lookup myself. We just want to be able to pull a report of select people at a company and also include details about their manager in the same table OR group by manager Name to show a list of all people who report to them. I know it was just released, but are their plans to add Influencer and Infulencer Sentiment fields to the Company Person object as well? Or is there somewhere else I can already report on this info? I don’t see it discussed in any of the help articles and am either missing it or it doesn’t exist other than in the People Maps UI. Again, looking to show a list of ‘Decision Makers’ and include who influences them with sentiment. I know I could set up this piece as a rule on my own, but since the feature is so new thought it may be best to suggest it as standard if others are interested too. Can we get a # field on the Company Person to show the number of influencers and number of direct reports a person has? It’s shown on the people map itself, but would be nice to pull into other reports. EX. Company CEO has 6 direct reports and 3 people who positively influence him/her.
It would be great to be able to tag an alias or User Group on Timeline comments instead of multiple individuals individually. For example, tag “Admins” or “Super Admins” or “SMB Managers”, etc. This would allow us to be able to move certain processes out of Slack for approvals and updates. I find those messages are easily missed in Slack.
We have a user request for an Activity type to have a different type of default value from a custom Dropdown data category which is used across all activity record types and is sync back to Salesforce. When creating a Timeline activity, we would like to be able to set different default value in a custom field for each activity type. e.g User is working on two timeline activity, a “Call” activity with a custom default session value “Reactive” and “Email” activity with a custom default session value “Proactive.” Both activities using same custom field “session type” but different default values.
