I would like to option in control to export to a csv, or excel format the list of ideas are are submitted to our ideation forum. I meet with our team once a month and pulling together a list would be much easier if we had that functionality. My sense is just to export the title and how many votes the idea got. If others have a different take would love to hear about it.

cant sort a pivoted table with a string fiels so my reports don’t go in a logical order. 

Most of my ongoing meetings (weekly/monthly) have the exact same internal and external attendees.  Yet I find myself typing out individual names every time.  Similar to Gmail suggesting people for emails you send, Timeline should suggest contacts/persons based on the account and first contact/person entered.  Bonus points for the fields to suggest people based on names in the notes section.

Posting on behalf of PX customer. For lead gen platforms, the majority of our users are set as leads in SFDC. They will only convert to contacts once they convert into a sales opportunity for other products. However, in order to start nurturing these leads in-app with PX, they need to have some of the SFDC data to segment the leads. Integrating leads from SFDC to PX would be very helpful for this use case!

Hi!In the control panel need add a filter to hide content by selected attributes. For example by moderator tags. I.e. do not display content that has appropriate tags. This is convenient for moderators. Everyone looks at their own topics (by their own tags).Thanks.

We have many tabs that apply to similar types of data. Since the data pulls from different objects, we cannot put them on the same related list. It would be great to have a navigation to the C360 tabs, similar to how the navigation is done to get to different parts of Gainsight. Right now we try to keep similar types of data together, but you cannot tell when you are moving from one grouping to another For example, we have various ways to identify contacts for an account. We have Contacts, Instance Contacts (to indicate who is primary on each instance), Sponsor Tracking, and Community Titans. All of these have to do with Customer Contacts. It would be great to be able to add a section for “Contacts” and be able to nest all these sections under.  

My company recently moved to GainsightNXT and I couldn’t be happier!  One thing that peaked my interest is the Multi-Currency feature that NXT supports!  With recent acquisition, our currency expands past the USD.I’m curious to get feedback in two areas:How do you like it? How do you handle the Conversion Rate area? Do you review/update every so often? Do you use an API to update it? Thank you all advance for your feedback!

Hey Team! We've recently had a few customers ask about the ability remove access to the "Edit" icon in the "Action" column of the Relationship Tab in C360.  Right now when we view relationships on the C360 page without access to edit these, the edit icon still shows as "not greyed-out" unlike the "Delete" icon when users lack those permissions. Compared to the delete icon, which will appear greyed-out when permissions are lacking: We would like to see the edit icon have similar messaging if possible. Alternatively, a way to limit users access to this "Action" tab (which is standard in Gainsight).  Thanks for the assistance! Logan Thome

Our portfolio products all have a dark theme and a light theme, and we were hoping PX is working on a way to notice the theme the user has selected, and thus allows us to use audience rules on the KCB and/or engagements to display an appropriate experience. Is this on the roadmap or being discussed in any way?

Hi Team, Customer is looking to have an associated object field in the Cockpit View as a link in the cockpit. Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of a customer.When we add “Reason” field to the list view fields by clicking on “+” (plus icon) , we  see the picklist field displayed on views. This gives the feasibility to end users to customize the reason when it is required. If a admin wants to add this field under administration section, it is not possible to do so. When we add the CTA → Reason → Name the field just shows the static name stored in this path and it loses the edit ability for end users and it is difficult for an admin to configure such views to all the users.It would be great if we can add the ability for administrators to be able to add these type of fields configured under admin section. Regards,Jagadeesh

This came up in a discussion around related lists on the C360, but since they are derived from reports I wanted to bring it up in relation to the new Horizon Analytics. Can we have the option for changing gridlines on tabular reports? My users are dismayed at the anemic or non existant borders between cells, making it less visually appealing. It would be great to have some options, nothing too fancy, to put in dark grid lines a la excel cell borders. Even if it’s a toggle between the above and thicc boarders that would be nice.I would like to be able to set it on an administrative level but allow end users to turn it on or off on their end as well as part of their state preservation.

We are finding that CSMs like to “bundle” their work to complete multiple units of work in a single performance coaching CTA / call.  My idea is to allow multiple Playbooks to be associated with a single CTA.  For example, we might create 3 CTAs to the CSM that they ultimately plan to address in a performance call.  CTA-A, Playbook 1: fires 3/1CTA-B, Playbook 2: fires 3/5 (we wouldn’t know on 3/1 this is happening)CTA-C, Playbook 3: fires 3/20 (we wouldn’t know before 3/20)The CSM already had a call scheduled for 3/25 and the requests are not urgent enough to warrant a stand-alone call.  Ideally, CSMs could add Playbooks 2 & 3 to CTA-A and have everything centralized for the talking points, follow-up, and timeline entries related to all 3 playbooks. Ideally, we would as admins love to be able to bundle these processes together for the CSMs without having to re-create the same tasks in multiple playbook for every possible configuration.  It would be ideal to have logic that says, wh

Posting on behalf of a customer:It would be helpful if we could add a new URL to the existing rule(scope) in all/selected features in Product Mapper through a single setting instead of manually adding to all features. Use Case: To add the a URL(XYZ.com) to all of the rules that are currently mapped to ABC.com so that they are also mapped to XYZ.com.  It would be helpful to do this without manually working through all the rules and adding in the new URL.Thanks.

We have a CTA that checks to see which instances do not have a primary contact. If we trigger all at once for the first time, we will have about 20 CTAs per CSM. Ideally we would like this to be 5ish.  Is there a way within the CTA to stagger the creation of CTAs?  We are setting to create a new CTA every 90 days and to not create if there is another one open. We have the instance name tokenized in the name and using the name as part of an identifier. Thought was to start, I could set to create a new CTA every 1 day, remove the do not create if open, and remove using the name as an identifier

Hi Team, Currently Mass Edit option is available only for the Admin users . Can we come up with something for non admins to delete the CTAs created by themselves ( CTAs created by their own) as they don’t have access to Mass Edit tool ?  

It would be great to have the ability to modify engagements in bulk. Perhaps making updates to engagements mapped to the same piece of CSS or have a library of specific dialogues/tooltips that are used in multiple engagements that can mass edited.   Use case here is that you might build multiple engagements that point to the same button in the product UI, for example. If UI changes are made to remove the button, any engagement where the old button was referenced must be manually edited/deleted.    Any thought within the roadmap to account for such flexibility?   Thank you!

Posting on behalf of a customer…   While mapping a PX Feature to our HTML form submit action it was determined that we needed to use a PX Custom Event in our application code, since mapping the “Submit” button was easy in PX but we could not capture the same event when a user submits the form using enter/return on their keyboard.   It would be awesome if PX could automatically track some common events,  like form submission,  so they can be easily mapped to a PX Feature without using a PX Custom Event.

I spoke with Anthony Margulies from Falcon.io and he presented a rather interesting use case - He wanted to see if there could be a way to create and export CTA summary information into a timeline format (Similar to this ).  In looking at the type of data points in the picture these look like lifecycle CTA’s (or maybe milestones).  Off hand I can’t think of a way to do this within Gainsight using current functionality. I will leave it up to Anthony to follow up here and further explain his use case, but I do think that if we could use either a rule or report query to generate a CTA summary report for use in Success Plans that could be a nice addition to Success Plan functionality    

Right now, I can only edit the size of an engagement in the editor mode. I’d like to be able to do so when editing in-app. This would be especially useful when editing tooltip size because in context I might see that something needs to be a different size. 

Howdy!I’ve come across a few related ideas in the past, so I can understand if this one might get merged, but I think I can make this unique enough to be able to stand by itself. I kinda pinched the parts of the concept from TypeForm, Jitsi, Twitch and a bunch of existing URL Shorteners, but I think it can work with inSided.For security and anti-abuse reasons, this would of course only be for internal forum links (and not a generic one for anything that goes off platform!), and only for making links easier to share.But the idea I’ve had is to basically have a brand new domain that can be used to redirect in the way that a URL Shortener does, but with various subdomains on a 1:1 basis so that each inSided customer is assigned a subdomain on it just like with the main platform. And from here, have the slug after the / be something memorable like three words (because words are easier to remember than numbers!).And from there, if these short links basically redirected to the original entit

We use several rules to update Scorecard measures and request CSMs to update the comments if the score is RED/Yellow. If the CSMs comment on the Rule/System Generated update there is no way to Tag it to the account at present. A CSM has to create an additional activity in order for there comments to get  register for any reporting/CTA creation etc. Either we need to read these comments or stop commenting all together on System generated updates this adds to confusion and in-efficiency for both Admins/CSMs 

Hiya!There definitely seems to be consensus for this one, but I couldn’t find it in the existing Ideas so far. While I do have another one related to WebP, that one is really more about adding support for WebP format. :)This Idea is based on another magic trick that I do with the websites I own and/or manage myself, so I have experience with it already.One thing that would probably do wonders though, would be if the platform could automatically optimise all media uploads, so that the resulting file sizes could be crunched and squashed down to something more reasonable - especially for mobile users. While this can sometimes work best by converting the formats, it can also be possible to optimise just about anything without changing formats. As a safety net though, it may be worth keeping both the original and optimised versions, just in case something goes wrong and a rollback is needed.The way that this could ideally work, is that the original media (such as a photo) could be uploaded

On a previous platform I was able to spin up a custom page and populate it with various community widgets and HTML blocks. For instance, we had a user conference coming up so we were able to create a discussion forum for attendees, resource blocks, fancy artwork (banners, sidebar elements) consistent with the theme of the conference, and general information about the event (more HTML). Once the conference was over we just pulled the page and archived the particular discussion forum.You could also set the custom URL for the custom page so it worked as a vanity URLhttp://community.acme.com/UserConference2021

In DD if we add new field in fetch task,will get popup to add it in following tasks.If we provide similar functionality in Rule engine it will save time for GS Admins.With the current functionality,if we want to remove the field in fetch task ,we would need to remove all the down stream tasks.So customers excepting remove field from all the tasks with once click.
