Our instance of Gainsight, like many Enterprise customers, has scheduled rules running 24/7. It would be great if an admin has the ability to change the queue of rules to allow one-off manual rules to jump to the front of the line when there are more critical rules to be run.  

Hi AllAs part of the options available to our Community, we’d love the ability to change the social sharing options available as part of the out of the box options. These are currently set to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.By including others, such as Instagram or Pinterest, we’d be granting easier sharable options to our Gen-Z member base and have the ability to align with business wide social campaigns, with the inclusion of using #tags when prompting the sharing of content.  

Might just be me, but I’d like the ability to hide the types that don’t have open items in the CTA and Success Plan widgets.  We have a ton of CTA Types, and so displaying them all in the section requires you to scroll.  I think it would look cleaner to hide the ones without a currently open CTA.

When you download the results of a dataset in rules engine execution history, the filename contains the name of the task, and the date time in unix format. Examples are..Account_1678382621956.csv (from horizon rules)Account_1679681785577.csv (from old rules UI) We can convert the values using a tool like https://www.epochconverter.com/, but it would be more convenient to include a human readable date by default, especially in cases when you are trying to compare the results of several rule runs.  I have noticed that the action results in horizon rules do have a more readable format, but in the old UI this is not the case. Examples are.. .loadToCompany_success_5ebf1101-4a45-42fa-b9bf-a99c9e523252_20230309172346 (horizon rules)company_1679681532008_complete_success_rows (old UI) Request here would be to across the board u

It would be helpful to have some automated ways -- via system emails -- to retarget users that have signed up for the community but not yet confirmed their email. While this is a small number, it’s a repetitive maintenance task for CMs. For example, today I have to manually go into Control > Users - filter by their role, then send a private message or reach out over email to get them active (or even manually change them to registered).And yes, I could do this all with APIs -- but not everyone has access to the engineering teams to support those efforts.

Currently the search box is very difficult to use because you can’t see the full names of the items to select, the ability to expand this window would be a great improvement to usability. 

Apologies if this has already been addressed or is already available, but it would be great if we could hyperlink to another section of the email. We have a few different newsletters that go out and we would love to have the title of the sections at the top and allow the recipient to skip down to the section they want to see. 

In other platforms I’ve worked on, there was an option to set a user’s status as “Inactive” - a bit different than banned.We’ve had a couple cases where members of our core community management team departed, and there has been some confusion around their status and members trying to PM them out of habit.We certainly want their content and replies in the community, but to avoid any confusion it would be great if there was a way to convert them to “inactive” vs doing some of the rough manual workarounds suggested. 

We would love to have the ability to change the event register button and its URL, once the event is over with the link to the recording of the event. Additionally, the cherry on top would be to have a button in the events homepage where users can understand that they can access the recording from this page (see screenshot below: adding a “watch now”). This would make this page even more valuable as it would become a “resource center” for past events too.

Today you may customize the fields and layout of the detail view of an opportunity in Renewal Center however you cannot modify the initial table view that pops up when you drill into an action card or graph. Requesting to be able to add/remove fields and change the field order.

Hi There, Is it possible to save filters in the general user overview? For exemple, when I filter the users by role (f.e. Superusers) I get a list of all the Superusers. But when i select one of them and I go back, I lose my selection. At the topic overview filters do get saved. Thanks!

I would like to see a way to filter based on text in the Engagements list. As seen in the screenshot we have been naming our Engagements with what could be labels, but this helps us better standardize and find the engagements we need.If there was a way to filter the list based on text search of the name field it would really help narrow down a list to a list of engagements. Whereas the current search bar up top only lets you select 1 from the dropdown list.   

Hi there,Maybe not one for the top of the list but, if I’m able to display a date/time field as just a time or just a year, why couldn’t I display a date field with the day and the month, but without the year?Long story short: I want to display the anniversary date of an event (not renewal). If a contract is signed on January 1st, 2023 for 36 months, I want to be able to tell the customer that certain of their allocations will reset automatically on January 1st, every year (until contract end).I would like the exact same options as those that involve day, month and year, but without the year.   

One thing I was thinking about with regards to "articles" is the ability to add Canonical URLs. I sometimes have items posted on personal blogs and folks want me to repost on the community blog, it would be good to have a section on the editor to inform search engines of the original URL. Definition: Canonical tags tell search engines that a given URL is the master copy or authoritative source for a piece of content. If there are multiple versions of the same piece of content at different URLs, the canonical tag informs search engines which one is the primary source. The canonical tag appears in the HTML head of your page. We export all our Success Snapshot files to shared Google drives. This currently takes ~ 5 minutes to load the folders.  Can anything be done to improve this?   

TL;DR: The “recently active” feed part of the Tabs widget, but filterable by a specific category OR public tag. Current state: The only widget we have that displays as a post feeds in the Tabs widget with the “Recently active” and “Unanswered questions” feeds. Additionally, each of the Ideations and Product Updates pages have a “List” widget feed of those types of topics, but neither is available in the widget library or outside those modules. Desired future state: Filterable widget - by category, multiple categories, or public tags (or moderator tag - nice to have) Displays topics as a feed similar to this:   Use Cases: Custom pages currently in beta

When configuring linked objects on the Admin menu, it’s very hard to find the right field because every single lookup opens first, and - unlike other parts of the product (report builder, rules engine, data designer) - they aren’t in order. So for example, when I was configuring the Opportunity as a linked object, I had to collapse about 15 lookups when I searched “Name” before finally being able to scroll down and find the actual field I wanted. Not a good experience.

I would like to be able to imbed Gainsight widgets/reports in other applications such as JIRA and Confluence. Coming to Gainsight PX to validate a understanding or gather information about usage is great. But you have to have the business question you are looking for when you go to the platform.The issue we find is that we want to track a single metric in relation to a development/product change. So we need to document the details of the starting value and the goal value outside of just a Gainsight graph of the value. We find that we already make these business plans in our other systems and are then only referring to Gainsight for validation. It is hard to go into Gainsight and read the context since it is not the system or record for these goals.  

We are using success plans to streamline a company-wide transition for our customers. We implemented and mass created these success plans, but would now like to add 1 additional objective with a survey email template for follow up once the rest of the plan is complete. Is there a way to mass add 1 additional objective to any plan already using a specific template? Or would we be better off to trigger a CTA based on completion of the current 'last' objective?

Milestones are overlaid on the Usage Charts to visualize the impact of adoption plays other events (e.g. CSM Change) on the Usage. However not all customers have gone through those events so they have no milestones to display on those charts. For such customers a message “No Milestones for the company for the given date range”.This message is a distraction and stays on for 10 seconds. Also, it is displayed for every report that is on the C360 without a milestone. This message doesn’t add any value for the end user and just a bad UX. We wish to utilize milestones but not with unnecessary messages on C360 for customers that do not have those milestones.  

Hi Team,We are not allowing minus (negative) range values being considered in conditional formatting in report builder as of now. It will be best use case if we can allow such mapping in conditional colouring in future.

Hello per my discussion with support team (Ticket number: #216893) derived mapping does not have identifier functionality which is a huge miss for customer that are working through data issues. USE CASE: I am creating relationship and i do not have company GSID field available within data set up and therefore i am using derived mapping to map SFDC field to Company GSID see below example of derived mapping configuration:Per my understanding of the relationship object Company ID is required So then why is it not auto chosen as an Identifier from the derived mapping? Per my conversation with support they are saying this is the expected behavior. This is a huge miss on Gainsigh

There are situations when the role is way too broad filter, to define the correct recipients. So I wish I can also add email address manually to the recipient list.
