This is a feedback I would like to share  on-behalf of one client. While listing the email for the notification, if you first copy/paste the list of email with leading or trailing spaces the system commits it with that email address and when email is triggered it gets bounced. Now, if you hit re-save, the system strips of the spaces and then commit that back without any space. Can we have the system do that in the very beginning not when we re-save it?       Initially - “  abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”  After re-save - “abc@gainsight.com”, “xyz@gainsight.com”

As it currently stands, the position of Knowledge Center Bot is relative to the button it is embedded to. There is the offset functionality, but my understanding is that it is limited as it is done via pixels. As different screens have different resolutions, the positioning would be different on every screen when using that capability. My team would find it useful to have the ability to  put it in 1 fixed position, relative to the screen (e.g., bottom right) instead of relative to the button.

Hi, I brought in a URL field from an outside data source and added it to Company, and the URLs are hyperlinked/clickable in both the original MDA and through the Company object. However, when I add the URL field to Unified Scorecard Fact reports, the URL is no longer clickable. Can this be improved upon by the product team? I’d love to not have to have different reports just because one field doesn’t function as intended. 

Hello Team, Can we retrieve the failed emails that were supposed to log to SFDC (when "Log to Salesforce" option is enabled). This is because once logging to Task is failed with “Apex CPU time limit” error, we are not able to login them again to Task in SFDC. If this cannot be done, can we update “Text body” in AO Emails object with token values instead of tokens.This would help multiple customers.   Thanks & Regards, Srikanth

Hi , One of our customers have reached out saying it is important for them to have the ability to add “%” in their new CTA Reason name as is the case in SFDC.As of now, it is not supported in NXT. Please share your thoughts.

I don't know if anyone noticed but in AO, we have the capability to personalize a send email box to say what we want. In order to track better the steps, we customize them as Send Email 1, Send Email 2, etc. particularly for our largest email chains. It would be great if we could customize as well the conditional wait boxes to document the test being executed. You might want to consider it for all the box types we can create.

Hi, Given Mobile app is going to be used by the people who are mainly on the road, the largest part being executives, it would be great to enhance it to add Dashboards and C360. My client specifically asked for this. Thank you.

My organization is using LogRocket for session replay, and is very heavily used by our PMs, UXers, Devs, QA, and Support. Apart from session replay, provides a lot of log information and captures detailed session history information from several modern tech stacks. In particular, its capture of action logs from Angular + NGRX has been useful. We would love to be able to have LogRocket integrated with Gainsight in order to tie user sessions with events tracked in Gainsight, and to be able to further use Gainsight as our primary customer success hub.

Posting on Behalf of a Customer.   It is desired to be able to individual filter the below components to accommodate for cases where a certain opportunity should not be considered as “Opportunity Missing Forcast”, without having to global filter affect the rest of the chart.   For example, some ops desired to shown in “Opportunity Missing Forcast” where forcast amount is null, rather than 0, which should not considred to be not be missing the forcast. Right now that box shows ops were Forcast Amount is 0 or null.  

Usecase behind this:   “We have reps updating the COVID impact using both a timeline entry, and via the dashbaord and I have a rule that updates the score based on tiemline entires as well. But because of that, it overwrites their dashbaord updates. So was looking for a record of the dashboard updates to sonsider both, and only update based on the newest one ”

I have an idea concerning report builder and rules engine regarding data filters that I find myself frequently assigning. For example, I frequently target accounts by adding filters like: Company Status = Current Customer Status = Active Stage = Live It would be neat if I could, in this example, create a filter called Currently Live and by assigning this one filter it would then assign the three detailed above. Just a thought.

You can add custom color pallets to MDA data and SF objects but not Data Spaces. Would be nice to see that become available. 

It would be nice if the character limit for picklist values was increased. We have run into cases where we want to sync over a SFDC picklist field but are unable to recreate the picklist values in Gainsight exactly because one or more of the values is SFDC is more than 50 characters.   This prevents us from being able to add these fields to our Salesforce Connector jobs. 

Customer wants to allow access or restrict certain users to have access to some specific UI View. They have certain use cases where we would need to restrict UI Views to limited users.

When multiple reports (for the same object) are added to a related list section on the 360 it would be really useful if we had the ability to re-order these. Currently I have to remove them and re-add back in the order I want them displayed (for example if I add a new one that I want at the top).   Thanks

I’ve done several changes to existing share 360 layout and in the process, I may have lost the link between the tile and the section.   First question: is there a way to link the tile to a specific section (report) in a lower section? If so, how do we do this?   I have three tiles: Cases, Bugs and Enhancements. I also have 3 corresponding sections (Cases, Bugs, Enhancements). When I click on any of these tiles, I end up in the Cases section section.   Thanks! Lyne

Hey Team, As of now we don’t have a way of viewing the CTA assignee when we click on the task assignee- We would be required to click back on the CTA to see the CTA assignee- Would it be possible to show both the Asignee’s at the same time when we click on a task? It could be even in the form of a field.

Scenario: User A only wants to receive private messages from users they follow User B accepts private messages from everyone User A doesn’t follow User B User A sends User B a private message User B can’t reply In this scenario User A wants to start a dialogue with User B, but is unaware that User B can’t reply due to the privacy settings of User A. Currently User A doesn’t get any messages that this limitation is in place, therefore expecting to receive a reply due to the fact they sent a PN to User B. We propose that when User A starts a dialogue with User B, the permission for User B to reply will be automatically enabled (or alternatively User A gets notified of the situation). We see a few options to do this: (Opt-In) When User A clicks “send”, a message appears: “You are not following User B. They will not be able to reply. Click here to follow User B”. Are we able to allow Add/Update but not Delete?

Hi Team,   One of our customers have reached out to know if there is a way to increase the limit for fields in his R360 layout or if there is any workaround available?. Currently its at 100.   Please share your thoughts.

In rules engine if we have to do  pivoting based on date we need to hard code dates(screenshot Attached) and there is no way to provide dates dynamically using date functions. Recently we have a use case where customer wants to have their weekly usage  up to 12 weeks for a metric in single row to show week on week comparison. We couldn't  create a Pivot  task to do this as there is no way to pass dates dynamically.  Having this feature would really helpful in solving these  type of Usecases.

I just came across a use case where it would be great to subtract one date from another in a bionic rule transformation task. We are to a point in our project where we can't add fields to objects and I need a 'Percent Complete' field for some CTAs. If I could do the formula in the rule, just like we can in MDA, this would be super helpful.

This is a similar post to a previous one I had (https://community.gainsight.com/gainsight/topics/date-fields-in-bionic-rule-formula) but a little different. It would be nice if we could add a 'TODAY()' function in bionic formulas. I would like to dynamically add rule date/today's date into a bionic export. The other option is to copy it to a table, then export it from there and put 'rule date' into the action. It would be much more convenient to do it in the same rule.

Currently in Date Diff function we can substract between two date values fields, can we also add rule date in list of available values. Eg Renewal Date - Rule Date 

The formula field works well, but if I need to take today's date and subtract a different date field, I have to do a transform task to put in the Rule Date formula field, then do a 2nd transform task to make the magic happen. I take an existing date field and subtract today, I don't need the extra transformation task. Ask: allow me to use Rule Date in either slot of the date diff formula.
