Sometimes we create rules and the actions are what we need. After the rule is running for a while, we realize there needs to be another actions before the first one. Such as write 0 to all the fields and then update them. However, you cannot currently reorder the actions in the list. This causes a problem when you have 10 actions on a rule.  Ideally, I would be able to create the new action and then move it to the top. Even having a logic field where I could order the actions would be a benefit. By having to remove the actions and recreate them, we introduce the opportunity for human error.

I would love the ability to have a drop down filter similar to the Relationship Playbooks that allows me to view the rules for a certain Relationship or those just at the Customer/Account level and also still lets me search by name. It would be even better if they could be further segmented into an Action Type section such as a Scorecard section, CTA section, Milestone section, etc. that you could expand, collapse, and collapse all.

I think it would be good to be able to run a rule on the last day of the month. I know it is possible to set it to run on the last Friday or any other weekday of the month but this is not what is needed here. Is there any reason why we cannot schedule a rule to run on the last day of the month?

Good Afternoon- As I work through perfecting our data ingest for contacts, I have been asked if we can send to a list of people on a .csv as a one-off.   I remember this being an option via CoPilot, but I am not finding anything to this effect for Journey Orchestrator. Is the only way to accomplish this by uploading the .csv to a PowerList and then building a power list off of that?  Or can I trigger an outreach via Journey Orchestrator with an uploaded .csv? I am looking for instructions to repurpose/replicate Gainsight 360 reports into other dashboards. Can someone point me to how to accomplish that. Thanks.

I think it would help customers a lot if we cleaned up the OOTB box CTA reasons when you install. Often when implementing a new customer, they have a hard time wrapping their head arounds types/reasons/etc so these often cause a lot of clutter. Additionally, all of the reasons apply to all CTA types. If we want to leave them (or somehow give an option to enable them after install) we should associate them to the correct type ahead of time. A great example is risk - there are a bunch of good risk reasons, but when you see them as part of an expansion CTA type, a new user is going to get super confused. Then if you want to clean them up after users are in the system, it's very hard to delete them because they are already used and the system prevents it. Thanks!

Was working with Christopher Sanderson on this in Production GonG.  We tried to create a new Subject Area and the system indicated that the name already existed. Filtering on "Object Name" did not find the Subject Area; we selected the next page and found the Subject Area was indeed already present. Take a look at filtering.  Seems applicable only to the current page!

Can we please have Pivot & Aggregation by date fields functionality available for Activity Timeline & Scorecard Objects

When working with AOs, we often filter the list by status to see the active AOs, or do clean ups on the Stopped ones, work on drafts etc. Right now, we have to click on the filter icon, go pick the right value in the status field and apply. 4 clicks.  In the meanwhile, right below the filter, the different status are documented for our reference. Would it not be maaaaarveeellous if these would be hotlinked and allow us in one click to filter the list by status? It would be a lot faster and so intuitive!

It might be cool to have the ability to edit the playbook attached to CTA's via mass edit vs doing it manually which is what you have to do now. For example; if you have a bunch of CTA's fire and the playbook's assigned aren't updated or correct then it would be much easier to update them in mass via mass edit vs doing them all individually. 

When our CSMs send an email through a CTA (email template built in Co-pilot), this email automatically is logged in the client's timeline. While this email is marked as originating from a CTA, there is no way to add the activity subtype when validating the email before sending. We've given our CSMs the workaround to go back and edit the email to add the activity subtype. Is there any way this field can be added to "validate email" pop up so that CSMs don't have to remember to make this update after the fact. https://share.vidyard.com/watch/uTCXvGHWsiQYBWasksQ9hX  I thought if I make the field mandatory in timeline, it will prompt something while validating the Email assist task. But this logic also didn't work out.

When using group scores in Scorecard 2.0, it would be helpful if the scorecard would default to just the group scores, allowing the user to open up the group scorecard if they want to dig in further. Additionally, this would help aesthetically when demoing and explaining our scorecard. .

For me that usually meant providing numbers like #responses, time-to-response etc. you know it all. But that's only part of the story, as the community operates in a public space and the very idea of a community is that via public answers, users can help themselves. So the challenge is to show the impact of the posts is browsing users. One step in that direction is the public helpful votes (https://community.insided.com/news-platform-updates-16/topic-helpfulness-now-previewing-on-inspired-958) But not all users will vote, so measuring the reach of a topic/reply via e.g. Google Analytics is required This means though, that you will have two sources (community & webanalytics) for your data and need to mesh

Please, add a new attribute "Idea's votes" for configuring rules to achieve badges/ranks. It is important to reward users, whose ideas were really useful. Rewarding users for ideas is a good motivation for generating useful improvements. Even if an idea creator don't help other users, a beneficial idea is a big contribution to community development.

When using the Cockpit you can expand to see the tasks and then click to see the detail.  However, you are limited into how much the list view shows you for each task.  Currently you can only see the task name, sync & due date fields.  It would be nice to see task status as well.  The tasks we create are not always sequential.

It would be very useful to have a possibility to configure restrictions for creating different kind of topics. For example, we have a category where only questions should be created. In this case we restrict creation of Conversations and Ideas in this category. And when user will try to create a new topic, he will see that only a Question may be created there. It is important because usually Conversations include a lot of useless messages and in this case we will have to spend a lot of time on clearing spam. If something is not clear, please, ask.

I would love to be able to aggregate to a median number in the transformation task of a rule. Right now, it's possible to calculate an average, but average is not always the best way to aggregate a series of numbers. Median would allow me to do more of my reporting in Gainsight, rather than using outside software. 

Please, make it possible to open a category tree in a separate page in order not to see other categories. It would be very convenient if it possible to open a category tree using the special link. Now it is possible only to give a link with a anchor (like this https://community.insided.com/#platform) but in this case a customer maybe confused because he will be see all other categories. Examples of how this feature may be useful: We know that the customer needs the definite category. We give a category link to him and he will see only subjects from this category We have Russian and English categories. On the main page we create a custom page where a customer may choose "Move to Russian categories" or "Move to English categories". We add definite category links to these options. Customer clicks on the link and the system redirects him to he needed category. If something is not clear, please, ask.

Is there any way to change out the fields on the Edit Summary pop-up on the C360?

Please, make it possible to configure automatic tagging for subjects in different categories and with different statuses (open/answered). For example, it would be very convenient to configure tag "Open" for all new subjects. If solution was found, then we tag for this subject will be changed to "Answered". Furthermore, while having different categories it would be great to configure tags with category name for subjects in different categories. And when we move the subject from "category 1" to "category 2", the tag will be changed automatically to "category 2". Example is below: Also, it would be VERY convenient while having more then 1 language on the community.

Currently, you can only create relationship CTA's from the cockpit or the relationship level. It would be nice if we also had the option to create a relationship CTA from the account level. Right now it defaults to just the account, and doesn't allow the option to add one of the relationships for that account.

Is there a way to automate a CTA to a CSM, rather than an account? I'd like to be able to send a reminder to do something in Gainsight to a group of CSMs that look after our strategic accounts - this would go out the 3rd Monday each week month and then close on the 1st day of each month. Our CSMs look after multiple accounts and this action we're asking them to do can be done on any of their accounts - differs each month. Rather than sending a CTA, one per each account, is there a way to send one CTA to each CSM?  Failing that, I wonder if the best thing would be to auto-create a CTA to all accounts these CSMs look after, and then auto-close it few days later when the deadline passed.  Is ther a better way to achieve this? thanks Katerina 

Upon the new “CTA Type” field, our color-coded CTAs have been removed.  We believe that the color-coding is important in terms of visual appeal and helping our reps quickly identify each type of CTA for prioritizing CTAs/accounts.

With an upcoming process change, we're moving to Bi-Weekly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual automated CTA's.  While we've come up with a workaround - it would be amazing if these were default options in both Rules Engine and Report Builder! 

When you have more than one Gainsight environment (i.e. QA/Prod) it's important that failure notifications identify from which environment they came. Gainsight Connect and S3 Data load success/failure emails don't indicate from where they originated, so if something failed I have to go look at both environments to figure it out.
