Looking to identify which GS objects hold Powerlist, Template, Outreach data.   We have a sandbox that when originally created did not get any Co-Pilot data pulled over.  Doing a refresh and I want to make sure we get Co-Pilot data in there.

In talking with a couple customers, I've heard feedback that they would like to be able to pull the Out of the Box Survey Results (from Analyze section of Surveys Tab), directly into Gainsight Home reports. Right now only some folks at the organization have access to the Surveys Tab - they would like execs to easily see report rollups by question in GS Home. thx!

Currently, we are only able to export the adoption section from the C360 view. We would like to be able to add other C360 sections to slides, including: Features Scorecard NPS responsesOur current work around is to add these sections as reports. However, we then loose the beautiful UI that we see in C360. Adding the ability to add those to the Success Snapshots slides would be awesome.

Interacting with dates in the rules engine can be a bit confusing; if we add a timeline-based graphical representation of the filter, it would be much easier to properly setup rules.

It would be really great to have a check mark on the items that you've already downloaded in vault.  With more and more items posted (thank you!) as well as our manually created rules, templates, playbooks, etc. it's hard to determine whether or not you've already downloaded something.  Additionally, it would also be wonderful if an alert was added to the 'already downloaded' check box for something you've already downloaded which has been modified in vault so that you know to look in and see if you want to make the same changes. 

Really would be great if we could use have a filter just like type and priority on the cockpit view to filter on Status of CTA... I some time have hundreds of CTAs to be looked at and awaiting updates from other people and the status helps me know which ones i have worked or not worked... today i have to manually open each CTA to see what the status is. 

Cisco has noticed something when using the Scorecard History bar view in the Scorecard 360 section:  the mouseover actually shows the score, not the score label. While this is probably OK for people using the 0 - 100 scoring configuration, Grading and Color configs, which we usually recommend for new customers, should show label instead, rather than the average score for that particular section. The user in the 360 doesn't really have a good reference for numbers like "68" or "19", vs the scores they are used to seeing (A - F, or Red/Orange/Yellow/Green). See my screenshots below in Cisco's case - they are scoring from 1 - 10, and the only way to do that is use labels in the Grading environment - this is extra confusing for the user when they see a score of 2 (meaning the label) suddenly become "19" on the mouseover when viewing histories. Any thoughts on being able to add this feature? Relatively simple or no? Thank you!

SUMMARY The following Salesforce critical update is causing Rules and Copilot failures when activated:  Update Name: Require TLS 1.1 or higher for HTTPS connections.  If this update has been enabled in your Salesforce environment, as a workaround for now please contact your Salesforce Administrator to discuss deactivating the update. We want to be able to report on our NPS survey responses by role within the the company. Right now the Survey Participant Role/User Role is autofilled by an Account Contact field, but not the correct one. We have both Title, which is a free text field, and Role, which is a dropdown text field. It is currently pulling from Title rather than Role. I reached out to Support and they informed me this formula could not be changed. Can we please make it customizable? As it stands, I have to export two different reports since they are different data sources, one on the Survey Participant and one on the Account Contact, and then vlookup the results to match Contact Role to Participant and then manually filter. This would be a great help!!  

I love the new Chain Rules, but it seems that the only notification option is "email all results to". I don't need to receive 5+ emails every day telling me that my Chain Rule was successful.  It would be great to see this behave in the same fashion as individual rules, where I'm only notified of the failures.

I was trying to add more than one survey in a email template and the system stop me. Why can't i add more than one survey. I would seem an great opportunity to get our customer to answer different information that is relevant to them. mei ling

An enhancement to sponsor tracking that would be helpful would be to allow the changing of the tile color when a sponsoir is marked as Champion or Detractor. We are currently tracking both but it would be easier if we could change the color of the tile like is done when the sponsor changes company or position.

We have CSMs all over the world, but our power lists are scheduled to run in the morning, NA Eastern time.  In other regions, it looks like our CSMs are sending out emails in the middle of the night, which sets a bad precedent and definitely removes the "personal touch" feeling. Would be great to have a lookup to the CSM/GS User timezone, and hold back outreaches until business hours for that timezone so it looks more realistic.

I constantly have customers asking to clarify the object groupings in Reports 2.0 when searching for their source object.  There seems to be confusion around what is a "Gainsight Subject Area" vs. "Salesforce Object" vs. "MDA".  MDA is pretty straightforward accept when Account or Customer Info object gets auto generated from something (i.e. Running a SmartSign) then you have 3 objects lists as Customers, one in each section. Quite confusing. It becomes a challenge saying if you pick "Customers" in the Gainsight Subject Area this is actually the same as if you search for "Customer Info" in the SFDC object section. My advice would be to change Gainsight Subject Area to say Gainsight Objects. That could include all reportable GS custom objects that live in SFDC and take them out of the SFDC objects section. 

My co-worker and I are having troubles finding how to add dependent questions...  it would be helpful if you added some help / hover text over the link image, or add some text next to the link image so that it is a bit easier to tell how to add a dependent question. Thanks!

I have been creating some great emails via Co-Pilot, but our Legal Department requires a specific signature from our CSMs for external emails.  It would be great if in the Power List creation, I was able to grab User fields specific to account owners, or CSMs.  I can do cross object lookups via SFDC email templates, but am running into limitations in CoPilot.  I can create fields on the Customer Info object for CSM phone number and CSM title that are formulas from the user object, but with SFDC audits I would prefer not to create fields for the sake of putting a signature in an email.  Any help is appreciated!

Is there a way to include critera in a Power List to only fire when a previous outreach was successfully triggered? For example, I have a nurture email that I want to send based on a usage trigger, however I don't want that email to be sent unless the customer has previously received a "Welcome to Customer Success" email triggered via another Power List outreach.  basically don't want the 2nd email to precede the first.

Our company has several key account objects that are picklists in SFDC we would live to show in the Summary section of the CS360, but they cannot be read there and instead appear as "---." It would be great if they could be read here.

Having an issue when adding chart with more than few time groups per date and week. They are always aligned horizontally hence they overlap over each other. Idea: if they start to overlap, automatically switch them to vertical alignment so each date is clearly visible which is not the case in the example below (taken from exported .pptx):

When trying to widen columns in a tabular report, there is no dividing line between columns.  It would be great to see some sort of very fine line that shows the middle, leading you to believe you can drag and widen.  Now, you have to carefully hover to see the cursor change over to widening arrow.

This may be an off the wall idea, but as I sat at Pulse this week and scribed for Twilio, they use an application called Trello to allow their CSMs to post problems, ideas, and questions about Gainsight as they get ramped up.  I know we have the community to allow customers to post feedback for the product, but have we ever considered putting something in the application to drive Gainsight users to give internal feedback for how they use our product?  I see it as a way to drive adoption, learning, collaboration, etc for them and helps admins bring Gainsight on at different companies.  Maybe it could be somehow worked into Vault?

In the new UI (which looks great BTW), the Role field in the Sponsor Tracking cards in the 360 is truncated.  It looks like we have some space between the field itself and the label.  Can we shift the text box closer to the label, expand the visible text field length, and add a colon to the end of the label to distinguish?  I know we have a hover over to view the entire Role, but it's always nice to be able to see it all/more of it without hovering.

A few months back I added this idea to allow multiple actions to be added to an Outreach, which apparently was already on the roadmap. I would like to know if any thought has been given to consolidating localized versions of the same email into a shared template? My thought was, somewhere in Admin tab (i.e. Copilot config) the GS Admin could identify the Languages into which content will be localized. Then, inside a Copilot Template, you could have a section called Localization which lists those core languages.   Each of the listed languages is a hyperlink to another design panel within the same template.  This would allow you to combine all translations of the same email into a single template.   Then, powerlists and outreaches could potentially be language agnostic.  You could send out the appropriate translated version based on the preferred language as defined on the contact record. I'm probably being overly simplistic in my thinking here, but
