Hello, I'm working with a customer who is wanting the ability to unsubscribe their customers from Copilot outreaches. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is for the email recipient to unsubscribe via the email link. Is there any future plan to allow users to unsubscribe their customers from Copilot Outreaches via the Gainsight UI? Thanks

Please improve the legibility of the checkbox. Currently it displays as a tiny white check inside a light grey box. The lack of contrast degrades legibility. This UI is implemented in an Attributes section in the C360. We use Attributes to pull in key fields from the SFDC Account record and present them the C360.

Hello,   It would be very helpful if the account name on top left in C360 view in NXT can be hyperlinked. Clicking on it should take user to the respective SFDC Account page in SFDC. As of now, it takes n no. of clicks to just switch between the right account in Gainsight and the corresponding account in SFDC.

Hey Team,   The Comments Field on SFDC Milestone Objects only allows 4096 charecters. Would it be possible to increase this limit further up?   Use case: The customer wanted to check if this field can be made editable so that customer can choose between the length of the comment field to allow longer comments.

I appreciate that we have the ability to identify field dependencies, however when you have a large number of rules, reports, etc it takes a lot of effort to go through every single one looking for a field. Would be incredibly helpful to be able to have a quick search at the top of the Dependencies page and have it pull back only resources in which a field is being used (mockup below) It has taken me over an hour to figure out where a particular field is being used.

Hi Everyone, Currently the "magnifying glass" icon on the search bar of KC Bot is by default set to green colour, it would be helpful to customers if it was possible to change colour to that of their product brand colours. Thanks, Srinivas

It would be great if we were able to add secondary, or sub-values to the widgets in order to provide more detail/context. For instance, providing overall revenue, and the volume of customers that accounts for.

With the current product design, we do not have the option to edit or delete the existing text of the Exit button and Restart button in the engagement but we can write a new text. It would be really great if we can edit or delete the existing text.    

  The results show that data source of the action and it would be great if the description showed since in this case I have many different actions I have to open the rule to see which number relates to the action I may want to review.   

Looking for confirmation, and if the confirmation is correct, I feel like this is a product issue that we need to somehow prevent. I've seen in a couple customer that send surveys via email assist from the relationship level. The system allows you to do this, and also allows you to type in any email address just like a normal assist would. However, if that recipient is not a relationship contact in SFDC, that survey response doesn't link to the relationship. The response gets stored, and from what I can see, the relationship ID does get stored on the response, however, these responses don't show in the R360. Can we somehow confirm and then potentially change this behavior? I feel we should either resolve the linking and show in the R360 or prevent these kind of sends to non-contacts.

We are heavy GPX users and rely on retention analysis for our growth performance. However - we still find it somewhat manual. Idea one: Here’s a spredsheet that we have to manually pull (copy/paste) into a spreadsheet for refined analytics (link). There should be an export functionality (csv) so we don’t have to recreate this viz in a spreadsheet. The export should respect the filters and daterange applied. Idea two: Please have the individual cells hyperlink to the list of users/accounts that came back for a given week. I.e. 2 accounts came back in Week 3. The expected behavior should be I clicking the number 2 in week 3 and seeing a list of accounts.

Hi, One of our customers suggested that it would be better if the activity type could be shown anywhere in the activity like somewhere on the top or as a field in the details area rather than identifying it by icon. Please share your thoughts.

Hi,   One of our customers had a situation where they needed to update a custom field in Activity timeline manually and would like to be have the ability to auto populate the value for bcc to timeline. Can this be done? please share your thoughts.

In the configure section, there is no place to indicate if you want to receive an email notification on success or failure.  I have been seeing success emails every time the rule runs.  I just had my first set of rule failures and was surprised there was no email notification.  The only way I knew was I needed to add a field, or I suppose at some point I might have noticed the lack of successful run email notifications.  It is more important to know about failures than successes.  My recommendation is to set this up like the rule scheduler, where the user can decide which if any notifications they want to receive.  An MVP would be to change this to default to notify the creator of failures by email.

Possibility to add the comment field in the mass edit table and allow to make changes there.  Would save a lot of time to add/change new comments instead of having to go to each account. 

Hi All, We have an use case from one of our client stating that Is there any way to notify users via GS internal notification when a CTA is not updated for (x) number of days? Currently, we don’t have any direction way to achieve this. Can you please validate this use case

The limitations for exports do not inform the user if there is data that is cut off due to the size. It would be extremely helpful to have a warning. Many of our users did not realize their exports were being cut off which leads to panic when needing to make last minute changes to presentations. This is especially common when we export usage data for Business Reviews that usually have usage for 6 months to 1 year.   We implemented a work around to have data exported to Domo and then we pull from there. However, it would be very useful and helpful to have a warning so that users know they need to pull the larger data set elsewhere.

We are looking into improving our use of Success plans, and discovered that when objectives are shared as part of a success plan, the external contact is shown the same CTA detail view as an internal user. This means that if you have CTA linked objects for Objectives, these appear as part of the CTA for the customer as well. This is potenatially confusing to the end user, and may include things which we don't want to share with the customer. Upon reviewing all the articles I could track down, and some personal exploration of the Calls To Action section of the Admin, I've come to the conclusion that you can set up a layout per Call To Action Type (i.e. objective) but not control the layout based on whether the viewing the standard success plan vs a shared plan//internal vs external user. Allowing this would enable better tailoring of what information is shown to customers we share our plans with, and prevent confusion by reducing unnecesary links.

It would be create if we could add additional criteria to the Company Person connector for PX. Preferably, the ability to select any field for matching, though at the very least, account or name fields would be an improvement As-is today, this connector, and as far as I’m aware all other person matching in Gainsight, only uses email address as the identifier, but this isn’t ideal. When it comes to the PX connector in particular we notice this limitation, as we sometimes have multiple users related to a single email address (agent@comany.com) or a single person, who has a user on multiple related accounts.

In our instance of Gainsight, we want to display the actual scores for the measures in the scorecard. However, given that the numeric grading scheme has the limit of range 0-100, it has become a difficult task. If we use the configuration to set our on ranges , then the actual score above 100 scales to the range between 0-100. This negates the purpose of displaying actual score.   Can an enhancement be added where the admin can set the default range in the numeric grading schem.

Hi,  I recently have run into some issues with report builder where a field that was used on multiple reports was set to hidden in Data Management.  This caused the reports to try to open but not actually ever open or fail.  It would be great if reports could fail opening and then have a reason why they failed. This would allow admins to quickly fix the issue.  Thank you!

That would be good, if we make a provision to convert the string data type to Picklist and Multipicklist values with length less than 50 characters.

I'd like to be able to add more than 26 items in the Filter section of a rule. It seems that the number is set to 26 because you are using A-Z, but perhaps you could use A1, B1, etc after passing Z, or some other numbering scheme to allow more filters. 

It would be great if we introduce the time and day functions in rules and reports. These type of functions will help in analyzing the day wise data.  

We would like to be able to add a section to the C360 that would list the email templates or outreaches the account has been a participant in to show open rates. We use both outreaches and JO programs to send emails today based on the need. The information is logged in two different objects, preventing us from adding a single report on the C360 that would show all emails sent to contacts on the associated account and open dates, open count, etc.
