There’s no way to understand what widget type you are looking at after you’ve renamed it.Please make this visible somehow because a lot of people are confused what they are looking at exactly.

Some of our applications use the Bootstrap framework and are therefor already styled to match our brand and design system. It would be nice to be able to use the Bootstrap for containers, backdrops, buttons, etc. instead of having to monkey with HTML/CSS. Advantages for Bootstrap are browser and responsive support, repeatability, and utilization of styling from the host application.

Was totally excited to introduce Adoption Explorer to our users until I saw that the “Instance” feature only works with Relationships. We have tons of Parent-Child account structures where our users want to be able to aggregate the usage across all of the children. Is this something that has already been suggested and is in the works by chance? Thanks!

Hi,   We had a use case where the data is being loaded into an object at 4:00 am and when the filter is set to show data for today, the reports will show no data for the time between 12:00am and 4:00am. Also the data cannot be loaded early due to some inconveniences. So  a filter like “max of date” could be useful here to display the data for the day till the new data comes in. The aim is to avoid an empty object during the specific time period.

Tools like Tableu are increasing becoming the standard for what is excepted in a dashboard --- The layout and flexibility of data presentation in the Gainisght dashboards is limiting their usefulness and appeal …. It would be great if The ability existed to show multipal data objects in a single chart (i.e. I want to see the total size of the portfolio of a CSM in a stacked bar  with each segment displayed in the stack to make up the whole)  the ability to display customers plotted on a Map that is dynamic enough to zoom in and out and click to see agency information  The ability to display data with a fuel gauge, much like the NPS scoring for different objects - health score, engagement compliance ect. The ability to manipulate the charts and Graphs to easily adjust colors , fonts, add objects like trend lines 

We have some executive reports in bar and line graph format, but the data is not necessarily correlated or linear. We would like to be able to configure bar and line reports such that we see dots only, not connected by a line. 

Hi.Null values are excluding in the rpeort when we use the Excludes Operation for Picklist fields.But we have a work around to accomplish this. Most of them already know how to ge the Null data, but posting it for the new once.Ex: In the Object for one of the Picklist field we have (Active, InActive, Churn, None) values.Screenshot:And if we used the Excluded operator in filetr for this field, we are not getting null records count.For Ex, I used the filter like this, Status Excludes Inactive, Churn. When you look at the list of ongoing success plans, it appears that the default order is dictated by creation date, meaning that plans still active that should have been closed—but haven’t been—would appear first before the actual current plan. I would love to see an option to change how the plans are displayed, which one shows by default, etc.

We have instances where a CSM has made a success plan active ststus and is then looking to move it back to draft do to a customer change. Currently there is not the ability to move a success plan from active back to draft, so a CSM will have to delete the plan and recreate it to get it into Draft status 

Allow for whole pages to be conditionally shown based on responses to previous questions. This would save time when all questions on a page will only be displayed for a particular response. Additionally, when reordering questions with logic on a page, that logic is destroyed. This should allow you to re order questions on a page level without destryoing the overall logic. Specific use case would be if you have an NPS survey and have your Promotor, Detractor and Passives each receive a different set of questions based on their reply. Instead of having logic on multiple questions, each group has their own page and you can have the appropriate page appear based on the controlling (NPS question) response.

When you concatenate in a rule right now, it makes it one long string. When combining multiple fields you often want to have a space or a comma to make it a list. It would be great to be able to add spaces or commas between the fields that get concatenated

Hi team, One customer requested for exporting CSV files in user locale. Currently we are exporting the CSV file based on US locale. However, if the user is using different locale, for example shown in google sheets the data exported would look totally different deviating from the expected export data:Please consider this enhancement to provide the user to chose or select different locales for exporting the data from gainsight.

Hi Team, Posting this request on behalf of a customer.Currently when a related list is configured on standard salesforce objects like opportunity,case etc, and when record types are enabled in user’s org, creation of new records within this C360 page for corresponding records are not hiding record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. All the available record types are exposed as the context is taken as Oauth user here in this case.Expectation here is to hide un-relevant record types that are not applicable to logged in user’s profile. Regards,Jagadeesh 

Hello! I was wondering if there were plans to expose a field that allows users in Gainsight to see the last comment posted to a given ZenDesk thread. I can see that the "Description" will bring the body into Customer 360, but this request has come up repeatedly from my org so I wanted to find out! Thanks!

Due to sheer volume we have to keep our contact information in a high volume database. However, this means we cannot readily edit our contacts. If contacts are merged in SFDC they just stack up in GS with no real way of editing the records. Am I missing something? Is there an effective way for us to manage data in high volume objects?

We have a use case where our CSMs share Success Plans with internal users that may/may not have Viewer permissions. Our CSMs want to be able to have the Timeline tab within the Objective CTA visible to internal users. Reasoning for this request is for the CSMs to be able to share timeline updates on objectives with other internal users. Currently, internal users would only be able to see the overall CTA details with no visibility on updates tracked in timeline.

Currently when exporting to a CSV from report builder there is a hard limit of 100k records where the export won’t process if you’re trying to export more than that. The workaround is exporting it to an S3 bucket. Currently there is no notification/email saying that you’re trying to export more than 100k records. It would be nice to have that type of functionality in the future. 

Hi , We have a request from one customer regarding C360 export feature: Since this export is not possible for customization and no active enhancements being made to this feature, could you please advise on the future road map of this feature ?  Are there any plans to deprecate this feature in near future ?

To expand on how Sally fetches information to allow her to fetch based on custom fields rather than just restricted to Company / Relationship name 

If Currecy ISO code is pulled in to a bionice rule, we are not allowing customer to use this in a merge.  The field is not present, and after this we go to global currency.  We would like to see the option to be able to pull this field into the merge of the rule.  This seems to become an issue when we are trying to use this in the action.  We would like to see the same ability that can be used in a single fetch, which will allow you to use the Currency ISO Code.  

When I’m working on multiple engagements, I often want to copy/paste items in a field on one engagement to another without cloning the entire engagement. I’d love to be able to copy anything I have added to an audience field by highlighting it, then copying and pasting to another field.

Currently when you attempt to render too much data in adoption explorer, it does not notify you that you have maxed out its rendering ability. This makes for an enablement challenge, its hard for a user to make sense of the resulting partial data set. When there are more rows than 500 (which is the current max - would be also nice to increase this number substantially), it should notify user that they need to shorten the time period or make another filter to see full data set. 

I would really love for a way to be able to filter for executions of specific objects (vs all objects). As I’m backfilling data for certain things, it’s hard to keep up with what has/hasn’t been done. I’m not using a straight calendar year historical run for a reason, and this type of flexibility with checking and monitoring would be much easier than sticky notes.  

Can we have group by feature in AE for the drill down section? It is quite useful when we want’s to view records which are related to selected section rather than showing all of the records in the drill down.Use Case: For example if I have four groups (A, B, C, D) and 20 features of these groups. out of these 20 features 5 are the part of the group A and 5 are the part of the group B and so on. Let’s say when I select group A so in the drill down I should be able to view only those 5 feature that are part of group A and other features which are not part of group A should not come in the dill down. I believe as of now group by functionality is not available in AE drill down. It will be quite helpful if we can have group by in AE drill down.
