It's been explained to me that currently, the Standard Deviation function is only available to apply by all accounts. I'm wondering if there's any future functionality on the road map to apply this by account, so that we can see the deviation for each customer?

Hi team, One of my customer has noticed an issue in lightening mode where success plan pane not sized correctly in UI for the lightening mode. However, it works in classic mode. Is it feasible for us to make the container size same as in the "Classic" mode.

Need a way to suppress the Stale Score, Trend and Comments columns that are included when you export a Scorecard Mass Edit Report. I understand why it's there, and it's valuable - when you need it - but there doesn't appear to be a way to hide them in the export. Can we have Report Builder tabs have the same naming convention as Rules Engine? Right now, when we have multiple report tabs open, they're all prefixed with "Reporting 2.0," which can be confusing.

Wondering if it would make more sense to switch the order of choosing Scorecard first, then measure.  If I have 30 different measures, spread across 5 different scorecards, my first choice is a much longer list (all 30 measures) rather than the specific measures available for the scorecard I want to set.  Not a huge pain when the list of available measures is small, but as people really start to use the power of having multiple scorecards, this list can grow uncontrollably.   Anyone else have other thoughts here?

As I didn't get a clear answer if this has been discussed in the past or in another topic, Im making this into a new idea. The recent issues with the mail system brought up a few sore points. In this specific example the user experience of a large number of new users was negatively affected because they didn't receive any notifications about reactions or answers. In such a case we would like to mail an apology to these users that they might have missed something due to no notifications being send out. As of right now that would have to be through the steps of exporting posts and user rapports and mix and matching them manually. Next to that this option will be limited to the email a company can send, in our case, we cant send via no-reply. I see it as a much faster and user friendly option to have a built-in email system from which mods will be able to send an email by the platform directly (no-reply) by selecting users based on

We're surfacing Mass Edit scorecard reports showing Group level scores vs all the individual measures (because there is just too many), but when there is a measure within that group that has a Validity Period that has been breached, it doesn't show on the report.

Hi Community members, we want your thoughts on Person scoring and how it will be useful in monitoring the individuals health.  On broader level Person scoring will give the ability to score individual persons at more granular level. Is there any plan for future functionality where customers will be able to delete unused records from the "Company" object? This is a pretty common question/request that I get on almost a weekly basis from customer. Thanks

Please, add a possibility to show by default all link-blocks on the parent categories page. It is important category may have more than 6 sub-categories. We have several pages where people don't see the sub-category their need because it is hidden. They don't see the link "Show ..more" or just don't want to continiue their search. I think that there must be at least a possibility to turn on/off showing all contrainers.

I would like the ability as a Gainsight Admin to sort by CSM.  Right now I have to go to owner section and look at each individual CSM, but as I implement a new process or CTA I would like the ability to see particular grouped CTAs in order of CSM.

Loving the Unified Scorecard Fact table! The Scorecard Mass Edit report type, however, seems to only allow you to pull in the overall score comments, but not individual measure comments. (This is not specific to Unified but applies to all scorecard fact tables). Trying to create a Mass Edit report based off of a single measure (CSM Sentiment) that includes the score for that measure specifically and it's comments. I know I can include measure comments if I DON'T use the Mass Edit option - which is what I'm doing today - but our managers want the color coded column in the report and you can't do that without the Mass Edit type.

Curious what the community thinks about this.  On reports you add to the C360, it automatically adds the "ACTION" column to allow editing/viewing.  Is there value in making this DEFAULT ON, but allowing admins to turn it off, either report by report or section by section?

Is it possible to add a username of a last posted user in a topic list (where an avatar and time from last post is displayed now)

UX guy here again! Would love to see a "Select All" option when in the Dashboard Global Filter creation box.  When I have like 3-5 report, not a pain, but when I have 15-20 reports, it is a pain to click and scroll all the way down. This way if it doesn't apply to all, i can choose the ones I want still.  But if it will apply to all, I can easily move on with my creation.

Customers are requesting to add the ability of adding SFDC fields while configuring Person Section C360/R360 in List view or Detail View.

When I migrate an MDA table along with a rule that performs actions on that table, I still have to go perform the "Rules Load Actions" authorization so that any rule actions will auto-populate. It would be great if that could be automatically done as part of the migration effort. PS - I don't see a Cross-Org Migration option in the selection of topics below, so I'm tagging this with Rules Engine.

When a file is uploaded from S3 via the S3 Connectors utility it is moved to an Archive folder in S3.   It would be great if there was an option to have the same happen when a file is used by an S3 dataset task in a bionic rule - IF the rule successfully completed.

I know that historically we've definitely cautioned against users copy/pasting text into Email Templates.  And I know that there's a good reason to voice that caution, as we've historically seen this cause issues. I'm wondering if there are any plans/thoughts/ideas on how it might be possible to make email templates more "copy/paste" friendly? The reason I ask is because I come across users that need to paste text in that has been business-approved and if they have to manually type it all out again, it opens up a small window for error, that can be avoided by copy/paste. Currently the best practice that us support folks recommend is to first paste your text into a text editor to strip all formatting out of it, and THEN past it into the email template. This works most of the time, but I still often come across situations where after all that we still see goofy behavior because of some cached formatting in the text that causes line

Hi, Could you get available to re-define pre-set primary roles? I'm about a 'moderator' at first. Moderator role provides almost full access to all data which had not to be visible for outer moderators (fans, super users). Sure I can provide them with moderator permissions using a custom role. BUT: They do not have a "Moderator" title visible for others (I can just enter a custom user title to do that) I cannot assign any topic to them. It is possible to assign topics only for those who has Primary role = Moderator etc. Actually, it is a deal of internal discussion - to decide which scope of permissions should moderator have. So I think it would be correct to enable an ability to re-define primary roles according to the specific community vision.

Currently, within the scorecard configuration panel you can drag measures to reorder them [i]within a group. If you make a new group that is more applicable later however, there does not seem to be a way that you could seamlessly move the measure to that group. The current (painful) way you would have to do that is to make a new measure, linking all associated rules to the new measure, adjust the weighting to use the new measure, and deprecate the old one. This prevents adapting to new business goals and philosophies. It would be really great to allow you to drag and drop the measures in the groups exactly like within the group itself.

We would like to add visibility to our leadership on when was the last time a Customer was engaged. Timeline would be the perfect feature to report this from, however there isn't a way to report on that. I can pull reports with timeline activities and summarize them by Max Date. That would give me the Last Entry, however there isn't much I can do from here.

User story: As a customer I want to use the search bar, so that I can find an asnwer in the most relevant topic/article Background: Currently live search is not always showing the most valuable content in our Community. The search algoritm is based on specific ruling. See this topic for the ruling. If your strategy is a knowledge base, you need a good search bar. When attempting to assign C360 Layots for different team/departments we are presented with the "Account" and "User" attributes to select from. I am unsure if this is by design, but you CAN assign a layout by Account Attribute only and exclude a User Attriute.... If you want to assign a Layout by User Attribute ONLY you are NOT allowed and it fails requiring an Account Attribute as well. Is there a way or can it be made so C360 layouts can be assigned by User Attribute independantly of an Account Attribute? Is there a way or can it be made to also leverage the Customer Info Object for criteria as well? I certainly have not analyzed depndancies and feasability and hope this is something to please consider if it makes sense.
