We have a field that is used to keep track of the date/time of when a EBR will take place. This is on the Call to Action Object and within SFDC shows the full date/time. However, on the CTA Additional Info portion, it only shows the Date and not the full Date/Time. When a CSM edits the field from the CTA the calenar pop-up is available but no time is required. Is there a way to configure the Call to Action to display Date/Time field in the additional info?

Can we create one bar chart or line graph that compares a single usage data metric, for example, from Jan - June 2015 and Jan - June 2016 overlaid on the same chart?  I'm not looking for two charts side by side but rather for a single chart where I can easily see the trends over specific months compared to each other.  If this is not currently possible, are there plans for adding year-over-year reporting?  Thank you.

Posting on Behalf of a customer.To ensure important data does not get deleted (CTAs, Success Plans, Timeline, Person, Relationships) by unauothrized users. It would be nice to have a feature to control data deletion from the UI. Along with this it be nice to have a log of all deletions performed in an org.

Can we have Sally in Slack post a notification to the Assignee of a CTA or CTA Task? I think it would be and ideal method for communicating a newly assigned record since Email Notifications might not be enabled by the user and generally people check their Slack messages on a more frequent basis then their email.

Currently, Widget and Field names in the C360 Summary view are predefined and not editable. We'd like to be able to change the name of the Healthscore widget to "Assessment Score" as this better reflects our current use of Scorecards. Renaming other Widgets and Fields, similar to the current ability to rename fields in Reports 2.0, would be very helpful. 

When you set up an action in the rules engine, there's a drop-down list that allows you to select the field you want to map. The problem is, there appears to be no sorting on this drop-down list, and finding the correct field is a chore. It's one of those things that looks like a non-issue if you are working with a small table, but when you have 100+ fields to map it becomes really time-consuming to find the correct field.

Is it possible to link a sandbox to a production instance so that we don’t have to continuously add the migration token each time we create a new migration job? Ideally it would be preferred if we can just enter the target migration code once and reuse it multiple times.

I would really like to be able to see who created, last modified by, in the engagements. We have multiple team members creating new engagements and tests and it would be helpful to be able to clean up old engagements.

Hello All, I think I am loosing my mind. :) We recently created a subjective health score to allow for the CSM to log sentiment. However, based on Customer segment, we need an update every 30 days for example. I attempted to create a report off Activity Timeline and used a logic set like:(Where CSM = Current User AND Scorecard_Measure = Sentiment AND Activity Date <=30 Days) OR (Scorecard_Measure=Sentiment AND Activity Date=Null)I get all the accounts and update info for the out date sentiment, but nothing on the NULLS!!!!! Help! :) The Goal: Create a widget that shows the number of CSM Sentiments that are missing or older than 30 days.  Open to ideas/solutions. Any luck I am just missing something simple here.Thanks Admins,DB  

I have a customer that is using a rich text field in their attributes section, the section is scrollable but with all the data in there it would be beneficial to be able to resize the box to fit the text or have the box automatically resize due to entered text. Example below of the issue. 

Are there any plans to allow for export in a JO program? I seem to be unable to add as report attachment currently despite it being possible to export from Report Builder and Dashboard.

How to ingest data into Relationship Person through Bionic rule: While we are setting up any configuration at an account level, we make use of Company Person object to browse through the respective contacts associated with that account. Hey all, We just got the following questions from a client who is trying to promote adoption of our product to others at his organziation. I was wondering if there was a data portal that I could look at for Bongo similar to other tools I manage? For instance, I pull usage data from ______ that includes who uses it, how long they use it for, whether or not they recorded their meeting... how many people are in the meetings... etc. _______ has a similar tool with all sorts of useful statistics. These statistics are available to me at all times and I use them fairly regularly to see how everything is working and also compare previous usage with current usage and help me focus my efforts for future usage. As Admin - I always look how to replicate data/configuration to Sandbox and I have not seen any automated process to replicate rules/configuration to sandbox or sandbox to production.  Idea is to have automated process to perform rules/migration to/from environments.

When a user inserts a picture into his/her post, there is not possibility to edit the size, position of the picture or even to put a couple of pics in the same line.. We use the forum to collect feedback from our beta testers and in many cases one or several pics are required from them. In many cases the post looks really ugly and long with lost of huge pics one after the other.

Posting on behalf of a customer:Would like the ability to manage custom events without needing to go through Gainsight support/eng team. Essentially, as a PX Admin I want to ensure that our custom events are implemented well by before “turning the event on” in production.From @bostojic (from this previous post):  “You could consider developing a feature, a buffer zone, that would give users with admin rights the ability to check new Custom Events and whitelist them (pass them through to Product) or block/delete them. That would greatly help us better manage new custom events.” @bostojic feel free to add more detail/context here for our product team’s visibility. 

When I want to go back and look at the records pulled by a rule, if it's more than 7 days I get an error:   Unable to fetch the file as the link to the file expires after 7 days of the rule execution date.  It would be extremely helpful if you could go back farther than 7 days to see the history as often issues don't necessarily present themselves immediately after.

It would be great if we the list of fields used in different modules as new section. The pain point is - To gather the list of column names in a module, we have to click on each and every asset in module manually.

A customer expressed interest in viewing success plans, the scorecard summary view, and dashboards in the mobile app. Are these on the roadmap?

Can we set different "Email forwarding" addresses per each label? For eg, Can we report issue seperately to Zendesk and feature requests to product team by setting the email forwarding addresses.

I'm trying to solve for a use case that has come up a couple times. If I have a set of customers, let's say, users who have open support tickets that have been unresolved for 1 week with upcoming renewals in 120 days, I would like to send them an email through JO from the CSM on the account with a link to their calendar to schedule a call. This would leverage a tool like Calendly or TimeTrade but would continue/branch the program based upon the response within the tool. If a meeting was scheduled within Calendly there would be a followup email confirming the meeting that continues the program, if no meeting scheduled, there would be a short follow up email that ends the outreach.

I’m looking for a way to restrict the users from manually changing due dates on Success Plan Objective CTAs. Use Case:We have created Objective Templates which are assigned to Success Plans with preset due dates for completion of each Objective.Currently users can manually change the preset due date of an objective(s) as they work on it. However, we are looking to implement a Success Plan adherence system where we need the CSMs to complete each objective by the due date (without pushing it out). I believe there is no way to do that right now (please guide if there is one).
