It would be great to be able to view Success Plan objectives & tasks in a table format, e.g. MS Project. This will reduce the number of clicks to view the task and insert an update to the task. Currently, this is a time consuming task for us and for our customers in updating the plan. In addition, when we are reviewing the Success Plan on a call with the customer, this will streamline the activity and reduce the amount of time spent updating the plan during our meeting.

I’ve run into just about every roadblock I can think of with this issue. I have a customer who wants to see a report of each individual who clicks on an email sent via Journey Orchestrator.  First, I was told that Email Raw Events was the place to go, which did seem to have the right information at least. However, this object is 5+ years old, and its main identifier is called “Batch ID,” which as far as I can tell doesn’t link back with any newer objects. What I need to do is take the info from Email Raw Events and merge some information from AO Emails into it, but for the life of me I can’t figure out what the common identifiers are, even after exporting a bunch of this data to Excel.  I’ve also tried Email Logs and Email Log V2, neither of which seem to get me where I need either. Hi Team,Currently, if the success plan is in draft state and if we try to open a CTA from report or from notification link its throwing an error – “The CTA you are trying to access could not be found as it might be in draft state or deleted or due to a system error.”As the error message is not referring to Success plan but referring to CTA, can we change it to “The associated Success plan is in draft state, so the CTA you are trying to access could not be found” it will make the customers easily understandable.

Would be great if the templates in the Gmail Plug in were in alphabetically order similar to the folders.  They appear to be in the order they were last modified.  Makes it a bit difficult to find the right template.   

While creating a custom field in Activity timeline, we are displaying that we allow only alphanumeric characters (i.e. a-z, A-Z and 0-9) but there is already a duration field with brackets, which is contradictory. Can we have the ability to add the extended character set in the field labels? 

It would be great if there was the ability to add report level slicers to cut down on the number of reports that would need to be created in order to show different views.Example: We have two products that have different health scoring that currently requires us to create two different reports. If there was the ability to consolidate into one report where a user can decide to toggle between products to view the scoring information it would save on duplicative reports that need to be maintained as well as UI real estate.

Ability to add standalone button / link with hyperlink within any tab of C360 to allow admins to create custom actions for end users If a CSM wants to submit a request associated with an external system, they would need to navigate out of Gainsight to initiate. It would be ideal if admins were able to create standalone buttons / links to place on the related tab to initiate the workflow (e.g. submit a request for an customer success architect directly on a C360 tab called Services that initiates the workflow in SFDC); Links can be added to Summary via Attributes, but require a report to surface on other tabs

Goal: Allow users to quickly see a Company's hierarchy and navigate to the hierarchy C360/R360 that they want to work from. Current setup requires creating a report with links to the C360s or R360s of a customer, but the report table widget has a lot of ucneccesary white space and takes up more room than is needed.  Any organization using Relationships or with a complicated Customer Hierarchy will require teammates to navigate between 360 pages/levels. Having a C360 Summary widget designed to make this easy without taking up much space would greatly improve the experience.

It would be very useful to be able to save the settings of global dashboard filters. For example, our users often deepdive into specific sets of customers by selecting the customer names in a global filter. This is a lot of work, so it would be handy to be able to save such a filter to re-use it in the future (similar to the available functionality in Gainsight PX).

Hello everyone,I think that it would be great to have sort of a well known “copy to clipboard” option, but tweaked in a way that we would be able to “store and re-use” an (audience) filtering result. Consider exploring results in the Audience Explorer part until you are sure that you got the right audience and then deciding to make a certain analysis on the same set of Users - let’s say an analysis using the Path Analyzer in the Analytics part of PX. With the current setup, you would navigate to Path Analyzer and you would need to add and apply all the same rules as you did 5 minutes ago.Instead of the above setup, I’m suggesting to have a “Use this filtering result” button that would (when clicked upon) open a drop-down list asking you to select to which part of PX you would like to take the Users present in the current filtering result.The benefit of this feature wouldn’t be just in reduci

Goal:  Improve the end user's experience by minimizing long lists of Timeline Types appearing in places where they are not expected to be used. Currently, where ever a CSM goes to create a Timeline Entry, the entire list of Activity Types is visible... but this list can get extremely long with the big variety of TL entry needs.  This ask is to allow an Admin to select which Activity Types should appear in different lists. Two examples:-  When editing a scorecard measure,  the CSM should only see the TL Type of "Sentiment Update" rather than every possible type.-  "Verified Outcome" could appear only where it will be tracked and counted within an Objective CTA's Timeline.

Goal: Improve End User experience by not overwhelming them with too many tabs / too much information Currently when designing a C360 layout, an Admin can set up the Order that tabs appear in the C360, but they cannot set whether tabs are Pinned or Hidden.End users are not always aware they can hide/pin tabs... allowing Admins to set this up as default would allow them to keep their end users from feeling overwhelmed by too much information.

Allow access to a customer's response to a survey/questionnaire while the Journey is still in motion. Currently there is no way to access or read a customers' response to a JO Survey while the journey is still in motion; you have to wait for the journey to fully end before accessing it. This request is to remedy that functionality.

Registered users have the ability to post a Question or Conversation, but this content can sometimes fall into the categories of an article or Product update depending on the author.  I need the ability to convert them to their final form.

From Customer:  We would like to be able to see the Company timeline activities in the timeline tab of a Relationship CTA.For context, we had previously been using only Company CTAs, so our CS team was accustomed to seeing the Company Timeline information in that timeline tab on the CTA details screen. Now that we have switched to Relationship CTAs for many CTAs, that lack of visibility in the timeline tab is noticeable to the team. And it requires them to manually visit the company's C360 page to view their timeline instead.So we were thinking:1) Try to get the company timeline activities added to the relationship timeline, so they will show in the Relationship CTA timeline tab. Or2) Somehow link that timeline tab to the Company Timeline itself (which shows both Company and Relationship activities) instead of the Relationship timeline

We need Sharing Groups reporting in order manage and maintain permissions in our Dashboards and to ensure the correct users are making it into our Sharing Groups.We need the ability to:See a list of active dashboards and their respective Sharing Groups (necessary for understanding impacts when Sharing Groups change) See a list of users per Sharing Group (necessary for new user enablement)

Our team relied on the Object Graph in order to understand data flows and how an object was historically set up. When Horizon Data Management was introduced, this feature was removed. Please bring it back.

Finding the filter I would would be easier if the language was consistent.

When editing Timeline activity drafts, when one goes to link text, the experience is not intuitive and results in extra clicking. It also isn’t in line with most modern link editing UX. Using the Command/Control + K Shortcut brings you to editing the link display text, not the actual link you’re inserting. If you hit enter while doing so the whole timeline activity is saved, not the link you’re adding. Suggestions:Default the cursor to the URL, not the link text box Don’t make me click on a checkmark, make it so that pressing ‘Enter’ saves the link. 

Inconsistencies in User or Content filters across various UI are quite frustrating. 😡For example, for some UI, primary and custom roles are multi-select checkboxes. The filter only matches users that have that primary or custom role. But for others, like User Overview, you can filter on options like:Is one of  Is not one of Is empty Is not emptyI believe I’ve experienced the same frustrations with tag filters for content. For email campaigns, especially, the filters need to match the User Overview. I can build a segment based on “is not one of”, but I can’t send an automated email to a segment I cannot configure the triggers for the automated email the same as the segment, so there’s no way for me to apply the criteria to send an automated email Without this, I don’t have a use case for my email.Customer impact: Inconsistent

It’s good that we can do a few bulk actions from the Users Overview page, including adding a custom role and awarding a badge (or creating a segment, although this idea is not for the segment use case). When the number of users in the filter criteria greatly exceeds the largest pagination option of 100, those bulk actions have to be repeated many times overview. And it introduces the possibility of human error as you page through and repeat. For example, my current use case has results for 2776 users, which means I’d have to do the bulk action 28 times. So it’d be ideal if we had a true Select All feature for those bulk action. Zapier has something like this for their data transfer when you are building something based on Google Sheets data, for example. 

I’m creating several custom cockpit views to share across my team and many have just slight modifications.  I’d love to be able to clone a custom view (when created in the CTA settings) to speed this up.  Also, it’d be great to be able to create a custom view from my personal cockpit or some other way to share across the team.

Greetings!In Gainsight PX adoption, When we land on the adoption page, it only displays the modules in the hierarchy that we created in the Gainsight PX's product mapper section. Additionally, each time we land on the page, we only see the graph for the first module rather than the total number of modules/features. However, if we navigate to the other modules or click on the first module, everything works as it should and we can see the graphs for that selected module.The customer has made a request, and we are really grateful that when we landed on the adoption page it was very grateful we could see the whole stats of the modules and features rather than just the first module as it is right now. Thank you!Pavansai Gudla
