When you concatenate in a rule right now, it makes it one long string. When combining multiple fields you often want to have a space or a comma to make it a list. It would be great to be able to add spaces or commas between the fields that get concatenated

Hi team, One customer requested for exporting CSV files in user locale. Currently we are exporting the CSV file based on US locale. However, if the user is using different locale, for example shown in google sheets the data exported would look totally different deviating from the expected export data:Please consider this enhancement to provide the user to chose or select different locales for exporting the data from gainsight.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.Currently when a related list is configured on standard salesforce objects like opportunity,case etc, and when record types are enabled in user’s org, creation of new records within this C360 page for corresponding records are not hiding record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. All the available record types are exposed as the context is taken as Oauth user here in this case.Expectation here is to hide un-relevant record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. Regards,Jagadeesh 

Hello! I was wondering if there were plans to expose a field that allows users in Gainsight to see the last comment posted to a given ZenDesk thread. I can see that the "Description" will bring the body into Customer 360, but this request has come up repeatedly from my org so I wanted to find out! Thanks!

Due to sheer volume we have to keep our contact information in a high volume database. However, this means we cannot readily edit our contacts. If contacts are merged in SFDC they just stack up in GS with no real way of editing the records. Am I missing something? Is there an effective way for us to manage data in high volume objects?

We have a use case where our CSMs share Success Plans with internal users that may/may not have Viewer permissions. Our CSMs want to be able to have the Timeline tab within the Objective CTA visible to internal users. Reasoning for this request is for the CSMs to be able to share timeline updates on objectives with other internal users. Currently, internal users would only be able to see the overall CTA details with no visibility on updates tracked in timeline.

Currently when exporting to a CSV from report builder there is a hard limit of 100k records where the export won’t process if you’re trying to export more than that. The workaround is exporting it to an S3 bucket. Currently there is no notification/email saying that you’re trying to export more than 100k records. It would be nice to have that type of functionality in the future. 

Hi , We have a request from one customer regarding C360 export feature: Since this export is not possible for customization and no active enhancements being made to this feature, could you please advise on the future road map of this feature ?  Are there any plans to deprecate this feature in near future ?

To expand on how Sally fetches information to allow her to fetch based on custom fields rather than just restricted to Company / Relationship name 

If Currecy ISO code is pulled in to a bionice rule, we are not allowing customer to use this in a merge.  The field is not present, and after this we go to global currency.  We would like to see the option to be able to pull this field into the merge of the rule.  This seems to become an issue when we are trying to use this in the action.  We would like to see the same ability that can be used in a single fetch, which will allow you to use the Currency ISO Code.  

When I’m working on multiple engagements, I often want to copy/paste items in a field on one engagement to another without cloning the entire engagement. I’d love to be able to copy anything I have added to an audience field by highlighting it, then copying and pasting to another field.

Currently when you attempt to render too much data in adoption explorer, it does not notify you that you have maxed out its rendering ability. This makes for an enablement challenge, its hard for a user to make sense of the resulting partial data set. When there are more rows than 500 (which is the current max - would be also nice to increase this number substantially), it should notify user that they need to shorten the time period or make another filter to see full data set. 

I would really love for a way to be able to filter for executions of specific objects (vs all objects). As I’m backfilling data for certain things, it’s hard to keep up with what has/hasn’t been done. I’m not using a straight calendar year historical run for a reason, and this type of flexibility with checking and monitoring would be much easier than sticky notes.  

Can we have group by feature in AE for the drill down section? It is quite useful when we want’s to view records which are related to selected section rather than showing all of the records in the drill down.Use Case: For example if I have four groups (A, B, C, D) and 20 features of these groups. out of these 20 features 5 are the part of the group A and 5 are the part of the group B and so on. Let’s say when I select group A so in the drill down I should be able to view only those 5 feature that are part of group A and other features which are not part of group A should not come in the dill down. I believe as of now group by functionality is not available in AE drill down. It will be quite helpful if we can have group by in AE drill down.

Hey there! I think it would be very useful for inSided to develop an activity log directly in the control environment. There needs to be an easier way to see who made certain changes on any given topic. Whether it’s marking something as the best answer, moving a topic to a different category, editing a comment or even who viewed it.An activity log like this would allow us to easily monitor our moderators and coach back when necessary.

Hi Team, Posting this on behalf of a customer for an enhancement request.When we create a load to milestones rule and if the criteria of the rule is matched in next scheduled runs, then the comments are duplicated and there is no way to prevent these just like how we do it for load to CTA ruleFor load to milestones:If we look at other action like load to CTA we were given an option to prevent duplication of comments like shown below:For load to CTA: This would become problematic as we can’t control duplication of comments within the product.

Am I going crazy, or is there not a way to show totals in any of the graph reports in Gainsight?  I am not seeing it in any of the options, am I missing something? If I click show data points, I only get some of the data points in the graph (thats a whole other topic) but how can I see the total number for this pie chart?  My workaround has been to create a widget to show a total and then have a corresponding pie chart.  That was working but stakeholders wish we could hit two birds with one stone (sorry PETA) and have one report to show both totals and breakdown. 

I want to have a rule run every hour, with another to follow 5 minutes after so that does not run before the other. Right now, advanced chron is not available on the rule chain that would resolve this. Another way would be to be able to specify the exact time of day on the rule start date to kick off. That way I could schedule one to start at 10/29/2020 @ 10:00 am and the other to go at 10/29/2020 @ 10:05 am. Right now you can only select the date, with no specific time

I think it would be very useful for the Community platform to have the functionality built, following in the footsteps of FB and Instagram whereby, you are able to pin a comment and have it show as the 1st comment because it is pinned, regardless of when it was posted. For example, we utilise competitions on our community attached to articles and when announcing the competition is closed it would be great if we could pin our comment to the top, instead of having to close the whole article as the article is usually a help and support or acquisition article, so the content is still relevant  

There have been several occasions where we have built an outreach and the total number of participants is greater than a CSM could reasonable take on within a given short time frame.  It would be great to have a way to say, for example, take 300 participants total and send 100 at this time, 100 at this time, 100 at this time as a way to help better control the volume of work for CSMs from a single outreach.   

Hi.Right now, in most of the gainsight modules we are unable to create a 2 level subfolders. It’s better to have an ability to create N level no.of subfolders.Ex: Created a folder called Folder 1 under the Home, and in Folder 1 I created another folder called “Folder 2” and now when I am trying to create a folder under Folder 2, I am geting the error message saying “Folder can not be created at this level. Only two levels of subfolders are allowed under Home.”Screenshot: I am seeing this same thing in across all the Gainsight Modules.(Rules, Reports, Dashboards,...)So is there any customization or option to create subfolders under the N Levels. Thought it would be a nice option to have so just posting it here.Thanks.

Due to organizational structure our Customer Success leadership inherit Administration permissions to Gainsight. This overwrites the user sharing groups and dashboard privacy permissions.   I am trying to provide access only to relevant executive dashboards, however, because these users inherit Administration permissions they have access to ALL dashboards. It would be great to disable the functionality in which managers inherit permissions.

Hi Team, While working with one of the customer we have encountered an issue saying we were supposed to export and set the file with date pattern and the date pattern should be Rule date -1 but right now we don’t have an option of setting it as custom. Though we had an alternate solution by loading it to Object and using it as source.It would be great if we have custom option here.    

The reports and graphs look slick in Gainsight but when you export them as an image (.png) the resolution is awful. I wind up taking screen crops instead. 

Our org uses NXT through SFDC and we recently discovered that URL links in the daily/weekly CTA digests now link to Lightning instead of Classic. Our team still uses Classic. As a result, these links no longer work for the team. We intentionally have our team login to NXT through SFDC for reporting and SAML reasons so switching the links to NXT-only is not practical. After talking with Support, it sounds like there are currently no plans to allow for Classic links in these emails. This seems like this decision would negatively impact any customer that still uses Classic. Any chance that this will be reconsidered?
