It would be great if Email Assist would automatically save changes as a draft without clicking that option manually.  When there are network issues, session timeouts, and/or even clicking a link in the email body to test it, any unsaved edits are lost.

Hi. Right now in Rules Engine we are unable to modify the Left Source or Right Source in Merge Task once the merge saved. Screenshot:   Is it posible to give an option for us to change the Left or Right Source objects in merge tasks.

When are following things tentatively on roadmap for at mention capabilities in Timeline? Add Account name to the email notification that comes in when someone at mention in Timeline? Ability to reply to the at mention email - or a way in which the email can come from the person who at mentioned so that people can respond to a real email?

I would like the notes and date of the last timeline entry made on an R360 to be available on GS Relationship.   We have reports showing client overall health (and many other GS Relationship data elements) where it would be helpful to show the last timeline date and notes so the viewer doesn’t have to click into each R360 to find that information.  It will save a lot of time for the viewer.

Something like this -       Currently, I can do aggregation and then do a overall aggregation using  column agg, but it is in tabular report only. It would be great is I can portray this is graph as well 

I have few NXT customers asking me if they will be able to customize the dashboard export layout. To be specific, they have two reports built side by side in the dashboard and they want the PPT export to reflect the same - to be able to provide a customized two section layout PPT and get the two reports exported to each of them. One more question from them is the tabular view which is showing comments/description fields like single/dual characters and it gets overflown from the PPT slide. Are there any plans to fix this one? 

I found out that when I update a filter on a report, it does not update a dashboard on the Gainsight home page. To make it work, I have to remove the filter, save the report, re-add the filter with the new options, and re-save. If I am going through the process to change the report and save it, it should update without having to remove and re-add the filter.

Hi Team, In one of our customer discussion it was brought up like “Can we have activity log for rules and reports similar to objects in Data management” who has accessed / edited it etc..

Currently, we can can do a group by All and sort by the renewal date. However, group by customer name and sort by the renewal date on the overall data which is not currently possible.

We’d like to have the ability to modify the Surveys Thank You page where you can: Format the body text, such as bullet point and have it on separate links Add a hyperlink rather than spelling out the full URL  The other alternative to having the hyperlink would be to create a custom page and redirect the thank you to this custom page’s URL… But I think that just seems very unnecessary!   Thanks, Jason

Hello,  Currently, the mobile app requires re-login after 60 days of inactivity. I understand this is hardcoded into the app. I’d like to see if the product team is open to extending that window, as we have some infrequent users who’ve become frustrated with the login process (we are Okta SSO users).

LinkedIn is always sending me notifications of people's work anniversary and birthday.  I believe it would be a great idea to add these to Sponsor Tracking and include CTAs as well.

I know this has been brought up multiple times but wanted to add this to community to see if there is a future plan for it. There is a huge need for the ability to only have a rule update existing relationships, not upsert like it does today. Today, you run the risk of creating numerous relationships you don't want. I know there is a layer of complexity because your source object when loading to Relationship likely won't always have the SFDC Relationship ID - however, the action could possibly get expanded to what a Load to MDA action has today (insert, upsert, update). Then you could pick your identifiers if you have them.

Hi Team, I am posting behalf of a Customer, Whenever we are deleting the company form the gainsight, we are removing the depency records from the objects such as AO Participants, Survey Participants, and NPS responses but not from the Email Logs objects. Could you consider this request, so that it should delete all the email log records which are associated with that company as from the Email Logs Object automatically. Currently we are doing this request manually from the backend.

Today, when an action card is displayed in Renewal Center the value of the impacted opportunities is displayed.  We’ve recieved a suggestion from our users that it would be nice to have both the value and count displayed in the card, so you can see how many accounts are impacted without having to open the list itself. They felt this would add additional value to the cards when leads or managers are trying to get a quick review/snapshot of their team’s renewals.

We would like to see an option, where the admin can setup a notification (pop up or small notification line) to inform users about issues or important changes in our GS instance. This would prevent several users sending in support requests.  

Hi all, A quick question around playbooks. We are looking at implementing new playbooks for our 2020 CS strategy.  One thing we want to do is be able to give decisions a bit like the below:   Q: Is the implementation by - A) Partner                                                      B) Our PS team?   If A is selected it creates one set of tasks, if B is selected if creates another set of tasks.   Hopefully that makes sense and any help is greatly appreciated.

Right now, if there are multiple self lookups on an object like company, we can’t pull data from those directly without using a merge. The Manager field on the User object and Parent Company on Company  are the only ones that are expandable but the custom ones are not.

I created an engagement to highlight a virtual event in our product. I'd like to be able to show the engagement every week IF the user hasn't clicked on the 'Register Now' button. Is there a way to do this? In the Audience tab, you can select the engagement but then only have the option to target an event that it's been "Viewed" or "Completed". This would then leave out people who haven't seen it yet. Also, would "Completed" be tracking the custom button I added in the engagement or something else?

USE CASE: Currently in PX, While mapping the features to the Product Mapper, We have to select the exact scope i.e, “URL”.  It would be helpful to have the “Contains” option while adding the URL, it would be a very handy to have a contains option. Sometimes, It’s a bit hard to select/add the entire URL while mapping. **Currently We have only “Is” or “Is not” options**  Here is the reference image,     Thanks, Shireesha.

Speaking with a customer who would like to be able to target an email audience by using a CSV.   Use Case: The use case is that they sent an email to a list of customers (including multiple within an account) from Gainsight and had it come from the CSM. They want to follow up on that email with a GainsightPX notification (dialog engagement) to that same list of people–like a multi-touch campaign across channels for specific customers.    They would like to target this specific list with a notification when they log in to the product.

I think there are some improvements to be made in the Segmentation engine. Cannot do segments within segments.  This really limits our ability to manage custom audiences and merge them together as necessary for guides or other purposes. Can AND and OR criteria, but cannot do something like this: "target engagement to users who visited NewsCenter feature < 5 times within the last 30 days."  Can only do: "NewsCenter feature < 5 times", "Visited anywhere in product within 30 days".
