Hi Everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that we will not be having Admin Office Hours this week, as we are at Pulse! Good news - on Tuesday (5/10) and Wednesday (5/11) you can stop by the VIP area (21st floor) to ask our Gainsight Experts! Personalized 1 on 1 time with someone to get issues resolved and ask the questions you would normally bring to Office Hours. If you wish to book some time with someone in particular click this link. If you just want to talk to someone that can help you, you can choose no preference in the link above or just come on up anytime you have available! Hope to see you there! Office Hours will resume it's normally scheduled programming the following week.

Hello All, Due to Admin 101 being hosted and ran this week we have elected to cancel the Office Hours on the 25th. Admin Office Hours will continue its normally scheduled routine next week and we ask that if you do have any question to save them for next week and we will address them at that time.

So, I've completed what was suggested on this post: Associated Contact field in CTA and this post:  Contacts assigned to tasks, but neither seem to be getting me what I need.  One of the metrics for our CSMs is that they have at least quarterly touch points with multiple contacts within an account.  Could use some help in building out that reporting.
