In our case, we are especially interested in hiding those results to guest users, but I think this as a setting could be interesting more globally and give the ability to select which users should be able to see or not federated search results. In our case, we've made our community hybrid in visibility; most community categories are only available to registered users. We would like to hide federated search results from non-logged in users as it is mostly documentation for staff (who are our registered users).
Use case: I need cheat sheet data in one field for each topic category for each customer. The number of records for each category varies from customer to customer. That variability renders workarounds not feasible with the tools at hand.We need a solution to be able to group/concatenate content from several rows of the same category into one field where the content from each cell is aggregated into one field (as opposed to a min, a max, or worse yet, a count).
Associated Persons on a CTA is a great idea, but it’s very bare bones. Would love to see more data available to display in a CTA with Associated Persons, like contact phone, title, email...and the ability to click on the contact name and have it take you to the People list in C360.Use case: CSM with a large book of business gets a CTA with an associated person of “Jane Doe.” They don’t know what Jane Doe’s title is, what her email is, what her phone number is...forcing them to go to the C360 anyways to get this information. Save CSMs some clicks & some steps by adding in more fields for the associated person directly into the CTA view. The lookup is already there, so it feels like we’re so close to making this more functional!
Hi,I’m not sure how other orgs are getting along with Mini 360 adoption but our base of hundreds continue to struggle. One suggestion that came up was to default the Summary page to “View Less” instead of “View All” so user doesn’t need to click to expand. Please consider.
According to support, when Gainsight Assist logs an email to Timeline, it matches the recipient emails to a Company, Person and the associated Company Persons records in GS. However, GS only considers the status of the Company and Person record not the Company Person record when returning a Company to log the activity to. As a result, we have noticed that GS Assist retrieves Companies where the Company Person record is Inactive because the Company and the Person record are both active. We are in the healthcare industry where facilities and whole systems are being acquired and sold at record numbers. I am regularly pulling facilities out of one hierarchy to put them into another. When this happens, the Company Person remains in the old Company but its status is changed to “Inactive” while the Company and Person record remain Active. When GS Assist offers all the Companies that Person record is associated with there is a risk of the activity being mistakenly logged to the incorrect Company timeline. It would be great if GS Assist would not return the Company where the Company Person records are Inactive.
Hi.Currently, we don’t have an option to choose/select the “Include Null Values” for the Multi-Select Picklist fields in Rules and/or JO Query Builder. When ever we drag the multi select picklist field in to a filter section (Ex: in Rules) we have to choose either Includes or Excludes option only and unable to select the “Include Null Values” as well. Like how we have this option for Picklist Data type fields.Screenshots for the same: Due to unavailable of this option we are unable to get the Null value records. If we can get the same option like how we have for the Picklist field would be great.Thanks.
This was also an issue in Bionic Rules, and still is in Horizon Rules. I need to be able to filter for a Multi-select picklist being null. I can workaround it, but it would be much simpler if I could use IS NULL like I can with other field types.
When the CSMs log in using the auth-process a screen to choose the instance appears, but they only have one instance as they don’t have access to the sandbox. This Instance Selection screen should be removed per user basis
The kbase editor does not support inserting symbols (registration marks, trademarks, etc.). One has to use the HTML editor to do this.
Please allow more than 10 calculated fields in a Program. We use them heavily for both conditional waits and tokens in the emails since calculated fields are dynamic, however, we keep hitting the limit of 10.
HeyI like the design of the topic list view widget, but I can't set a limit to the amount of posts to display, like it is the case with the dynamic content widget. Would it be possible to have a similar setting?
@Veronica.Moore commented on this newly re-shared post that was originally (11 months ago) a comment thread during the Dynamic JO beta to let us clone Dynamic JO steps. Another idea I’d suggested in that same thread (now hidden because it was in the beta) was to let us create a saved evaluate step library. (see the screenshot at the bottom)This would:let us easily add evaluate steps that use the same filter logic across ALL of our programs reduce chances for human error save valuable timeThis ask is also similar to this request to let us have saved custom content blocks in the email template builder to make that process easier. This could also be considered similar to how Data Design templates can be leveraged as a building block in Dynamic JO queries. Most of our multi-step triggered programs have a handful of calculated fields that are the same for every program, and rebuilding those for every program and every evaluate step significantly increases both the margin of error and the time required to create a program. The ask in short:Let us create a library of program steps to pull from when we create programs! 😃
Hola todos! I’m back with a new Dynamic JO improvement idea (sorry @vmallya 😅). As I build more and more complex JOs with smarter and smarter (dare I think) evaluation steps to re-channel participants (the latest is evaluating whether a customer (at company or relationship level) has already responded to a survey so I can drop other people from the same relationship from reminders), I’m running into a layout challenge where lines are crossing one way and another and it ends up being quite the mess. It would be very helpful if we were able to swap the outcomes branches around to reorder them to “ease up” the “visual mess” in Dynamic JOs. In the above example, I’d like the two “responded branches” to be next to each other in the middle as they go to the same next step. Rather than having them always on the right. It would also help move lines away from overlaying another branch, which sometimes require us to drag a step way out to avoid the overlay. It’s a minor improvement but in complex journeys that cross paths, this would immensely helpful. Thank you!A
It has come up twice in the past two days where CSMs have accidentally entered timeline activities on the wrong account. Would be nice if they could go to the Global Timeline tab and change the account there once the activity has been created. Currently, I've been just instructing them to recreate using the Copy to Clipboard option, but obviously, it would be easier if they could just move them.
When Company Intelligence finds multiple mappings, admins need to go and select the correct website to map to the company. However, doing so is a pain for admins at the moment from within the overlay menu. You are not able to resize the columns, which makes it difficult to see the full name of the company, or the full website URL. Yes, you can hover over the suggested website URL and sometimes it will provide the help text bubble with the full website. But not always. As you can see, when customers like us have thousands of mappings to complete, this becomes a very difficult and time consuming task to complete. Please make these columns adjustable in size! Also, are there any advances in AI that could help speed up this process for admins?
I'd like the dashboard to be more flexible in terms of changing report titles and the size of the report title font.Small title fonts are hard to read, and there are times when you want to show the same report in different graph types, so I'd like to avoid having the same title.
Posting on behalf of a customer We have come across an instance that when you apply a global filter based off of the Relationship object, it has no effect to the Portfolio Summary widget on Gainsight Home. For example, if you were to apply a global filter of CSM > Name stemming from the Relationship object then the Portfolio Summary widget will not adjust to show accurate data. However if you pull the same filter stemming from the Company object, it works correctly. Even more so if you pull in Company > CSM > Name filter from the Relationship side, it still doesn’t work even though it is the same field being used if you bring it in from the Company object. It seems that the Portfolio Summary widget will not respect any filter on the Relationship object at all, as if it is not there. In other instances where this has come up it appears there is a workaround by adding CSM > Name from both the Company and Relationship object using OR logic but this only works if all Relationships have the same CSM as the companies they are associated with and that is not always the case.It would be extremely beneficial if the Portfolio Summary was able to respect filters from the Relationship object as many heavily utilize Relationships in their day to day processes.
Tasks within a CTA should be sorted by due date. Currently the tasks are out of order, so it's not easily apparent what the next task is.
Would be great to be able to make changes to a tracked sponsor without having to untrack them and then retrack them. For instance, you accidentally associated the wrong LinkedIn profile, you currently have to untrack the current one and then, retrack with the correct one.
If an exit button is going to be required in the footer of an engagement, it should be able to be customized as a primary CTA. Simplest use case: I want to offer snooze or skip AND an single CTA button (that links externally or applies another option) in the footer of a single-step guide. It’s related to the use case I mention here and probably the simplest solution:
The ability to have a custom button and a snooze button in line together in the same row. This could be done two waysCustom Button functionality added to the Footer, where Snooze, Skip, and Exit are options. Add Snooze as an action you can assign to a custom button
I appreciate the new UI in the Rules Engine, but it feels like we’ve taken a step backward in some ways. Two examples, specifically regarding Rule Chains: I used to rely quite a bit on being able to preview rules from the Rule Chain view. I can no longer do that with this new UI, which means I have to go back to my Rules list and search around for the rule(s) in question that I simply want to either preview or edit straight from the Rules Chain page. This results in extra clicks and tabs. I recently had to go in and remove a few outdated rules from a Rule Chain. I wanted to deactivate the rules as well, but I can’t do that from the Rule Chain menu. I also can’t deactivate a rule from the Rules List without removing it from the Rule Chain first. So either way, I’m having to click on both tabs, find the rule in question in both places, and do the necessary task. Why not just let me take care of both things (removing the rule from the rule chain and deactivating it) in one place?
