Click-to-call functionality in Gainsight for SFDC Lightening seems like a great idea. Since we do have it for Salesforce Classic version, can we do it for SFDC Lightening version as well?

I have an auto complete of tasks set up, but I noticed that it completed the tasks, but it doesn't check off the overall CTA as complete. If I report on open CTA's then these will pull into those reports even though they shouldn't be considered open.

Hi there, Now this is a story all about how... We had a product outage last week Friday evening, after moderation hours. SoundCloud users could not upload their tracks properly. Some of our users would then come to the community and post about it. Luckily, many of them found the topic that was most recently created and contributed w/ replies. This helped them understand that this was a system wide issue rather then an isolated edge cases. Best case scenario. However There’s always people who miss this one collective topic for one reason or another. They go on and create a new topic. A duplicate if you will. Monday morning I start moderating. After moving the replies & original post of these duplicate to the one collective topic, I noticed that the number of replies will increase (obviously), however the views of the previous duplicate don’t get added. I know this has been brought up before but I was speaking with a customer today who would like to utilize the blank space in Cockpit to view all of a CTA with longer titles. Even after removing rows you will not see the complete title. Is this something that may be possible in the future?

 We are not syncing the time when we are syncing the tasks, I have a customer who is requesting this to be a possibility.  

I have noticed that we've recently released a new feature allowing users to BCC when using email assist.  The issue is that the box appears to be checked by default. The customer would like the ability to have this checkbox be selected/not selected by default. Currently its selected as on by default and the customer would like the ability to turn it off.

Customer would like the ability to be able to assign permissions for modules of GS by either the profile level (in SFDC) or by permission sets assigned in GS (standard, admin, etc.).  I don't think this is possible at this time. 

There are a few questions in our survey which help us predict churn. The native survey functionality is great in showing us what people responded and how, but I'd like to create a report, or better rules to change scores.  Is this something I'm missing? 

I have a customer who has a request to be able to export out to not only an S3 bucket, but additional SFTP buckets as well. Is this something we have planned for the future?

In the course of managing a customer account, sometimes CTAs get assigned to various individuals - not just the CSM. If one of the individuals who is assigned a CTA has not taken action on it in a while, it would be cool if there was a "nudge" button in cockpit that would let another user trigger a reminder to the CTA owner that the CTA needs attention. 

Context :  1. We have mapped out our entire customer lifecycle journey.  2. CTAs like QBRs, Workshop are triggered based on this timeline.  So whenever a CTA is triggered a CSM works on it.  But, currently this there is no option view all the upcoming CTAs for a customer, and hence the CSMs can't plan their upcoming activities and puts them in a very reactive mode.  [i] I think it will help the CSMs plan their activities if they can see their upcoming CTAs.

I have a customer that is wanting to build a report on which accounts have NOT been updated in the last 7 days.  Every way we have tried to run the report will not return accurate data. (L2 Confirmed).  In other words: I want to build a report that will list all of the accounts that have not been update in the last 7 days.  Currently this is not an option, I think it would be beneficial for many based on this scenario alone. 

The report logic is very difficult to work on if it gets longer than the space provided. The rule UI does this so well, can we have that in reports? Like this: Instead of this:

Posting on behalf of a customer: For organizations that copy data from the C360 attributes section into other areas such as an email or word doc, it is found that one cannot use the OS specific copy hotkey to persist the value to then paste hotkey somewhere else. Right now, a user will have to right click + copy. It would seem the workaround isn't too daunting, but it would help the user experience greatly to cater both scenarios.

I have a customer that asked if we could lock down email templates so they cannot be edited by anyone other than the creator, but could still be cloned by anyone. Also the same thing with reports.  I think this would be beneficial to have them template/report specific. 

Right now when creating an outreach you are unable to preview an email unless there are associated contacts in the power list. Many times that is not the case but we still need to test that the email looks right before turning the outreach on. I often have to try to adjust the power list to find a day where there is actually contacts present. Its incredibly time consuming.

Being able to add and edit tables in the WYSIWYG editor would be a very nice feature, seeing as tables are an important tool to sort and present data in an understandable format. Now, we have to resort to images of tables, which isn't very user friendly both to the editor and to the reader (no option to cut and paste data in an image). I've suggested taking a look at how Wordpress does their editor, unfortunately there's no option to add tables in their editor either.

Hi, Currently while working on a specific report, the navigation for returning to the repository is pretty logical and appears as a link to the repository just to the left of the name of the report. . However in Layout/Dashboard editor, when you are in a layout and looking to go back to the layout editor, the navigation is different - a non-descript icon in the row of layout specific icons. It would be helpful (and logically similar) if a link to the layout repository could be added to the left of the layout name, similar to what is done with the report builder. We typically like to send customer facing emails on weekdays during regular business hours. Is there some way to set up an advanced outreach to only send on weekdays?

Had a good meeting with one of our customers today where it was obvious they loved Sponsor tracking. They did, however, bring up a very interesting idea that I'd love to make sure we're thinking about as we expand our idea of "person" related to Gainsight and can answer in the future as a best practice. How can they track a sponsor after they've left a company? This will likely be more common in global customers vs. US based, but the example was a HUGE champion of theirs was taking some time off and left their current company. They wanted to know where she went next but did not know where or when she would. They were trying to find a way to track her without confusing many of their existing workflows and crowding their C360 ("tier 2 tracking"?). Maybe the quick answer is flagging them as former employee but still tracking them on the previous customer? **When can we expect to include Boolean or picklist type fields on the Sponsor tracking card? Looking for any other thoughts

Barry proposed that we have help text even when the score is set to 0 or when it has never been changed. The picture shows the help text with comments but when 0/untouched there is nothing there.  ​

We've discovered that when creating a participant list for an Advanced Outreach, if you are including an exclusionary CSV in the setup, you will not be able to confirm it's effectiveness until the outreach is actually published. This makes testing extremely difficult when trying to be certain that the outreach gets to the desired recipients. Is there anything on the roadmap for having the ability to test this prior to publishing?

Posting this on behalf of the Dell-EMC ECD team:  Currently we can not rename the "risk" CTA type. We would like to rename it to "risk/issue" in our org.  Can you please introduce the ability to rename CTA types?  Thanks, 

Building out widgets/containers in dashboards using equations. I know this isn't a capability currently but is this something that may be in the future?  For example, it would be great if we could implement a widget to show churn % ...  % Customer Churn  = (# of total customers who churned)/(# of total customers). Currently, we can't do that in dashboards because it is an equation, but I am really curious if this is something that has come up at all on the roadmap? Thanks!
