Curious what the community thinks about this.  On reports you add to the C360, it automatically adds the "ACTION" column to allow editing/viewing.  Is there value in making this DEFAULT ON, but allowing admins to turn it off, either report by report or section by section?

Is it possible to add a username of a last posted user in a topic list (where an avatar and time from last post is displayed now)

UX guy here again! Would love to see a "Select All" option when in the Dashboard Global Filter creation box.  When I have like 3-5 report, not a pain, but when I have 15-20 reports, it is a pain to click and scroll all the way down. This way if it doesn't apply to all, i can choose the ones I want still.  But if it will apply to all, I can easily move on with my creation.

Customers are requesting to add the ability of adding SFDC fields while configuring Person Section C360/R360 in List view or Detail View.

When I migrate an MDA table along with a rule that performs actions on that table, I still have to go perform the "Rules Load Actions" authorization so that any rule actions will auto-populate. It would be great if that could be automatically done as part of the migration effort. PS - I don't see a Cross-Org Migration option in the selection of topics below, so I'm tagging this with Rules Engine.

When a file is uploaded from S3 via the S3 Connectors utility it is moved to an Archive folder in S3.   It would be great if there was an option to have the same happen when a file is used by an S3 dataset task in a bionic rule - IF the rule successfully completed.

I know that historically we've definitely cautioned against users copy/pasting text into Email Templates.  And I know that there's a good reason to voice that caution, as we've historically seen this cause issues. I'm wondering if there are any plans/thoughts/ideas on how it might be possible to make email templates more "copy/paste" friendly? The reason I ask is because I come across users that need to paste text in that has been business-approved and if they have to manually type it all out again, it opens up a small window for error, that can be avoided by copy/paste. Currently the best practice that us support folks recommend is to first paste your text into a text editor to strip all formatting out of it, and THEN past it into the email template. This works most of the time, but I still often come across situations where after all that we still see goofy behavior because of some cached formatting in the text that causes line breaks, font differentiation, and sometimes eve

Hi, Could you get available to re-define pre-set primary roles? I'm about a 'moderator' at first. Moderator role provides almost full access to all data which had not to be visible for outer moderators (fans, super users). Sure I can provide them with moderator permissions using a custom role. BUT: They do not have a "Moderator" title visible for others (I can just enter a custom user title to do that) I cannot assign any topic to them. It is possible to assign topics only for those who has Primary role = Moderator etc. Actually, it is a deal of internal discussion - to decide which scope of permissions should moderator have. So I think it would be correct to enable an ability to re-define primary roles according to the specific community vision.

Currently, within the scorecard configuration panel you can drag measures to reorder them [i]within a group. If you make a new group that is more applicable later however, there does not seem to be a way that you could seamlessly move the measure to that group. The current (painful) way you would have to do that is to make a new measure, linking all associated rules to the new measure, adjust the weighting to use the new measure, and deprecate the old one. This prevents adapting to new business goals and philosophies. It would be really great to allow you to drag and drop the measures in the groups exactly like within the group itself. which would also reduce historical context.

We would like to add visibility to our leadership on when was the last time a Customer was engaged. Timeline would be the perfect feature to report this from, however there isn't a way to report on that. I can pull reports with timeline activities and summarize them by Max Date. That would give me the Last Entry, however there isn't much I can do from here.

In response to @xiaoyu-shen topic about search advance, I would like to share my thoughts here about the search bar. User story: As a customer I want to use the search bar, so that I can find an asnwer in the most relevant topic/article Background: Currently live search is not always showing the most valuable content in our Community. The search algoritm is based on specific ruling. See this topic for the ruling. If your strategy is a knowledge base, you need a good search bar. Our problem is: As community team we are not in control of our own content in the search bar. The follow problems we see; Articles are often not shown in searchbar because it has no "best answer" (third most important ruling in the algortime). As work around you can turn this topic to Question with a best answer. But this is not the ideal situation Archive topics are shown in search bar, but these topics are not relevant anymore, so you want to rule these out in the search bar. You are not in contr

When attempting to assign C360 Layots for different team/departments we are presented with the "Account" and "User" attributes to select from. I am unsure if this is by design, but you CAN assign a layout by Account Attribute only and exclude a User Attriute.... If you want to assign a Layout by User Attribute ONLY you are NOT allowed and it fails requiring an Account Attribute as well. Is there a way or can it be made so C360 layouts can be assigned by User Attribute independantly of an Account Attribute? Is there a way or can it be made to also leverage the Customer Info Object for criteria as well? I certainly have not analyzed depndancies and feasability and hope this is something to please consider if it makes sense.

There had been several requests from different users who have mapped CTA Type to Open and Closed Milestones in CTA configuration and unable to reset the Field to null. Could a feature be enabled to reset the option to show blank as shown in red?

Hi folks, While planning our move to branded, we're looking into the new features and how we get the most out of them. Just a few of the features I'm looking forward to is Quick Link, and subforum featured topics. As I'm playing around with Quick Links, I was thinking that it would be awesome to have the opportunity to upload a number of images for later use. These would save in a sort of 'repository' for us to use when adding/editing quick links, so we can cycle through them where necessary. I'm not asking to remove the current image features in quick links, I'm asking to have an easy 'fall back' opportunity to quickly pick a suitable image from the ones we've uploaded. This image repository could be available for quick picking across all areas where we can currently upload an image - for instance Thumbnails and hero images. Cheers, Ditte

Currently it is not possible to assign or update the score unless it is assigned. It would be very great if we could set the score even if that scorecard is not assigned. Here goes the use-case for this ask- Today, I use Scorecard A to measure health. I'm currently working on Scorecard B, which is a total revamp of measuring health. On the day of my launch to Scorecard B (let's pretend that's 1 April 2019), it's empty and has no history. My request is to be able to Set Score on Scorecard A and also Scorecard B, perhaps in this example for one month. This way: * for the rest of March, Gainsight continues to calculate and display Scorecard A * for the rest of March, Gainsight is calculating (but not displaying) Scorecard B. * when 1 April 2019 arrives, and we switch to Scorecard B, it has a month of history within, which immediately allows the CSM to see trending As it stands today, you're essentially starting from a blank slate whe

In order to provide a smartsheet-esque capability, it would be great to be able to carry CTA level header functionality to the Task level.  This would aid in quick-reference for meta-data associated with the task at a glance.  Furthermore, the ability to link an object to the task level (e.g. case for a case related task)

Hi team, I would love it if we could add data for number of times the report or a dashboard have been viewed over the last 30 days (or similar) on the Report Analyzer. Showing which ones don't currently live on a dashboard is a great first step but now I'm left wondering which ones the team actually finds useful.

When applying a filter on the Global Timeline, it does not get applied to the attachments. CSM desired outcome is that when you filter the Timeline, the Attachements also get filtered.

I need to pass the Type Name field Gainsight data to SFDC. Why is this not available in the Timeline SFDC sync area? My timeline activities show up in the SFDC Activity history without any data for the Type field.

Hi , There is idea of using more than 1 surveys in a single JO program . As of now , i will have to create 2 programs in order to roll out 2 surveys which were related . Thanks, Prachi

Would save a lot of clicking if when you clone a dashboard it would also clone any global filters associated with it.
