Hi Team, Customer is looking for a way to represent the percentages as whole values rather than decimals to the hundredth. Can this be considered?

It would be great if the Shared 360 view would format to .pdf for printing!

We currently populate email open fields in with the data from clicks so that we can guarentee that the open fields are populated. I think it would be beneficial to make the email link click data populate the open clicks incase the participant that is getting the email has an image blocker as we use a pixel image to check the open count. That way if we are using open count in a conditional wait or similar we can still use that field.

Hi, Is it possible to add images and files attachment to PMs? Actually there are some types of questions which cannot be resolved without screenshots or logs which contain private/personal data (licensing etc). Obviously we cannot ask customers to post such files and images in-public. So we can ask them to send such private data via PM. But there is not any option to attach files or images there. So the only way is to direct a customer to the official support (which we are trying to avoid of).

Hi, have you ever thought about introducing a calendar feature? There are numerous plugins offering that and it would be highly appreciated by our users. For example, it would be extremly helpul when trying to schedule a common meeting among community users, to plan tasks among super users or to book a meeting and to remind community users that there is an upcoming meeting. Hi, is it possible to dynamically show a new post on the recent posts page while users are on that page? We for example have this in one of our tools and it shows a button which indicates that there are new posts and when pressing the button the page is reloaded to show the new content. Here the button "Neue Beiträge" indicates that there's new activity. Lots of our users use the recent posts page to inform themselves about the ongoing activity in the community and they would find it quite interesting to be informed by the system if there's a new activity in the post stream. I had a customer bring to my attention that in the C360 attributes section the "padlock" is causing some confusion for users to know what they can and cannot edit. In the image below from my demo org I am able to replicate. All the fields below except for 3 or 4 I left unchecked for "editable" and they are just showing greyed out rather than with the padlock. Can we make it to where the padlock is always there for uneditable fields?

I'd like an easy way to send test emails to a group of contacts. A test list allows you to quickly and easily send emails not only to yourself, but also to groups of co-workers, or specific individuals for design approval and testing. As you may know, when forwarding emails via Outlook the formatting can change. Part of our process includes test emails via Litmus; forwarding a test email does not suffice. There is no easy way to send test emails to Litmus in Gainsight's current state. My current workaround is to create a power list and send via outreach or JO. This means that I had to create a fake contact in Salesforce to pull in this "contact" as if it were an actual send. This is not the ideal process as it's very time consuming to recreate a campaign after making slight changes.

It is kinda painful to have to remove rules from a rule chain if you need to run them historically (to repopulate or clean up erroneous data).  We need the ability to run rule chain rules historically without removing them from the Rule Chain, editing the schedule, waiting for them to all complete, then adding back to a Rule Chain.

So as we are exploring Person object more, we are wondering if there are any plans to build a Global Person view section like we have for Global Timeline or the Cockpit. Currently in stacked bar reports, the bar only shows the data point if its greater than 15% of the overall column. Even though the bar may be bigger than the others next to it, it has to do with the % of the given bar. It would be nice to control this on the admin side and maybe show the value next to the bar if it is too small to show it on the column itself.

This might not be super easy to accomplish, but in the Object Graph, I would love to see the arrows actually line up directly to the two fields that are part of the lookup.

Right now the load to person object using a csv is an insert, it would be nice have the option to update records as well.

I'm looking for an idea or solution to creating structured org charts (potentially out of the Contacts tab) for our customers in Gainsight. We work with large enterprises that have many divisions and teams that work with our product - it would be nice to be able to have a tool that allowed us to real-time update the org chart of our executive contacts (down to individual contributors).  Perhaps there could also be functionality by contact that allows a CSM to tag if they have met/engaged with that Executive? Food for thought!

It would be very helpful to be able to wrap the text of the column headers in the customer tab because those are sometimes hard to read depending on how long the column label is. 

We do have the ability to add criteria for assigning C360 layouts. These can be pulled from Account/Customer Info fields but we cannot pull boolean fields from Account/Customer info into these as a criteria. This is a good functionality to have if the users want to assign layouts based on Criteria. The new feature to send ad hoc emails from Cockpit is great BUT we have so may email templates and since they were previously admin access only, they aren't named well for CSMs to distinguish which email template they are looking for. Many also aren't relevant to send 1-off, but were created for specific campagns. It would be great it we could select which email templates we'd like to make accessible to CSMs via this feature. Just a button/setting we could select in JO wold be great.

Recently, a score was set for a few weeks for a group of accounts that should not have received a score for that measure, we have re-configured the Set Score rule to mark those measures as NA. However, I cannot seem to load null values to the Scorecard History report to clear the weeks of history that were already set:

Hello, Currently, when a member's comment is chosen as the best answer, the same member receives an email with his own mentionned username. For example : "Hi MisterTest, MisterTest answered the question : topic's name". But It would be more logical for the member who gives the best answer, to receive an email in which it is indicated : "Hi MisterTest, you answered the question: topic's name" Wouldn't it be nice to change that ? 🙂

I am working with a customer in the UK and they need to be able to see currency values in both the euro and the british pound. Right now only one currency is supported. Additionally the currency fields on the My Customers dashboard do not reflect the settings in the Company Application Settings.

Overall, I'm a fan of the recent UI enhancement with C360 scorecards. However, I realized today that it's virtually impossible to notice N/A scores in the history of an individual measure, especially compared to the old UI. Old UI New UI - note I can't even hover over the blank space and see the weeks where the scores are N/A.

After building an Insight for Sally, it would be helpful to have a link to the underlying report in Report Builder to reference. As an admin, after I build an Insight I'd like to be able to make changes to the underlying report or view the raw report in Report Builder. Having a Link the report from Quick Insights would save having to navigate to Admininistration > Report Builder > Search > Report Name.

Would be great if you had more options for Date Diff. For example, I wanted to set up a column to show Days Until Renewal, but I can't choose TODAY as the one of the options. I also can't just enter today's date.

When I drop a file manually in S3, sometimes I forget a small step and the file fails. That is fine, but the email notification says successful. It should read better to say the error. I have to go look at the execution logs to see what was the issue. It is misleading and hard to filter out errors vs successes.
