This might not be super easy to accomplish, but in the Object Graph, I would love to see the arrows actually line up directly to the two fields that are part of the lookup.

Right now the load to person object using a csv is an insert, it would be nice have the option to update records as well.

I'm looking for an idea or solution to creating structured org charts (potentially out of the Contacts tab) for our customers in Gainsight. We work with large enterprises that have many divisions and teams that work with our product - it would be nice to be able to have a tool that allowed us to real-time update the org chart of our executive contacts (down to individual contributors).  Perhaps there could also be functionality by contact that allows a CSM to tag if they have met/engaged with that Executive? Food for thought!

It would be very helpful to be able to wrap the text of the column headers in the customer tab because those are sometimes hard to read depending on how long the column label is. 

We do have the ability to add criteria for assigning C360 layouts. These can be pulled from Account/Customer Info fields but we cannot pull boolean fields from Account/Customer info into these as a criteria. This is a good functionality to have if the users want to assign layouts based on Criteria. The new feature to send ad hoc emails from Cockpit is great BUT we have so may email templates and since they were previously admin access only, they aren't named well for CSMs to distinguish which email template they are looking for. Many also aren't relevant to send 1-off, but were created for specific campagns. It would be great it we could select which email templates we'd like to make accessible to CSMs via this feature. Just a button/setting we could select in JO wold be great.

Recently, a score was set for a few weeks for a group of accounts that should not have received a score for that measure, we have re-configured the Set Score rule to mark those measures as NA. However, I cannot seem to load null values to the Scorecard History report to clear the weeks of history that were already set: Is it possible to load null values to the Scorecard History object?

Hello, Currently, when a member's comment is chosen as the best answer, the same member receives an email with his own mentionned username. For example : "Hi MisterTest, MisterTest answered the question : topic's name". But It would be more logical for the member who gives the best answer, to receive an email in which it is indicated : "Hi MisterTest, you answered the question: topic's name" Wouldn't it be nice to change that ? 🙂

I am working with a customer in the UK and they need to be able to see currency values in both the euro and the british pound. Right now only one currency is supported. Additionally the currency fields on the My Customers dashboard do not reflect the settings in the Company Application Settings.

Overall, I'm a fan of the recent UI enhancement with C360 scorecards. However, I realized today that it's virtually impossible to notice N/A scores in the history of an individual measure, especially compared to the old UI. Old UI New UI - note I can't even hover over the blank space and see the weeks where the scores are N/A.

After building an Insight for Sally, it would be helpful to have a link to the underlying report in Report Builder to reference. As an admin, after I build an Insight I'd like to be able to make changes to the underlying report or view the raw report in Report Builder. Having a Link the report from Quick Insights would save having to navigate to Admininistration > Report Builder > Search > Report Name.

Quick post with a request that has come up regularly on implementations -- and it is coming up more as Success Plans, with their Objectives, get more popular and important to CS teams: See my screenshot below, but the basic information is this: Issue: On CTAs that are being tracked over the long term (often these are Objectives in Success Plans, where success criteria are being fulfilled over time), additional groups of fields are added to the layout so the CSM can update the information during reviews with the customer, etc. 1) The Default Group of fields cannot be moved from the first position - and for this use case, those fields (Status, Category, etc.) are often updated very rarely - sometimes just once when closing the objective or other CTA. 2) There's no way for the user to collapse this group (or any additional field group), and then have it remain collapsed until reopened, so that the information further down, which is needed most often, has to be scrolled to get to.

Would be great if you had more options for Date Diff. For example, I wanted to set up a column to show Days Until Renewal, but I can't choose TODAY as the one of the options. I also can't just enter today's date.

When I drop a file manually in S3, sometimes I forget a small step and the file fails. That is fine, but the email notification says successful. It should read better to say the error. I have to go look at the execution logs to see what was the issue. It is misleading and hard to filter out errors vs successes.

It would be very helpful for testing stages to have a run button on the front page of S3. When you are testing and loading numerous files over and over in a short period of time, the post file upload doesn't always run right away. ( I believe this is due to the suggestion to only run 5 post file uploads per day?).   If we could get a run button instead of having to go through the mapping pages, it would speed things up.

The Data Management page has a variety of metadata available around the MDA objects; however, it seems to lack size.  I know I'm using N GB of data; however, I have no way to determine amongst which MDA objects it's currently distributed (so I can't prune in a meaningful manner)

Posting on behalf of a customer, but I think this is a good idea as well. Currently when an OAuth is made inactive, Gainsight data query processes cease such as rules engine and copilot power lists. If an organization did not have knowledge of this as soon as that happens, many important data processes do not run and gaps in analytics gets noticed to late in the game. It be nice to send an email to an assigned point of contact, along with some steps to fix the matter.

Hi Team, When users are trying to delete data through Data Operations from Comapny/Relationship objects, it is taking time some time based on the number of records to be deleted and the dependencies on them. But some times it is taking more time to delete if there is huge volume and users are unable to determine when the operation will be completed. So they are requesting to show ETA to complete the process before they start the deletion, so they can have an idea on this and plan accordingly. Thanks, Prathap

Currently we have below limitations in update/upsert operation 1) In S3, we can select only 5 keys as identifiers 2) In Rules, we can select only 3 fields as key identifiers per data type. To overcome these limitations, we can have MD5 option to generate unique 32 bit character string. MD5 takes fields(should be concatenated as a string) as input and it gives unique 32 bit string. This field can be used in update/upsert operations. There is no limitation of number of fields to be used in MD5. We can select any field with any data type in MD5. Moreover, performance will be good if we use one key while updating table instead of having condition on more than one key.

Quality of Life enhancement: for the transform task in a bionic set up (JO or Rules), if you drop a field into the GroupBy section, it will change all fields to an aggregate. However, I constantly drop a field in there on accident, thinking its the Filter section (muscle memory from rule building). This means that I have to remove the field, which changes that field back to non-aggregated data point. But all others remain aggregated. I don't know that I care which of these happens, or if there are better suggestions, but my thoughts are: Pop an alert box that says "are you sure you want to drop something here?"; it could get annoying, but it will save me time nonetheless IF I remove all fields from the GroupBy section, reset all fields in the Show Me back to a non-aggregated data point

We recently migrated to Surveys 2.0, and while the analytics are improved, there is some pretty vital data we would love to see included as a column(s) under the Survey Statistics Total Users table and Response Report detailed view. Specifically, we'd like the ability from Survey Statistics to add a column that includes a response from one of the survey questions. In our case, this would be how satisfied they are...that would allow us to short by satisfaction and at a glance see users with the same response without filtering to show just one response at a time. We'd like to see this option included for the individual detail reports in the Response Report section and also the ability to add the PSM's name (this is accessible as a filter, but again, to see it as part of the detail view would help us to idenify response trends based on PSM without filtering to each one individually). Within the SF object Survey Participant, Advanced Outreach Participant ID is a text field instead of an ID.  I was working with a customer who was trying to join Participant ID from AO participants(Number,MDA) to Advanced Outreach Participant ID(text,SFDC). This is preventing a join between the two fields within rules. The only workaround we can think of is - Create a Number field in Survey Participant object - Populate all the data from AO participant ID (Text field in Survey participant) into this Number field - Use this Number field in the Rules to map with the other Number field from AO Participants object This would need to be done via some sort of SF process and not the rules engine.

As an administrator, it would be nice to have this value autopopulated once a successful value is confirmed for your organizations return email sub-domain. Not highpriority, but this may save a step and some headache/troubleshooting cycles and may be expected behavior by "some" people

Right now, if a churn transaction is added to a customer record, you cannot add subsequent transactions because the customer is no longer Active. This is plenty sensible, but it doesn't factor for "boomerang" customers who churn and the return as active customers or customers that purchase multiple products and churns from one and not others. To add subsequent transactions today, you have to change the churn transaction to something like "Renewal with downsell; $0 opportunity", and then you can add a New Business transaction to track the new subscription.  This solution works ok, but it would be more intuitive to be able to add transactions subsequent to churn transactions that would reactivate churned customers.

It looks like we have all the same filters in mobile as we do on desktop...except for being able to filter on Activity Date, which happens to be the filter I use most often. Are there plans to make this available?
