Hi Team, I'm raising this community post to improve the notification subject line of connector 2.0 job notifications. As you can see below the connector job is failed , but the subject line just says just "Unified Connectors Notification : For Job : Opportunity Sync_Gainsight !!" . We are expecting subject line to show up in such a way that we can identify an failure from it and add environment/Org name in the notification email. Hello- we use an outside source (CustomerGauge) to compute our NPS scores. We have successfully transferred these survey results into Gainsight but it seems to be averaging the NPS scores under the customer 360 view. Is there a way to compute the scores differently under the customer view? For example, we would like the score to be computed as - promoters MINUS detractors DIVIDED by number of survey results. 

Team, One of our client is looking to track history of changes/updates made to Rules. Currenlty we are only storing the updated Rule metadata but as per the client they want the know the historic data who had made the changes/updates to a specific Rules in past as well.

[i][i]With Gainsight's new sharing capabilities, you can now share dashboards, C360/R360 sections and success plans. While C360/R360 pages can be shared via CoPilot, you can't do this with dashboards straight out of the box. But....there is a workaround that I'll explain below. [i]Please note that this has a few important caveats that you'll want to pay attention to at the bottom of the instructions. Steps: Create an outreach (with appropriate template and powerlist) to send to the individuals to whom you want to share the dashboard. We'll come back to this outreach later in the process. Using Administration > Dashboard Builder page[list=1] Create a dashboard that you would like to share and enable sharing on that dashboard.  For sharing settings:[list=1] Uncheck - Enable OTP Verification Check - Add an expiration period (7 days)

We are loving the new subscriptions for dashboards!  However, we have several dashboards set up with filters at the dashboard level, and those don't appear to carry over to the subscription email.  For instance, we have a dashboard for Sales Cost Center so that you can filter the dashboard to the sales cost center you want to see the data for.  The subscription sends you all the dashboard data and doesn't allow you to apply the filter.  Could that be something that's added?

I have a pretty complex query in JO that is returning nothing and I have no way to figure out where the system is breaking because I do not have step wise log preview. My only option is to create an exact rule and then try to find out what's going on!

  This is a general ask by the user, let me know if it is possible or not?   Basically trying to send an NPS every 6 months to a specific type of contact so I created a program and the list of users is populating correctly however I only see an option to schedule source with months as the longest option. I want to trigger it every 6 months. Also if program is not the best way to do this please guide me.       

Hi Team Currently when a email template is sent via JO it will delivery to the participants as it is, But one of our customer is expecting to deliver the email template as a form of PDF .    The use is case sometimes the email template is not rendering properly in few of the email clients.So if the template is converted into PDF and sent to the emails then they can over come this issue.   Please let me know your thoughts 

Problem: The only way to grant PX API access to an engineer is to give them 100% Admin control over everything in the platform.  I love engineers (used to be one) but come on...I don’t trust them that much.   Solution: Add role-based controls for API access.  Please make sure read-only is an option vs. read-write.

I know there are several posts out there about this, but are there any updates about the possibility of expanding Email Assist capabilities? We have lots of use cases for this functionality, but are significantly limited by two things: 1) The limitation of only sending an email once per CTA. 2) Having to associate a CTA with a specific account. We want to open up limited functionality to allow CSMs to send certain templates to their clients or to Power Lists. Right now, we have to give them access to everything or nothing. Any updates would be much appreciated.

It would be great to have emojis as a feature for email engagements. FYI - @ryankapur from atEvent   In this example,  the email is sent from Confluence regarding a new release. I've attached a screenshot of the survey (and a 2nd screenshot of the page which appears when the user has interacted with one of the 3 emojis)  

We have our previous Q1 and Q2 NPS survey results uploaded via an excel sheet within NPS section. Those surveys were not created within GS. The new NPS was generated using GS Survey 2.0 functionality and we are tracking the results successfully within NPS 2.0 and have also enabled the results within C360. How can we move the previous quarter survey results into NPS 2.0 ? This will help in our analysis comparing the results for the previous quartera as well. I was going through the documentation available here : https://support.gainsight.com/Surveys/Surveys_2.0/Migrating_Surveys_1.0_to_2.0 but this mentions about migrating surveys created within GS. Thoughts ?

While reporting, if I have a 'By' field, then the report builder does not let me have more than 10 'Show' fields. I have a customer who has to export the data to excel because of this limitation. Can the PM please let me know why we have this limit of 10 and if there is a workaround?

With the release of Templates 2.0, we lost the functionality to edit the hyperlink text within the link editor, just by clicking the existing link.  This makes it more difficult to edit links within a template.  Can that functionality be restored?

Could we allow formatting on question text? e.g. like bolding certain words or applying bullet points. This way we can highlight question context and make it more presentable to customer who answer our questionnaire.

It would be amazing if we could add TAGs to personalize a survey question ie "Please rate the following experience with your [insert CSM name here]? 

One of my customer (Asaf Alshech) from the account (Bizzabo) is looking for the removal of Gainsight watermark (logo) from the survey page. This will help them to send survey from their own company own to the customers.  Currently, The Watermark "Powered by Gainsight" is controlled by the javascript and cannot be removed.

When we use links with "&" in the URL, the html editor adds an extra set of text "amp;" after the existing "&" When the link gets clicked by the recipient, this redirects them to the wrong place.   After I add my URL to the link editor, I have to then go into the html to delete the extra "amp;"

The Email Template section in CoPilot is very hard to navigate through when we have 40+ templates.  Adding an organization structure would be incredibly helpful here. Looking at the structure of the vault templates, something similar and customizable would be very helpful.  

I'm having trouble interpreting the documentation on CoPilot Email Coding Guidelines here: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/CoPilot_and_Automated_Email/Admin_Configuration/... At the bottom, the heading says "Why Inline CSS", which makes me think Templates 2.0 supports inline CSS.  However, whenever I paste my my style tags into my template, the rules are deleted.  In the documentation the text in the paragraph states "move all CSS class attributes into inline for individual elements".  Does this mean that the email editor does not support inline CSS, but rather favors inline styling?   This feels like semantics to me but I wanted to make sure I was interpreting the expected behavior correctly. Thanks!

We commonly use variants for a template for translated versions of the correspondence. It would be great if we could be able to have an association to a field automatically happen across variants when we make a first association with a customized display field. For instance, if we go through the trouble of changing the name to First Name across all variants, we would like all of them to be associated to the field called First Name when we build one association. That would save a lot of time! To ensure it is intentional, this would only happen when we personalize the display name.

We're hitting issues where when using the WYSWYG editor in co-pilot, the email formatting is breaking when displayed in various email clients. Is there any coming workflow or integration (such as Litmus or emailonacid ) that will let us test in multiple email platforms from in the app? Sending manually and running multiple a dozen+ platforms isn't really feasible 

Our team works in success plans every day, and we are surprised that we cannot link the tasks on objective level CTAs to Salesforce.  We are able to sync the tasks of other types of CTAs, just not the objectives.  Why?

Hi Team, I have a use case where in one of the customer is trying to trigger a rule via an Event, but in the rule execution history it is showing as "Scheduled or Manual" and Customer wants it to be shown as "Event" and if possible, the topic name as well. Is this in our road map to show this?
