Following along another idea of mine around Notification Settings, it would be great if we could customize auto-subscribe settings based on additional logic. We have multiple customer statuses based on product, and, accordingly, multiple user lookups to form the customer’s overall account team. For the most part, we do not remove the “old” assignee when a customer churns from a particular product. It would be great if we could set it up like: If GB Status = Customer, then auto-subscribe the Company::CSM If GI Status = Customer, then auto-subscribe the Company::GI CSM etcPlus, going with concept of the other idea I linked, auto-unsubscribe if the status moves to Former Customer…
It would be helpful if bionic rules allowed you to use GroupBy when adding a stat formula to the dataset. Use case: When calculating something like standard deviation and z-score for a customer's usage, I would like compare their most recent usage to their usage historically– for things like health score and CTAs. If I can calculate a customer's average usage for the past X number of weeks and standard deviation for the distribution and weekly usage, I can compare the most recent week's usage to their historical average and know how significant the delta is for that customer. The reason I would want to do this on a per-customer basis as opposed to calculating the stdev across all customers, is that we have (as I would imagine is the same as a lot of Gainsight customers) such a wide-range of usage patterns across customers. And I wouldn't necessarily want to compare, for instance, low-tier customer's usage against the aggregated average and stdev of all customers. What's helpful to know, is "is a customer's most recent usage, in-line with what they usually do?" and if not, how significant is the change– positive or negative both good to know. We do calculate stdev and z-score currently for some of our customers of product lines that we've had in Gainsight for a long time, but as we've added new product lines to our instance I thought I had a shorter route to getting this data with the new stat formulas available. Without being able to use GroupBy in conjunction with the stdev formula, there's just a bunch of additional steps needed to get to this.
It would be great if we had the capability for bi-directional activity sync from Dynamics into Gainsight and Vice Versa, This is a near universal request for all customers being onboarded with Microsoft as their CRM
Hello Product team, I would love to be able to filter by rule name. AS I am sure all Admins/CS OPs leaders have naming conventions for their rule. I would love to be able to filter out OBS/Retired rules. Please let me know how to make this happen. Feel like this would be an easy request. @elliot_hullverson @gunjanm @bradley (looking for some confirmation guys, would this be helpful to everyone?) Best Regards,
Hello everyone,It would be convenient if we would have a way to export a list of all our employees with access to PX and with a specific level of permissions. For example, if we would have a “button” to export all our employees with “Manager permission” for Product Mapper. In the current setup, we would need to click on each and every user to check his/her permission levels and then write it down in a list somewhere on the side. This can be especially useful in case that our PX Admins notice some critical changes which were not planned by them - so they need to investigate who made these changes, why and what else was changed by the same user.
Actions allow entering a description, but the execution history only shows the action number, type, and data source used from the rule setup. Would be much easier to troubleshoot if the description was also shown, particularly for a rule with lots of actions, because otherwise I as the admin have to remember which action is supposed to do what.
I’m really enjoying the new Group functionality and that users can request access for private groups. I’d like to be able to send an invite to users (either private message or email) that aren’t already a member of the group. From the Control side of the Group, I’d like to be able to: add custom copy to the invite message search for users to send the message to include a link for the member to join
Getting an idea out there that may be beneficial in utilizing one calculated field inside of another calculated field. Using a percentage as a component of another calculated field, for example. Currently, users are able to create a nested formula within the MDA, but consumption areas such as Reporting and Rules Engine will not pull any data. The ability to use one calculated measure within another calculated measure may be useful for end users in terms of presentable data granularity. Thanks!
Hello Team, I am trying to apply filters on a Text field when building reports. For Example, in our Org “Region” is a Text Field. Here I would like to apply a filter which contains APAC, EMEA. But it is not possible in the current setup. Is it in your timeline to implement such a filtering option?
Would be great if there was a way to deactivate a playbook. We're getting to the point where we need to do some clean up of our playbooks, and we don't want to delete them because a) we then lose reporting on them and b) we might need them again. Would like to be able to move them to an inactive state where they would still be there, but they wouldn't show up in the list when selecting one for a CTA, etc.
We have several engagements live at once, would like to be able to view in what order a user sees them. Like on average in what order and how long in between a user goes through our “flow” of the engagements. Right now we have different audience rules in combination with throttling/priority rules for several engagemangets, but it’s very difficult to know if we have created the flow of engagements we had in mind to begin with or if we’ve made any mistakes when it comes to logic/order etc.We monitor dashboards, the analytics and the admin console to see if anything looks suspicious/wrong, but would be very helpful to have one solid view of this.
It would be nice if we had the ability to link timeline activities with each other in a parent-child relationship. Sometimes timeline entries will relate to a broader discussion we are having with a customer or across customers. In this case- we would ideally like to be able to define that linkage.
When importing data via the API for a bulk API import there should be an API endpoint that can be called to check if imported data has loaded successfully or failed. Currently, you can use the API to understand if the data was sent successfully but you have no way to check if the import loaded to Gainsight successfully.
Is there a way to expand analytics on the Dashboard view In PX? Would be wonderful to be able to see a larger graph instead of looking at condensed very small version.
Currently you are not able to do a mass edit to close Success Plans. This is helpful for an admin to have the ability to do if the strategy changes and we need to shift a focus for the team. Additionally we have quarterly plans that get triggered. It would be helpful to be able to mass close the previous quarter plan to limit confusion
It would be nice to be able to calculate and trend custom adoption metrics in PX (both global, per account and even per user), for example The percentage of users using a group of selected features (to see what percentage of users uses basic, advanced or expert functionality). The ratio of advanced feature events vs. other selected or all events Being able to calculate this per account and, for example, plot advanced feature usage vs. usage frequency would provide an interesting overview of the accounts for segmenting (e.g., accounts with high usage frequency and high adoption of advanced features vs. low usage frequency but high advanced feature adoption) A similar representation on the user level would allow selecting power users or targeting selected users by campaigns to either increase usage frequency or advanced feature adoption.
Is there a filter that can be applied to exclude certain features or modules from the path analyzer report? We have a large number of custom events that are mapped that are rendering in the Path Analyzer report that I’d like to exclude, but once selected I cannot see a way that would logically exclude the module or feature itself.
Currently when you access a Rule via the Data Management → Dependencies tab, it goes to the Rule Preview in a new tab. From there, I need to click Edit and open yet another tab in order to actually drill in a begin what I wanted to do initially. This results in several extra clicks. Not only that, but the Rule Preview tab does not even allow you to go to the Rule Listing page; it is strictly that one Rule Preview, making that tab almost completely useless. I would love an additional button on the dependencies tab that allows you to go directly into Edit Rule. Better yet: into Setup Rule.
It would be great to have the ability to reorder the global filters on dashboard. Use case:I currently have a dashboard for our CSMs to see their portfolio/book of business. Right now there are three filters. I am going to create a new filter and delete the second filter (“account owner team”), but I want to put the new filter in the location the old filter was. Right now I am not able to drag and drop or move it into the new position, the only way to put the new filter in the 2nd spot is to delete the 3rd filter as well, then add it back. This is time-consuming because I have to re-add all of the reports. If there is a better way to do this I would love to know! But if not, it would be a great enhancement.
I’m currently reviewing a very large product map, with 50 + modules and sub-modules. The person who built this Product Map has added page view features to all of the modules and sub-modules, along with a few click events here and there. My goal is to find a click event in this Product Map, but I’m not sure which module has click events. I don’t know the names of any of the click events, so can’t just use the search bar to locate them. In order to find one of these click events, I have to expand each module, and then open the sub-modules inside, and then open the sub-modules inside that sub-module, and so on. It’s pretty slow-going. It would therefore be fantastic if there were a single ‘Expand all’ button that I could click to expand all of the modules and sub-modules in the Product Map. This would allow me to easily scroll through the Product Map and look at all of the features inside it without 50 + clicks.
