Are there any plans to allow for export in a JO program? I seem to be unable to add as report attachment currently despite it being possible to export from Report Builder and Dashboard. 

Here's an idea for CSV exports :) Current situation CSV exports are one of my least favorite parts of the Insided platform and unfortunately it's one I have to use at least weekly. I think development on the CSV exports part is on an indefinite 'not now', so we'll have to find our own solutions for the fact that a week starts on a Sunday and the exports are always an hour off 😏. There's one improvement I'll just leave here though for future reference. Currently, requesting CSV exports is a manual process. This is laborious and user unfriendly - I bang my head against the wall on a weekly basis, trying to find improvements. How to ingest data into Relationship Person through Bionic rule: While we are setting up any configuration at an account level, we make use of Company Person object to browse through the respective contacts associated with that account. We have a direct connector job in connector 2.0 to sync the data from SFDC to Company Person object in Gainsight, which makes our job easier. But when you are setting up something at a Relationship level, we need to sync the Relationship Person object to bring the user level details of that relationship. Since we do not have the connector job to sync the relationship data, we need to configure the Bionic rule with the Action “Load to People”. The rule configuration is easy except the lookup configuration in the setup action.  Let me show step by step simply and stress more on the lookup configuration in more detail.  Create a new rule at “Account” level. Hey all, We just got the following questions from a client who is trying to promote adoption of our product to others at his organziation. I was wondering if there was a data portal that I could look at for Bongo similar to other tools I manage? For instance, I pull usage data from ______ that includes who uses it, how long they use it for, whether or not they recorded their meeting... how many people are in the meetings... etc. _______ has a similar tool with all sorts of useful statistics. These statistics are available to me at all times and I use them fairly regularly to see how everything is working and also compare previous usage with current usage and help me focus my efforts for future usage. As I work on strategies for implementing Bongo in future courses I find myself wishing I had a data portal where I could look at some stats to back me up when I go into a meeting. As Admin - I always look how to replicate data/configuration to Sandbox and I have not seen any automated process to replicate rules/configuration to sandbox or sandbox to production.  Idea is to have automated process to perform rules/migration to/from environments.

When a user inserts a picture into his/her post, there is not possibility to edit the size, position of the picture or even to put a couple of pics in the same line.. We use the forum to collect feedback from our beta testers and in many cases one or several pics are required from them. In many cases the post looks really ugly and long with lost of huge pics one after the other.

Posting on behalf of a customer:Would like the ability to manage custom events without needing to go through Gainsight support/eng team. Essentially, as a PX Admin I want to ensure that our custom events are implemented well by before “turning the event on” in production.From @bostojic (from this previous post):  “You could consider developing a feature, a buffer zone, that would give users with admin rights the ability to check new Custom Events and whitelist them (pass them through to Product) or block/delete them. That would greatly help us better manage new custom events.” @bostojic feel free to add more detail/context here for our product team’s visibility. 

When I want to go back and look at the records pulled by a rule, if it's more than 7 days I get an error:   Unable to fetch the file as the link to the file expires after 7 days of the rule execution date.  It would be extremely helpful if you could go back farther than 7 days to see the history as often issues don't necessarily present themselves immediately after.

It would be great if we the list of fields used in different modules as new section. The pain point is - To gather the list of column names in a module, we have to click on each and every asset in module manually.

A customer expressed interest in viewing success plans, the scorecard summary view, and dashboards in the mobile app. Are these on the roadmap?

Can we set different "Email forwarding" addresses per each label? For eg, Can we report issue seperately to Zendesk and feature requests to product team by setting the email forwarding addresses.

I'm trying to solve for a use case that has come up a couple times. If I have a set of customers, let's say, users who have open support tickets that have been unresolved for 1 week with upcoming renewals in 120 days, I would like to send them an email through JO from the CSM on the account with a link to their calendar to schedule a call. This would leverage a tool like Calendly or TimeTrade but would continue/branch the program based upon the response within the tool. If a meeting was scheduled within Calendly there would be a followup email confirming the meeting that continues the program, if no meeting scheduled, there would be a short follow up email that ends the outreach.

I’m looking for a way to restrict the users from manually changing due dates on Success Plan Objective CTAs. Use Case:We have created Objective Templates which are assigned to Success Plans with preset due dates for completion of each Objective.Currently users can manually change the preset due date of an objective(s) as they work on it. However, we are looking to implement a Success Plan adherence system where we need the CSMs to complete each objective by the due date (without pushing it out). I believe there is no way to do that right now (please guide if there is one).

As we have people getting more familar with Renewal Center, I’ve seen a request come in that the table view for all of the reports on the Analyze tab should include the edit/detail view button found in all of the action cards and the forecast tab. This would allow for faster adjustments if a user runs across an error.

Hello everyone,  We are planning on rolling out Gainsight Mobile to our Sales team to help give them a view to any customer at any time. Has anyone tried Gainsight Mobile out and any idea how to get the Relationship to display? Thanks, Scott

I have a customer that would like to be able to use the mobile view for multiple layouts in C360, currently only in the main default layout this is possible. However I feel like for the customers that are using mobile this would be very beneficial to have this available for the other layouts also.

When editing a record via Data Operations, it would be better to have fields laid out in alphabetical order. Seems like most standard fields are near the top followed by custom in alphabetical order but not consistent.

It will be nice to have the ability to change/add a column in the output tables in the Success Plan PowerPoint. Currently the table in tasks from the objective slides has no description and we would like to bring in those info.

It would be helpful to have a preview button in the config of Success Snapshots 2.0. When you think about text sizing, etc. - its a bit hard to tell how it's going to fit onto the page, but a nice little preview button would help give the admin confidence they are configuring correctly in a very efficient way.

While trying to Make Success plan from “Draft” to “Active” Customers getting error message as “SUCCESS_PLAN_OBJECTIVES_FAILED”  As per error log - the exact error is “CTA due date cannot be less than task due date”  Can error message be changed from “SUCCESS_PLAN_OBJECTIVES_FAILED” to Exact error message “CTA due date cannot be less than task due date”  so that error will be self explanatory and customers can take action 

I have a desire from my business users to have hover/help text for individual data attributes in Gainsight - similar to the functionality available in native SFDC. This is currently a limitation of Gainsight unfortunately. We've determined a number of workarounds to this requirement, however it would be a great feature to see in Gainsight in the future. I can see it being helpful in the enablement of new CSMs to the platform. Has anyone else in the Community expressed interest in hover text?

Having the ablity to build in your CSM staffing model  in gainsight and report on utilization and excess capacity would be a very helpful tool for Customer Success Leaders --- the model could be very simple -  # of hours per customer in each segment X total number of customers in each segment of  a CSM portfolio  would get you to the hours utilized . Hours utilized / Hours available gets you to your capacity vs utilization  - -- It would be helpful to also have the capacity to create different models for different roles i.e.  CSA,  Major Accounts CSA, Professional Serivces, etc.  

Posting on behalf of a customer:Currently, I can copy and paste a list of comma separated values (such as emails) into the PX engagement targeting. In order to get this list, I have to have a certain version of Excel or manipulate the list in Sheets. Instead, I would like the ability to simply download the CSV file from another system, then upload to PX and select that I want the engagement to be targeted to the email addresses in the list, for example. Business case: Sometimes, I want to get an engagement out quickly but the targeting I need is in another system. Rather than waiting to get a custom attribute, etc set up, I need to quickly get this information and target it within PX. 

The current limit is 2MB for templates in Journey Orchestrator.  We need to send out attachments that are between 2-4MB in size frequently and have to either info from the content or lower the quality to make it compliant.  Please increase the limit to at least 10 MB.
